Got an error under Status and Status Description for the report request  for  #Visits & Visitors for the following below segments from Data WarehouseDeviceType: DesktopDeviceType: MobilePhoneDeviceType: TabletError Details:Status-Has ErrorStatus Desciption: Internel Error Contact Support(Attached is the error screen)

I am an admin for the accounts at my organization and recently, when creating new accounts the users do not get the permissions to access our organisation reports.The reports are all contained within a sub menu at the top titled "Organization X" but this menu option does appear for new users.Comparing the user access groups of members with this menu option and the new accounts which don't have it doesn't show any difference. Is there something I'm missing here? Any suggestions into what I can look at to get this resolved?Many thanks for your help.

Is it possible to pass parameters to a component?I have a situation where I want to configure a component but do not want the author to do so.  Therefore, I'd like to be able to pass parameters to a component.Is it possible?Does anyone have an example of that?Thank you in advance for your help.-Dean

I have a smart campaign with the smart list filters:"Lead is created" and"Data Value Changes"It's set to "Use ALL filters"The flow is set to add those leads to an engagement program.However, it's adding all new leads created into the engagement program. I submitted a support ticket and am still waiting to hear back, but in the mean time I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Am I doing something wrong? Or is there a bug?

I'm a systems guy ("devops" if you like) so I'm looking to create an "It works!" page for the developers I serve. The developers will be instructed to delete this page when they start working.I know how to set up the content path, the DAM path, and all the Apache config files but I don't know how to create a page that can be rendered on the front end as a test page. I'm just tired of seeing "The requested URL / was not found on this server" and not knowing whether everything is working.I can edit the homepage ex: https://author.blago-support.blah/cf#/content/commercial-de/neutrinos/abadex/cha-cha/de_de/home.html but I don't see how to make it post, "It's alive!" or the like.Thanks.

Hi All,We have upgraded our AEM 5.6.1 author server to AEM 6.1 and then we used the same author instance as publish.The settings we changed to run the server as publish are : updated the port to 4503,  runmodes as publish,nosamplecontent in sling.propertiesWe are also starting the server from cmd prompt using this command : java -Xmx6024m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m -jar aem6-publish-p4503.jar -p 4503 -r publish,crx3,crx3tar,nosamplecontentThe instance is running as publish but we are facing a strange issue with login.ISSUE : we are not able to login author and publish both at a time. As we logged into author the publish session expires and logged out the admin and vice versa.We faced this issue only with some upgraded 6.1 servers.Kindly suggest if we are missing something in the configs. Hi, If I use custom date ranges in a table and then link a Line visualisation, an error displays stating that only time series data can be displayed in Line & Area visualisations. Given that the custom date range is essentially a group of days, I'd expect to be able to use these and still run a Line graph off them.ThanksAlex

We have to implement the functionality similar to Reference Component but using sightly but with little customization. Default Foundation Component is using sling:include but I have tried using <div data-sly-resource="${item.path @ appendPath='/jcr:content/par/'}" data-sly-unwrap/> and this is returning the data but it is returning the parsys as well. I don't want to include parsys. Is there anything which I can use to achieve this.If you could check the default reference component,it will return only what is present in the parsys Thanks in advanceMahesh Karle

Hi, I'm looking for a way to maintain separate Analytics data for each of our websites and at the same time be able to track visits across them.Example: Traffic comes to our Landing Pages from Paid Search. Then I created an application to have the ID and the Secret. Hello everyone -I am trying to pull a list but noticed some companies were included which I do not want. Below is a brief example of the smart list: Use Advanced filters: 1 and 2 and (3 or 4 or 5)Member of smart list: (in) All customersMember of smart list: (not in) Customers with service AIndustry: (is) HealthcareCompany Name: (contains) HospitalEmail Address: (contains) HospitalThe problem is, this is pulling up companies with either "Hospitality" in the company name and/or email address since "hospital" is in the word hospitality. However, I do not want to exclude ALL hospitality records since some are in the healthcare industry.How would I make sure that if the company/email address has hospitality, then I only get back the ones actually in the healthcare industry?Thanks in advance for the help!

Hi ,I asked this question before , but  does not got the appropriate answer on google also :-(Actually in our application we would like authors to upload images from scaffolding page , but when I am using the html5smartimage widget in the scaffolding , it only allows to Drop an Image from DAM , on checking the js of html5smartimage got to know that it happens if in case html5 upload functionality is unavailable , So is there some configuration that I can do to allow the uploading of images from that html5smartimage , If not would just like to know what would be the best approach to follow in this , which other widget can I use here Thanks in advance for any help ..

We're on 6.1 with all current hotfixes (except SP1) and feature packs.When I follow the tutorial to extend the comments / comment components, the resourceType that is created is of the original component, not the new one.My understanding is that if you registerComponent of your new component as both the model and the view this would correctly set the POSTed resourceType, but this is obviously wrong.What am I missing? What do I need to do?

Hi everyone,When there is only 1 choice added to the Change Program Status flow step, how will it effect the program status of a lead differently than just using the default choice? I was thinking that having the choice 1 allows the lead's program status to remain unchanged if the lead had unsubscribed/ email invalid/ had deliverability issues and that simply using the default choice would force the lead's program status to change regardless of other circumstances. Can somebody help clarify?Thanks, Tom

Hi there,I know this seems to be a relatively basic question and I *thought* I knew the answer but I seem to be having some trouble with it. As I understood it, to change the 'submit/download/etc.'button on a form, you took the following steps: - Click "Edit form"- Click "Form settings"- Click the cog in the right hand corner and "View Theme CSS"- Copy the CSS code, edit as necessary, then paste into "Edit custom CSS"However, within the Theme CSS, I can't identify any element that would allow me to edit the colour of a button. I have been advised that the element I need to look for is called ''.mktoMinimal.mktoButton'' - but I can't see this anywhere. Could anybody please advise?  Thanks,Jade

I have been seeing the issue of auto termination (aborted) of running workflows  up on activation.  I was not able to find out the way to disable this feature . Can anyone help on this ?  Here are the steps.1. Page is part of payload and it is in running workflow,  Same thing is shown in workflow console with RUNNING status.2. I activated the page . Then , i am seeing payload with ABORTED  in workflow console with comment "Auto terminated workflow with pay load  "/content/....."  for replicated page "/content............"

Hello, wonderful Marketo community!I'm working on creating an email that is fairly simple, except for two tiny pieces that are throwing me off. (Of course, these tiny pieces are the most important parts of the email!)Basically, what I need to do is have a snippet/token/whatever of dynamic content that refers back to a data sheet. In this case, we're trying to inform consumers of how much money they might be able to save in a rebate program that is being promoted, along with providing them an individual promotion code to enter. The dollar amount and promo code will come from a data sheet, which should be tied to individual customers.Mind you, I'm not the one in charge of segmenting that customer data or executing the campaigns. My job is simply to code the emails/landing pages, so my Marketo knowledge at-large might be spotty...Would this be better done with a snippet or a token? How would I go about having that snippet or token refer to the data sheet? While I excel at HTML ninja skill
