Hi there! I'm setting up an email campaign to test + learn what type of content our 4 personas are interested in. To do so, I'm planning to send my first email using dynamic content to slightly tweak the messaging to our 4 personas. Within that email, I'm linking to 3 pieces of content - "A", "B", "C"I'd like to set it up so that depending on which content a person clicks on, wait 5 days and they receive the next email with additional content pertaining to "A", "B," or "C". Where I'm getting stuck - if someone clicks on content "A" AND "B", what is the best way to set up the program? Should I have the next set of emails run on separate days so the person could still receive both if they clicked on both? Curious how other folks have done campaigns similar to this where you are asking your audience to select what content they are interested in, with the caveat that they may be interested in multiple pieces of content. I have followed the directions to set environment variables in dispatcher config for Apache 2.4.  I can use the variables within httpd.conf and included files.   But the variables do not seem to be getting set in dispatcher.any. i'm trying to set /docroot "${DOCROOT}" Where DOCROOT is initialized at apache start export DOCROOT="/opt/aem/httpd/cache" The virtual host entry is using this variable fine. I also noticed that the dispatcher documentation for environment variables has a typo in the /renders section,.  TIt says to set RENDER_IP variable, but the example uses ${PUBLISH_IP}. No big deal, but I figured I would note it while I was talking about it.

Does anyone know what segment membership and the number below it means? I see this when I view sample profiles after creating segment rules using the rule canvas in Experience Platform.  

We used to be able to create sections on an intake form that Requestors could not see or edit, but the receiving team members could see and edit without requiring admin access. Now, with the updated section break options (view, limited edit, edit, admin) I am struggling to figure out a way to make a section appear for project managers but not appear for requestors. Here is the set-up:Project Managers have Manage access to the queueAnyone can submit to the queueRequestors receive contribute access to the requests they submitThere is one section on the request form where you need Edit access to view and Edit access to edit the values in the sectionThe intake form is used on issues, tasks, and projects How do I make it so that only the folks with Manage access to the queue can view and edit that section? I've tried limiting the requestors to only view access when they submit a request but then that prevents them from seeing ANY sections on the form.

We just licensed Planning and I'm trying to create Planning entries from issues.  I have been able to do it at the most basic level but I get errors when trying to leverage custom form fields from the issue and put those values into the Planning entry.The fields I'm having problems with are either single- or multi-select dropdowns in the issue and the text values are the same in Planning but are built as custom columns in Planning rather than records.  Trying to map the values from the custom form fields into the fields for Planning yields the errors below. I understand these are two different object types and (as far as I'm aware) custom forms aren't supported in Planning quite yet, but has anyone tried this and been successful? 

Hello,  I'm trying to get a count of all the profiles on my dataset where the DOB is less than 21 years old from the Current Date. I'm trying to use the following syntax in the Query service but get an error:  SELECTperson.birthDate AS birthDate,COUNT(1) eventCountFROMdataset_aep_coreprofileWHEREDATE_ADD (YEAR, 21, person.birthDate) > CURRENT_DATE;GROUP BYperson.birthDate ErrorCode: 42703 queryId: 9be3e30e-29df-49a9-b78e-06eb65e0cf73 Column YEAR does not exist. I'm having a hard time understanding what SQL this service is using. Example: I'm used to using GETDATE() but I have to use CURRENT_DATE in this query.  Please advise.  

Following training for Enhanced Analytics, I am not seeing what I expect.I requested and logged into Adobe Workfront Test DriveThere are no KPI and no Conditions shown.  I do see project durations.I am logged in as System Administrator.Anyone else see this or have insights of what might be going on. 

We have a custom field "Is this an urgent request?" question that is on each submitted request. If the request is urgent we have a conditional flag that shows on a request intake report and on My Tasks reports for converted urgent requests. I've been asked to replicate this urgent flag (or something similar) in the My Work widget and I don't see customization for the overall view of the My Work widget to make the task show differently to denote the urgent tag. The only thing I can think of is to create an Urgent Task status and I could use Fusion to change the converted task status to urgent if the request is flagged as urgent. I can show the urgent field flag in the My Tasks widget, but people have been trained to use the My Work widget as the primary work source. So before we re-train users to use My Tasks, I thought I'd explore the possibilities a little. We're not ready to use Priorities yet and as it looks now, I don't see a way to add custom fields into Priorities yet.&

I have updated to photoshop 26.0 and I have installed the latest version of the Asset Link CEP plugin. However, I am getting an error when I try to open Asset Link. The "Adobe Asset Link" extension could not be loaded because Photoshop was unable to find the JavaScript plug-in." I am opening Photoshop with Rosetta, as Asset Link still doesn't appear in the Plug-ins panel, only in the legacy extensions.Right now the only thing that works in going back to a previous version of Photoshop.

I know I am missing something, but can we follow profiles on Experience League?When I click on a profile, there is not an option to follow them or add to a favourites. Any help would be appreciated!  

I am performing migration from AEM on-premise to AEM cloud. I am currently migrating client-libraries from /etc/design location to /apps/myproject location. Hi, I am ingesting some data from Amazon S3 bucket every 15 mins and i noticed that the data which is already ingested is getting ingested again and again as a separate row in the dataset. Is there a way to make sure that data already ingested is not ingested again?

Hi all,  Quick question here. I am currently in the process of adding mkto_UTM Campaign & mkto_UTM medium hidden fields to my forms, and up until now, I was using the URL parameter selection to pull from because we use URL parameters to track our email efforts and our paid search.    If I continue to set it up this way, and someone navigates to my landing page from a page with UTM parameters on it, but then doesn't convert and goes somewhere else on the site and converts from a different form, will the original UTM parameters carry through from the original source URL?    My initial thought is no, not unless I change my default values to pull from cookies. However, if I update it to pull from cookies, will the form then ignore the URL parameters from the direct page?    If I have to pick one or the other, the URL tracking is definitely more important, but ideally, I'd like to capture both!    Thanks in advance!  Felicia

Hello, I read through the available documentation on the new IP warming feature. I understand a user can have multiple phases in an IP warming plan. Each phase can have multiple runs. Also, a user can split runs. What are the benefits of having both phases and runs?When building my IP warming plan, why not just use 1 run per phase or 1 phase with all runs?Thank you in advance for any insight you can provide.  Jeff

I have an image drag and drop field. Upon dragging image i want the image alternative text to be inherited from DAM and show up in the dialog field below. How to go about this? Any help appreciated

I am trying to display an image in a project view using exactly the instructions provided in this documentation (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/reporting/reports/custom-view-samples/vie...) and am not getting the expected results. Unfortunately, the documentation on this function is limited so I have not been able to troubleshoot. I have saved the image in question to a OneDrive location and set the permissions to "anyone with a link" so that sign in is not required - all that is needed is the link. Hello Adobe community, there is a growing need to safeguard audiences, journeys, and content fragments. I need different roles have different permission level to edit certain audiences, journeys, and content fragments. Some people are allowed to edit certain segments whereas others can use those segment and not able to edit it. I need to create a few email alerts that will help us monitor our auto merge static list.  Here are the 2 email alerts I am trying to set up but don't know how to set up the filters to make it happen: Send alert if no records have been added to the "To Be Merged" static list in the last 7 daysSend alerts if the same record gets added to the "To Be Merged" static list more than 3 times.

Hello Workfront Community. Is anyone using a proof inside a SharePoint folder? Currently, we are facing an issue where, when uploading a proof to a SharePoint folder, Workfront does not provide a Version 2; instead, it remains as Version 1. We then have to manually change the document name to indicate that it is Version 2. Additionally, comments within the proof are not carried forward. Is there a way to resolve this?The current solution we are using is to create a Workfront folder instead of a SharePoint folder.
