I'm trying to create proof in document new version, but I'm getting "[422] externalIntegrationType is the same and no handle was provided cannot be null"

Hi, I am using the out of Box Destination in AJO/AEP to transfer audience form AJO/AEP to SendGrid. Using this documentation: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/destinations/catalog/email-marketing/sendgridI have used correct Bearer Token and created the connection but the data flow never starts. I have waited more then 24 hours. Is there a way to trigger it of is there something wrong that i am doing. i am under the impression if the Audience is evaluated with counts in it then it should send the data to SendGrid via the destination. Its stays in the No Run state for ever 😞 

Hello,  Does Adobe have the OOTB feature or capabilities to create a Waterfall report from Workflow activities?  In a previous CRM system, I could easily create a Waterfall that would list all the activities and the quantities associated with them.  Asking because I don't want to go down the route of creating Instance Variables for each activity and writing them out in an Alert.  

Hello,  In my journey where a profile enters via an Event and is sent a Welcome email. Then, after a 30 day wait, I'm required to check to see if the profile has logged in to the app. If they haven't logged in since the initial Welcome, then they are sent a Re-engage.  It would be nice for AJO to have the same feature as ACC where I can send the profiles out the email into a wait statement and then a decision activity where if they have responded in the past 30 days, they go into a loop so they can be checked again the next day.  This can't be done in AJO - so wondering what's the best strategy to handle this?  

Hi , I am just wondering if its possible to convert json offers to html via rendering it via email channel. The reason why i want to do that is because its easy for the source system to generate json offers and send it to AJO. However before sending these offers via email we have to convert it to html for displaying on email.@satheeskannak

Hello,on my project, we have a custom multifield enabled for Content Fragments. Now I want to evaluate if we can continue to use this approach when we migrate to the new Content Fragment Editor.I was curious if someone already tried to build a plugin/extension like that? I see there are many example extensions in the docs, but they are not so complex as defining multiple custom fields that get stored as subnodes.Worst case, I will try to do it from scratch, but I was curious if other projects have the same problem and if someone already tried it so we can exchange know-how. Thanks,Daniel 

I have created a project request queue. Is there any field in the custom form that would allow you to notify a user when you're filling in the request? I know I could have an single line text field / a drop down box, but that won't actually notify the user. Is the only way to assign the user BEFORE the request has actually been submitted? or is there a field that can be tweaked to allow this?

Hi,We want to reset our DEV sandbox in AEP as quite a few schema, dataset, audiences are out of sync after a identity change in the platform. We want to reset the DEV sandbox because you cannot delete the schemas.  I want to understand what is the impact of this on other Adobe tools of same eco system specially on Data Collection/ Launch and AJO?Will all the existing configuration in Data Collection of DEV sandbox erased? What about the AJO journeys, campaigns, events, messages in DEV sandbox? will these go as well.What will happen to other tools like analytics, target, etc.Thank you in advance. 

Hi, I am new to Adobe Analytics. Previously, I was using Google Analytics In Adobe Analytics, I have set up a lead gen goal for users who landed on the thank you page. However, I'm not sure how to manipulate the data and metrics to show the conversion rate. In Google Analytics, the goal conversion rate for the respective (landing) pages are shown automatically, but it seems like a bit of additional work is needed for adobe analytics. Hope my question makes sense. How can I implement or manipulate the data in Adobe Analytics to show this?

Hello all,   we have a client that tells us that this scenario is real for them: Their customers might have employees that don't have specific - personal - email address, but all use one and the same: info@example.com. And they want multiple people from that company to register for an event with that same one email address. I told them that Marketo dedupes on email address and the subsequent event tool won't be able to process that data influx, but they insist that there must be a solution out there.   Does anyone happen to have a creative idea?   Thanks!Michael

I have created a container component wherein i have a field in dialog which is a numberfield to set the number of childer components to be enabled.Is there a way that on number authored the children component can be added? As in if 2 is authored, i wanted two children components.

Hey guys,  We started designing our E-Mail Master Template in Stripo a while ago and after exporting the HTML we added the "Marketo Syntax", so all the modules and elements inside the template can be picked and edited by our staff inside Marketo.  We ran into multiple issues while designing, but most of it could be handled effectively (thanks to the Marketo community here we could fix some of the issues where we didn't have a fitting solution!). Now where the Master Template is set up and most issues were supposedly fixed (especially Outlook Buttons!!), we are designing new mail campaigns inside Marketo. While doing so, we had another rendering issue that we found in Litmus. This time the culprit is not Outlook, but moreover Gmail on iOS Devices: The rendered screenshots is looking like the elements are way off and we can't find the reason for this. When testing on my own device (iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 17) i couldn't recreate this issue though – then I found o

My question relates to the mirror page link of a sent email. We would like to save the individual mirror page link in our CRM so that our service agents can see the email that the customer has received 1 to 1, but it is currently unclear to us where this individual URL is saved. Can anyone help here?

I would like to create a segment that shows me how many Visits our site has with No interaction (interaction = eVar has not been set) and then apply this segment to different pages.  Example: Interaction = evar30 How do I create such a segment? Been trying with:1) Container Visit = eVar30 does not exist2) Container Visit = Visit (metric) exists and eVar30 exist (exklude)and so on.

Hi, I am using AEM 6.5.19 and created a simple sling servlet adapting to Resource.
