Is there any way to use token functionality in landing pages that reside in the Design Studio? Or, can tokens only be used in the Marketing Activities side? Most of our landing pages reside in Design Studio and are not connected to programs and we are using snippets to update common numbers, copyright, etc but as you experts probably know already, using snippets for mass updating is not the most efficient of activities.Thanks!Claire

Hi All,I created two custom fields of Type:Score . First, Behaviour Score and second, Role Score.Based on a lead's role and behaviour , I have flows that update these two scoring fields separately. Could you guys help me out , if Lead Scoring based on addition of Behaviour Score and Role Score is possible,i.e., something like Lead Score = Behaviour Score + Role Score ? This way, the separate scorings can be tracked and alongside the total score will also be taken care of. Awaiting your guidance. Thanks !

We are creating an event invite list based on members of an SFDC campaign. Whenever somebody on the Sales team adds someone to the campaign, we are using the "Added to SFDC Campaign" trigger to send the invite and change the person's program status. My question is: how fast does this happen? Is it instantaneous (aka as soon as they are added to the SFDC campaign, the Marketo smart campaign is triggered) or is there some sort of delay?

Hi All,In a normal scenario, we have leads coming into our Marketo lead records and based on their attributes and activities, their score keeps increasing (or decreasing) and they reach threshold scores to be qualified as MQL or Prospect or etc. upon which we decide to push the leads to our SFDC instance.However, there might be scenarios wherein we do not want to process certain leads based on their activities or attributes, and straight away qualify them as MQL so that the Sales people can start pitching them. (For eg.- We import a list of potential leads, straight away assign them MQLs so that the sales people start approaching them via calls). How do you guys suggest, I create a program/ smart campaign to straight away process leads as MQLs without tracking their activities for extreme urgent scenarios ?Thanks ! -Prabash.

Hi,We are seeing a difference in the traffic percentages between Ad Hoc Flow's report and Next Page Flow in Omniture.We are trying to figure the amount of users landing in a page called "Form" departing from a page called "Home".----------------------------------------------------------------In Ad Hoc, departing from "Home" we get:- Exited Site (55.19 %)- Home (39.75 %)- Form (2.38 %)and so on...----------------------------------------------------------------In Omniture, departing from "Home" we get:- Exited Site (94.95 %)- Form (2.38 %)and so on... Our guess is that Ad Hoc processes a reload like a new entrance in the page while Omniture processes it as a page exit.Is that correct?Thanks

I've been creating my own .ics files in outlook for some time now but now noticed there is now a token for it. There is documentation on how to create them (Create a Calendar Event (.ics) File - Marketo Docs - Product Docs ). However, I would like to know if anyone has successfully used and image and linked the token to that. I tried <a href="{{my.token}}"><img src="image"/></a> it it comes out with the image and the text from the token next to. Any Tips? Thanks,Pieter

or, whether I locate them at the same level as the custom component, or nest them beneath the component etc., what is the "defacto standard" for experienced AEM developers? When I look throughout the JCR at the existing AEM components, (i.e. those that come with AEM out of the box), I see folders sometimes named Clientlib, and at other times, Clientlibs and I want to be consistent and follow the established defacto standards to ensure that my changes get picked up/detected properly. I doubt this is why my changes aren't picked up immediately sometimes, (as it's probably just typical caching and weird CQ/AEM behavior), but thought I'd ask to be certain I don't cause myself problems going forward.

I have set up an engagement program with multiple streams with the first email scheduled to be cast in mid-November. Since the Thanksgiving week is shortly there after, I would like to prevent any emails from casting during that week, with the intention of having them pick back up the following week. From what I've already come across, it seems to be that the consensus is to schedule a batch smart campaign outside of the program listening for leads that are in the desired engagement streams, setting their cadence to paused. After the Thanksgiving week, I would change the cadence to normal. This action would allow the leads to pick back up in the same spot they were in before being paused. It was stated that leads don't keep track of which spot they are at in a stream. Rather, they start with the first piece of content, moving through the stream until they find a piece they haven't received. Is this accurate? Is my understanding of pausing leads accurate? Will I get the desired results

We are currently using a ServiceResourceResolver which works fine, but noticed that the ThreadResourceResolver allows me to read from the JCR without issue - but I've not found documentation around its limits/permissions/etc, only that it's the last unclosed ResourceResolver created on the current thread.Is it always non-null and able to read from the JCR? What are the assumed permissions?Can it be used to write to the JCR?

I am trying to create a report/subscription on our Marekto segments -- .e.g., how many people do we have within a given segmentation? I want this report go to out monthly.Does anyone have any suggestions as to what report I can use for this?Thanks for your help!Steve

We are working to implement our Marketo Sandbox and connect it to our SFDC sandbox.  When sending an email to a lead in sandbox, will the actual lead receive the email, or can we set the email address to go you a system admin?Is there an easy way to set the default email address if it doesn't send to the lead?Thanks,Kyle

Can I over ride the "Blocked (System Managed)" error that appears when you try to upload and assign at the same time? Just wondering why it's an option if we can't choose it. Thanks!

During my time with the new DPS platform... I have been thinking about some ideas... one idea that has come to mind would be the ability to be able to set a collection to a random status.Having the ability to create a collection that could randomly change its "Main" cover/card image.  Personally I would use this for various ads, so that Ads could rotate randomly when a collection/browse page was opened.

I'm trying to test an IPA file created in DPS 2015 using Mobile Iron. My IT partner received this error message from Mobile Iron - "Error: a required CoreFoundation (CF) property is missing from the IPA file." I've been using Mobile Iron to deploy enterprise apps for 2 years and I've never received this error message. Any ideas? Thanks
