We're developing forms/landing page to capture leads at events & trade shows. We've noticed a bit of a lag within our internal processes from the time a lead is captured on the trade show floor to the time the lead is followed up with by our sales team. The vision for this project is that attendees will fill out the form at the show to be entered into our drawing. This form will mostly be for leads that we do not suspect they are currently interested in our service (they may just want our awesome prize). However, there will be a check box on the form that will allow the lead to self identify as a true lead which will then be routed to our sales team.We also have a second form that our reps will fill out with true MQLs at the show, which will pass the lead over to our CRM (SFDC) within 5 minutes of completing the form. This form allows the rep to collect more information about the lead before passing it over to our sales team. It is also not customer-facing friendly.Both forms will

I'm using Reports & Analytics and I'd like to know how to set the default page or default section when generating reports.  Currently the default page is 'Entire site' or the first one in alphabetical order.  I'm interested in generating a number of reports dealing with the same page and this is taking time to select the page every time. I have a custom email script token that works perfectly in email.  Is there a way to translate this type of token to a landing page? 

Has anyone come up with a solution to maintaining original UTM parameters so they are not lost if someone clicks through your site? I was thinking of trying my hand at using javascript to create a cookie with the original landing url and utm parameters for that url and then pass it to a Marketo form if/when the person fills out a form. Has anyone already done this and be willing to share ideas/thoughts?Secondary question would be what exactly does Marketo capture in Munchkin? Does it capture document.referrer or things like location.hostname, pathname, and search? I am getting a lot of leads with the original referrer being our site. All our pages have munchkin on them so shouldn't it be equal to the page before they landing on our site? (assuming it isn't direct)

Does anyone know how to change the font color of the unsubscribe message?

I'm looking at two reports for the same campaign: an Email Link Performance Report and an Email Performance Report. Both reports have the same filter and are looking at the same selected emails with the same time-frame. Both reports also show the same number of qualified leads.Yet, both reports are showing different numbers.For example: Email Performance Report shows that the first email we sent out got 200 clicks, Email Link Performance shows that the email actually got 250.I'm trying to understand why there might be a discrepancy between the two reports.Thank you,- Malik

I took the DPS trial offer, it has now expired so I see the Unauthorized Access - you don't have permission etc. message. I have tried so many times to contact Adobe by various means - no reply - no surprise!!! I am an Adobe Certified DPS Instructor, I need to show/train perspective clients in what is happing in the Adobe DPS world - I can't, but what I can say to them is there is some fantastic alternatives out there, Twixl, Aquafadas, In5, Mag+ etc. These people will talk to you, they will be transparent about everything including costs. I accept that DPS 2015 is only appropriate price-wise for a certain segment of the market and Adobe apparently now have no interest in the other market segments but come on Adobe - talk to us, and let us at least be able to freely trial/test/train your product.In the words of Pink Floyd "Is there anybody out there?"

Hi,I am running some performance load test on AEM Author instance (AEM6+SP3). The performance test consists of 250 concurrent users performing login, three basic component editing operations into an existing page and page view.Hardware is the following: 8 CPU, 12 GB (8 GB allocated for AEM).What happens is the following: even when the number of active threads is 30, we have response time of 18 seconds (.html page/component view) and the response time continues to grow rapidly. When the number of threads goes up to 250, we reach an OutOfMemory.My doubt is: what is the limit of concurrent authors performing such kind of operations that AEM can sustian with reasonable response time (2, 3 seconds?) independently by the application code?Thank you.

Can anyone help me understand Marketo support? 50% of the time they do not respond to my cases within the time I am meant to have a response. When they do, often it's a very simple clarification question, which I respond immediately to, then I don't hear from them for several more days, even though we are meant to hear back from them within 6 hours.I am learning to include as much detail and information as possible right from the get-go since it is so hard to get someone to respond to me in a reasonable amount of time, but I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for other places to go for help since Marketo support is so unreliable. (Don't get me wrong, I love Marketo software...it's just I think maybe their support team is overwhelmed and they need to hire more people to help ease the load or something.)I've been using these community discussions, which have been pretty helpful, but when it's something specific to my Marketo instance and I need Marketo to help me, I am at a loss f

There is a query being run when assets are updated that is taking a long time as the number of assets increases. The query isn't in any of the code that I manage so I believe it is in some of the standard Adobe workflow code. How do I fix the performance?The query being run is:XPATH /jcr:root/content/dam/images//element(*, nt:unstructured)[fn:name() = 'metadata' and @itemNumber = 'some_item_number']I've added an oak index for the itemNumber where the propertyNames = itemNumber, reindex = false, reindexCount = 3, and type = property. When I run the query analysis, it says it isn't using any indexes. The client is using AEM to warehouse and manage images for their production web services. Therefor, there is a huge catalogue of images and performance gets worse and worse as they upload images. I'd like to get this to where I can get the index to work and make the system much more efficient. Image processing goes from taking a few minutes to days in a hurry. Thanks in advance.

Hi all,I've unsuccessfully tried to find some documentation about how to implement websockets within AEM. Some posts say there isn't any support for websockets OOTB, and one approach to achieve it is to have an embedded web servlet container, such as Jetty.On the other hand we have this OSGi bundle: com.adobe.granite.socketioWhich imports some packages for websocket handling: org.eclipse.jetty.websocket.server,version=9.2.9 from org.apache.felix.http.jettyIs there any workaround/snippet/documentation I can look at? Thanks in advance for your time.

What can I do to prevent all ads from showing in the browse page?I have tried to eliminate ads from all card mappings, choosing Advertisement type = Non-ads in all card mapping rules. Problem is the keep showing up using the default card.Is it possible to hide ads?

I have a list of about 6,000 leads, and I want to send an email to these clients in batches, over time. I'd like to send to about 500 contacts per day. I've set up a batch campaign with the smart list criteria to include leads who are part of a specific list. I update that list with new leads daily, and this feeds my recurring batch campaign.Is there a better way to stagger the send so I don't have to update the list manually, each day, to achieve a small send every weekday morning?

Hey everyone, Currently, we rely on 'visited page' trigger and a series of interstitial download pages to apply behavioral lead scoring points for downloading content from our site. I've run into an issue where it only seems to properly execute some of the time, so I'm taking it as an opportunity to see how others have done this. I'd like to keep it as a global scoring system as much as possible, but I'm curious what triggers you're using to apply behavioral lead score points.Thanks!
