What are the various performance constraints in Adobe Campaign, in terms of parallel processing of Workflows, count of database schema or work tables, Data Loading, Email generation?

Is it the same as Angular js?2] What does "CQ.Ext.ns" indicate?3] Was able to understand the line "CQ.WCM.getSidekick()" by going through https://docs.adobe.com/content/docs/en/cq/5-6-1/widgets-api/index.html?class=CQ.WCM. However, could not understand the line "var pagePanel = sk.panels["PAGE"];" and "return comp["name"] == "PUBLISH_PAGE";".Any thoughts on this will be helpful.

Hello, I have a question. I was approached by a team asking if I could create the following test:Control - Current experience, where the user goes from page A to C.Test - They want to create a page B in between so that when the user clicks on a link in page A, he/she is taken to B and from B the user can go to page C.Is this test feasible in target? Thanks,Manna.

My client was given a development dynamic media sandbox so that their testing in a dev and UAT sandbox of the AEM would not change published presets in their production media server. I have the replication agents set up and they connect fine but when the step to perform the offloading runs, or not, the workflow stops there. There are only two steps to the workflow. First a gate keeper step then the step to perform the offloading. Both are standard AEM workflow steps with no custom script. In the history of the workflows and the logs, I see the workflow start, the gate keeper step complete, then nothing. I don't see any errors in the logs or anything concerning the offloading. Images set to be offloaded don't process and sit in limbo.My question is how do I diagnose what the issue is so that a remedy can be found.

Hello all,I  am making a reusable component for my cms that will allow content authors the ability to add a link to a page that will spawn a modal that contains a marketo form. I have added code to inject the form on clicking of the link and once the form is submitted or cancelled we  remove the form tag, the div( mktoStyleLoaded )  and the iframe (iframe#MktoForms2XDIframe).The first time we submit any form on the page it goes through and we get a success response. Is there anyway to have a banner link to an internal collection within the app?I have a normal collection card on the homepage that links to the collection when the user taps it, but I would also like another link to the same collection further down on the browse page. I was trying to use a banner, but I don't see anyway to internally link with a banner.I am wondering if there is a way to internally link with a banner, or another way to have two access points to the same collection from a browse page.Thanks.Ivan Mironchuk‌

Has anyone had a problem with Apple approval of their DPS2015 app with an error stating "app name" Beta has expired and would not launch?We started the app when 2015 was in beta, but the files were converted to production by Adobe months ago.I don't see anything amiss in the settings and the dev version has been working fine for us internally. When I called Adobe, the support person said they have others with the same issue.Thoughts?

We are facing an issue with dispatcher caching of image renditions, so wanted to poll the community on this -Suppose image in question is A.jpg at path /content/dam/myapp/A.jpg.If the image rendition is accessed first, dispatcher caches the rendition at - /content/dam/myapp/A.jpg/jcr:content/renditions/some-rendition.jpeg, Here A.jpg is a directoryNow if a request is made for A.jpgDispatcher checks if the path /content/dam/myapp/A.jpg, exists ?Dispatcher gets a false positive as A.jpg is a directory, not a file.Dispatcher tries to return A.jpg from cache, but fails as A.jpg is a folder.Wanted to check if anybody has faced this issue and how was it solved.

I'm currently migrating folios from a previous app to the new DPS 2015. I have two folios of each issue, one for tablet and one for phone. From my understandings, I need to select a 2 Top Level Collection option in the project settings to get these to work on both devices. I'm also planning on integrating posts from Wordpress into the App. Therefore a designed magazine is to sit alongside content streamed from our blog.My question is, if I select this 2 Top Level Collection option, will I have to create 2 HTML files for the content which is integrated via a CMS, or will this optimise automatically to fit both? Continuing to create the magazine with two sizes is fine, as all articles are bespoke designs.Hope this makes sense!

So, is it something like whenever a custom xtype is created , we have to extend from CQ.form.CompositeField?2] Also, in this particular scenario, there are fields like textfield,dropdowns which I believe are OOTB xtypes. Why is there a need to create a custom xtype?Any thoughts on this will be helpful.

Good Afternoon,  How many hours of work do I still have to waste, before you guys improve your software. It stops working without any reason - either error 404 or asks me to refresh browser. Above all there is no basic option like autosave.I find it very annoying and I am close to switch to another provider. Thank you!Joanna

I'm currently having the problem that we have two different domains that are tracked into one report suite. Usually we differentiate this based on one variable which tells us the domain name. This time though due to a mistake this information is the same for the two different domains and I have no variable with which I could distinguish the two, because they are basically identical pages, just under different domains. Unfortunately the domain information is cut off the page name and the page URL variables. Does Omniture still track the domain name of the page somehow? Any ideas for a workaround?

I'm setting up an event program, which has a series of email invites. I'm using a token and wait steps to set up a campaign or campaigns that sends out invite #1 three weeks before the event, #2 two weeks before the event and #3 a week before the event.I thought I could use the a trigger campaign (Program Status is Changed to Invited) plus a Date Token Wait Step ({{my.Event_Date}} Minus 21 days etc) to set this up. The problem I'm having is that if someone is added less than a week before the event, they will get all three emails at once. I know that I could do a batch campaign with a specific send date for the emails to go out, but I was hoping through use of trigger campaigns/tokens I could set it up in such a way that I could clone the whole program without having to then manually select the dates for each email to go out. What I'm trying to achieve is "Run Once on {{my.Event_Date}} Minus 21 days". Is this possible?My Friday afternoon brain is officially frazzled, so I'm h

For reason I'd rather not go into, I'm displaying a validation message (in a little red callout) when my form is loaded. Does the API have a method to hide that?

I post our content (landing pages) through social media, and it either shows the one background picture on the landing page, or no picture at all. Is there a meta tag for a thumbnail picture? I put a screen shot below of where I've been looking. Thank You!

If someone is completing a form and presses the "Enter" key, is there any way to prevent the form from treating this the same as clicking the "Submit" button? Or is that a function of the web browser/web browser configuration? The situation is that there is a form with a text box for people to enter comments - and they are pressing "enter", presumably, to add a line break but this action submits the form so their comment is incomplete.I'm guessing this isn't something configurable on the form - and my workaround would be to move the comments field up above one or more required fields, but would love to know if there's a better way.

When a collection is added, it does not appear in the homepage. Instead, you get a message telling you "Update aviable". You actually need to push this message, or drag the page down, to trigger the update.Why doesn't the page automatically update with the new content?It feels like an unnecessary action for the reader to trigger the update.
