 HI, My debugger stopped working recently. I deleted it from my bookmark bar and installed new one following the instructions- https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/sc/implement/debugger_install.html , but still I just see a blanck screen with the new debugger. Is there any issue? Can you please help me fix this asap. I use Chrome extension.

Scenario: A lead was added to a Tradeshow Program via list import. which became the first action he took (attending the event), yet the program did not become his acquisition program.Question: What are the rules of program acquisition? It seem straight forward but in reviewing this situation there may be parts of the process I am missing.Second Scenario: An opportunity was created and closed based off this same lead's attendance of the Tradeshow, but the opp does not show up on the Program Opportunity Analysis Report, even though he is a member of the program. Our hunch is that because he doesn't have an "Acquired by" status, he is not showing up on the corresponding report.Second Question: Does the Program Opportunity Analysis report only pull Opps in which the contact role was acquired by that program? Or does it pull opps based on if the contact role has program membership in general? If it is the former, is there an analytic tool to see opp details from all contact roles that have

Hi all:Have you placed a google tracking code on a Marketo Landing Page?  If I want to roll up data from my Marketo Landing Pages in GA do I need any special code?

   I was thinking that I could use some javascript on the page and pass the time on page into a parameter eveytime they click on a new page.My problem is how can I then create a trigger that says if they stayed on the page longer than 3 seconds then trigger an email?Thanks!

I have a few questions about managing emails that are currently on active drip campaigns. If I deactivate an email on a nurture stream will those that were cued up to receive that email be instantly taken out of the distribution? Another question relating to this is that, if I want to make edit to an email within a nurture campaign would I need to deactivate the email on the stream (as well as unapprove the email) and make the edit, then reactive the email? And once I reactivate the email will the people that were cued up to receive the email prior to making the edits will be given the newly updated email?Thanks!

I have been trying to merge leads in Marketo. Sometimes I get the alert that it has failed to merge the leads with the ID number of one of the leads after it. Why is this occurring and how can I effectively merge the leads?

Hello, my company has integrations with multiple Marketo clients and this morning around 5:30am PST we started recieving '502 Bad Gateway' errors for most calls to the list function of the Marketo REST api.Here is an example of the kind of API requests that we're making:https://xxxxxxxx.mktorest.com/rest/v1/list/xxxxx/leads.json?batchSize=300&fields=xxxxxxxxx&access_token=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxNothing has changed in the way we make our usual API requests. Typically a 502 error indicates that there is an internal server error. Is there any information about why this is happening?

I'm having an issue with SAINT Classifications and exports. I've exported out by browser the Classification file, filled everything out, uploaded it, let it process and then a couple of days later I redownload it. I'm noticing a high percentage (about 30%) of things that should be classified showing as unclassified. When I export the file again about 30% of the blanks in the file are just duplicates. Any way to resolve?

I have been looking through the Community to find information on tracking links in the text version of an HTML email.  However, I can't seem to find a definitive answer to my question. Do brackets need to be added around URL's in the text version of an email while in the draft mode?For example if I include: <www.examplecompany.com> in my email, should it look like this in the final email for tracking: [[<www.examplecompany.com>]]Thank you! I love the new Layout Templates feature. Makes things a LOT easier. One suggestion: I'd really like to see the device title bar displayed in the layout simulation. I realize this is just a simulation, but when doing a layout for the iPhone 6, for example, the title bar takes up over 10% of the vertical space on the screen. This isn't reflected in the layout simulation, so when trying to position a banner at the top when using a collection image as a background image, for example, is a hit and miss affair.

Hi,I have a question about "sling:alias". I have a few pages with a sling:alias configured. During development everything works and when we publish the page, the page is available and can be opened on the publish instance. As I'm setting up the dispatcher and configuring the sling mappings (/etc/map/) I noticed that the pages can't be resolved using the sling alias. When I tested the page on the publish again, when I wasn't logged in, I couldn't retrieve the page as well. It seems like I have to allow access to the page, I already configured access to the content root for the website.When reading through the documentation I noticed that the SlingGetServlet does not allow anonymous requests that retrieve html pages, this could be the cause of my problem.Im wondering what the best solution is to allow the sling:alias to be used from the dispatcher? Is there a configuration setting to allow a tree of pages?RegardsSteven

I need to edit an email and when you open the editor and double click the text box (or click the gear and "edit), the text editor opens with no text.Is anyone else experiencing this? I've cloned and made new emails to no avail.

In layouting mode I kept four components set side by side (desktop.jpeg).In mobile resolutions I want all four components to lie one below the other, which I'm able to achieve(mobile.jpeg). But the problem is, I want each of them to take 100% width of the display as shown in second image. I'm not able to achieve this. Is there any solution or a clue which will point me in the right direction.

Hi,We are looking at possibilities for using AEM 6.1 + Solr for search requirements like filtered search,auto type serach,search based on property/metadata filters,full text search etc.But SOLR might come up as infra structure laterSo when we start our 1st phase of implementation we will be using default oak repository indexes and will be developing components which can fetch top 10 content using oak/jcr queries In phase2 Later when we move to solr based indexes assuming having a remote solr setup and configured the same at AEM 6.11) Will the fetch top 10 content component work without any modification to fetch content from SOLR document using solr indexes under oak:indexes or   Will this require a top 10 component re-factor to use SOLR REST API directly to fetch the json results and render the same in the component    Overall is the oak/jcr queries is abstracted at OAK level to fetch SOLR document or not for fulltext , property and advanced search as well ?

Hi,We are using DTM to implement Third Party Tags.Some time we get the third party tags as HTML <script> tags along with <noscript> tags.As , I understand DTM is a Javascript library, hence <noscript> tag will never be useful. Is this correct?As DTM will load only when Javascript is enabled.Hence, it is not meaningful to have <noscript> tag. Is this correct?Thanks
