Hi,This question is about using Adobe Campaign , Client Console.  I am bored when I have to create a configuration again and again to see data., So my question is about how to save a "configured list" as a Template / Pre Configurigured List in Adobe Campaign, so that I do not have to make that layout again and again.  See screen show attached and the end gaol i want is I should be able to log out and log back in from a new machine / new browser and still get to the same layout in some way.  Thanks  Arvind        PS:  Can adobe create a forum dedicated to Adobe Campaign.  I volunteer to moderate it, manage it if that is what it takes.

For an upcoming webinar, I created an "Add to Calendar" ics file token. In the description section of the calendar file, I included another token for the Access URL to the webinar. It looks like this:Access URL: {{member.webinar url:default= }}My "thanks for registering" email includes the "Add to Calendar" link beautifully, and when you click on it the ICS file is downloaded. When it opens, there is the access URL link, working great. My question/problem: I created another email as a reminder of the webinar. I used the exact same Add to Calendar token. The exact same one! When I send myself a live test of this reminder email, I still get a good Add to Calendar link, and the ICS file still downloads correctly, but when you open up the event on the calendar to see the description, it just says, "Access URL:          " with no link at all. Just blank space. How is this happening when I'm calling on the exact same token and the exact same ICS file? 

What is your most foolproof method to align with sales to capture leads from tradeshows? Is it via their salesforce mobile app? A list you collect afterwards and import into Marketo? I'm trying to please the masses but don't want to create too many steps or allow leads to be left on the table.Traditionally we ask the sales team to provide an excel spreadsheet which we import into the marketo program in order to process and tag with the data we need accordingly.

We're trying to create a referral landing page. But want to make sure that when the referrer inputs their referrals information their information doesn't get replaced for the (referrer) but instead becomes a new lead. We tried disabling the munchkins in the template but that didn't work. Any advise? or templates we could clone?

I'm trying to implement the example found at: https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/using/restful-services.html , however, I keep getting the "Unexpected token <", due to the server probably returning a 404 or some other HTML error code. I followed the article and implemented it step by step in a 5.6.1 environment. When I initially imported my OSGI bundle containing the org.apache.httpclient jars, it was running/active, but now, it is only listed as "Installed", and when I click on the "start/run" button, I get the error shown below. After I couldn't get that service running, I installed the example 6.1 package in an AEM 6.1 environment, and it was working initially, but after uninstalling, re-installing and restarting the server, I can't get the associated OSGI services started anymore. They are in a "Installed" state, but won't start. Please help.1. I'm also a little confused as to what my OSGI bundle should list in the manifest under "Export-package" and "Import-package".Err

Today, I've noticed that within my "Adobe Analytics" section of an event based rule, the labels for evars, props & events is displaying in Chinese. My account language setting is English. Anybody else having this issue and/or know how to fix it?

I’m having problems with Ad Hoc where dimensions and metrics aren’t loading.   I have Current data access to all usersI’ve updated Java and cleared my java cache, which didn’t help.

Hi guys, I am relatively new to Marketo and need some help. If I am setting up an event campaign and subsequently sending out 4 emails total, but only have 1 ready to go (the wait time is 7 days in between), can I go in and edit the other 4 before they send? I will just need to unapprove them, edit them, and reapprove, correct? Or am I totally off base? Thanks!

I've created a program that is triggered based on an email click, however, the link I want to track is not static. It is a dynamic field pulled from the database called "URL".From the dropdown criteria, I see an option for "{{lead.URL:default=edit me}}", however, that didn't seem to work.Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Hi all, I built a triggered smart campaign and was testing a few leads as they moved through the program and was also monitoring changes in their program status. I was wondering when it would make sense for a lead to only run through the campaign flow once as opposed to every time. I was thinking that the "every time" option would make sense if lets say there was a smart campaign housing multiple triggers whereas "only once" would make sense if it were for a simpler campaign with one trigger/ flow-step. Or, is the "every time" option more applicable when you need to recycle leads through the campaign or when the campaign is part of an engagement program? I tested these options by having a lead run through a campaign where "only once" was selected and then having another lead run through a campaign where "every time" was selected, but the program status changed each time (this option had no effect).Thanks,Tom

Hi, we had to change the URL for "Service url" and "Service auth url" in DPS App Builder configuration. We've done this changes a few days ago and we've created the new versions of our apps but the apps still doens't allow us to log in. We've tried to look at the communication between apps and our service and it seems that Adobe servers still calls the old url. How can we update the info on Adobe edge servers regarding the new auth URL?Sebastian

Is there an easy way to take an event program that someone saved in a campaign folder and move it inside an engagement program?We need to move a historical event program inside of an engagement program without deleting it.

Hi all - question regarding the standard and all access subscriptions and how they connect to subscription families with Apple.I'm going to be selling multiple magazine titles in my app. For example, let's say I am creating a magazine titled Bob Magazine. And in iTunes Connect, I create a subscription family for this magazine -- com.myname.bobmagazine.subscription.oneyear and com.mynmae.bobmagazine.subscription.onemonth, etc. etc. etc. And in DPS I create two new standard subscriptions that match the subscriptions I just created in iTunes Connect. Ok, great.I have another magazine. Let's call it Colin Magazine after our favorite DPS Evangelist. I create a new subscription family. com.myname.colinmagazine.subscription.oneyear and com.colinmagazine.subscription.onemonth. And in Adobe DPS I create two new subscriptions that match the two new subscriptions I just created in iTunes Connect.Here's my question: If a user subscribes for one year to all the magazines with com.myname.bobmagazine

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to copy my production environment over to my sandbox?My production system is now massive and has been going for a few years.  I would really like to be able to clone it to my sandbox and then clear the production system back to just the latest campaigns again.  In effect my sandbox environment would almost be like an archive of everything I have worked on the last 2 years. Hi, I have created a livecopy and now I want to remove the live copy relationship for all the pages in the livecopy. I am aware of the "Livecopy suspend" feature, but the problem with that one is that the livecopy still appears as one of the blueprint livecopies in the Blueprint Control Center. Is there a way to do this manually from the user interface? Thanks 

In Salesforce, under Marketo Sales Insight,  I can see that a lead has clicked the link to our website in a few different emails (under Interesting Moments), but it shows no web activity (under the web activity tab). Has anyone ran into this before?I double checked the campaign results and the lead did in fact click on the link to our web page.

Hi all,I am reading AEM integration with CDN (Akamai).As I understand, CDN caches the data and serves close to the location of the user, thus reducing the distance data has to travel.Let us say that my application has one Production Server with one dispatcher and both of these are deployed in Africa.Users of my site access it from Asia, Europe and USA.If I want to employ CDN,  should it have three nodes (Not sure what they are called) one for each of these three locations (Asia, Europe and USA)?Will the attached diagram serve this request?Appreciate your help.Thanks,Rama.

I have an sightly component(.html) from where I am calling a method of my handler. In my handler I want to check userId of the loggedIn user and based on the loggedIn user I want to make that method of handler return values. How can I get the user Id of loggedIn user who is calling this handler.
