I'm trying to go through the OAuth2 flow as described here https://marketing.adobe.com/developer/documentation/authentication-1/auth-web-server-1When I get to the final step of exchanging the authorization code for an access token I'm receiving a response with a http status code of 400 with an error of invalid_grant and an error_description of "The authorization code has expired" even though I using the authorization code within at most a couple of minutes of getting it. We are planning to move to appmeasuremnt from s_code 27. Hi! I know that if I apply a custom event in the Pages report, the success events are distributed in a linear way among the items. Therefore we copy the Page values to an eVar, for which we have selected "Most recent (last)" as allocation model, which means that no matter which custom event I apply, I will only get a figure if the event was fired in the same image request. Is that correct?I'm asking because if I apply a success event in that report it shows me some events happened on some pages, on which it shouldn't because they have no tag with that event. I just want to make sure it is not similar to the Pages report.So let's assume I have two pages, X and Y and on page Y only I have event U. Assume user surfed to page X, then Y and triggered event U. In the pages report this event would be attributed to both pages equally, half-half. In a custom conversion report, with attribution model "last", only page Y should get credit for event U, while page X would be attributed 0 - nothing.

The idea has been laid out, at my current project, to do away with having separate Production and Development report suites and just dump everything into a single Global suite that the organization would then simply have to segment out between whether they wanted Development or Production traffic. Reasoning; They are tired of having to keep track of which plugin to use, they sometimes forget to switch the plugin when pushing from Dev to Prod and they say it will be easier for THEM to maintain.My take: The idea is borderline lunacy. You don't co-mingle Dev and Production traffic in a single suite UNLESS said suite is to be used exclusively by advanced users who know enough to segment out what they are looking for and even then the reasoning is sketchy. To the lay person coming in and using the tool, they are not going to know all of the proper ways to filter. Hi folks,does anyone have anything that will create a 'large' number of login accounts (say training1 through training40) with the same groups, passwords, expiration etc?I have in the past done these by hand for individuals attending a training class but usually need to delete the accounts a few months later because those who attend the class never actually end up using SC. some do but it a much lower number than actually get trained.Any thoughts?

On the site, there is an internal search function.  There is an eVar and a prop dedicated to tracking what search term is being used.  The counts for unique visitors and instances are exactly the same for the eVar and the prop.  For the prop, page views and instances have exactly the same counts, but for the eVar, the page views are an average of about 10 times higher than the instances.  I am lost, please help.

Hi all,I am needing some help on creating a segment based on a Visit or Visitor viewing a certain page a number of times.  I haven't been able to find a reg expression option in Segment Builder to indicate that a segment can be defined by a Hit equaling a certain page, but also viewing that page X amount of times.  Is it possible to build out this type of segment? Thanks for your help.

HiAre there issues with datawarehouse?  I created a new segment which doesn't seem to be appearing in the datawarehouse segments.  Also I deleted some segments that I do not use anymore, they still appear in datawarehouse. Can anyone help Kind Regards Yaser

Hi,I'm new to Omniture Site Catalyst and I am wondering how I would create a Time of Day Report. For instance. I manage the Bing Paid search for my company and Bing gives the Time of Day data on conversions, but only goes back 6 months. I am looking to generate a report in Omniture for Time of Day (Hours 0-23) from 1/1/2014 to Today for conversions based on Adgroups or products. I know each account is setup differently, so I just need to know where I can go to create a custom report and select Time of day for the Metric with Product/Adgroup for the Breakdown. Is there anyway someone can help with this? Thanks, Ivan

I'm wondering if it is possible to convert engagement metrics such such as bounce rate to a conversion goal (eVar)?  My team wants to use eVar with an existing solution we have in place, and want to know if this is a possibility, and/or if there are any limitations or caveats we should be aware of?Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi! In our Adobe Analytics' settings the IP range of the whole company is excluded, in order not to inflate the numbers in the reports. Is there any way for me to circumvent this exclusion, so I can see my behavior in Analytics reports? Maybe there is some tool? Hi,I tried to sign in on ReportBuilder, but it constantly prompts a message saying "Login was unsuccessful, username/password is incorrect". I've double checked my credentials and I'm sure that it's correct.Is ReportBuilder down for some reason? I'm putting together a report in report builder looking at 4 of my production suites. I already have a dashboard with this information created and am simply looking to import the data from these. Note that the data/segments etc are identical to each other for each of these marketplaces.When I import the data from production suite 1, it works perfectly and I can maneuver the data as needed. However when trying to import the dashbaord data for any of the 3 remaining production suites, I receive an error "unrecognized metric" and I'm unable to import the data.Any idea what could be happening here?Thanks,

Hi,Anyone successfully done the Demandbase - Sitecatalyst integration using Data connectors.?. Getting around 30% line item as "None" in the DB(DemandBase) report. Is that none percentage is normal when we use Data connectors? And, when we go with Custom JS Demandbase solution by not using Data connectors then the none% is pretty low. Anyone faced this issue earlier or any recommendation to fix this. Thanks in Advance.

Hello -  I'd like put the country value (Adobe Dimensions > Visitor Profile > Geosegmentation > Countries) in a prop and/or eVar so I can classify it into our custom geographic hierarchy.  I've tried doing this via processing rule, but Country is not available.  Is this something easy I can hand off to our DTM expert?  At first glance, it doesn't look easy to do there either.  I've explored the option of using segments and the new Analysis Workspace, but our end users don't have access to the Analysis Workspace (yet) and segments are awfully manual for this use case... but will be used as a last resort if nothing else is available.Thanks, Kerri

I'm trying to get the internal referring page name or page path into an eVar via processing rules but haven't had any luck so I was hoping someone here might have come up with a clever solution for this.For example, if the referring page is www.mysite.com/results?color=black&price=20-30 and the page name for that page is Search Results I'd like to populate an eVar, via processing rules so i don't need to get IT involved, with either www.mysite.com/results or Search Results. I tried creating a processing rule using referring domain but that only gives me www.mysite.com and I can't find an option for referring path. Is there a creative way around this or do i need to get the IT team to implement this?Thanks for any help.

what is the best way to calculate the average clicks to the first interaction of a particular page? We want to understand how many clicks it takes visitors on average to get to page A and optimize the site experience to reduce the number of clicks it takes to get to page A regardless of where they are on the site.  Thanks

Hi, is Adobe Analytics down or is it just me? I cannot login. Is there any page where I can see its status?

The new load of analytics seems to have removed the 'wrench' in the upper right corner when I use the 'i' to look at the segment definition. I used to be able to click the wrench and the segment editor would open, I could edit the segment and then when I saved it the report would re-run with the updated segment. Now the wrench is gone and I have to jump through hoops to go to the segment manager, find the segment, edit it, re-open analytics, wait for the menus to populate, re-create my report, re-apply the segment and see if my change worked. taking a 1 minute process and making it 5-10 minutes in length.  Am I missing something. there isn't anything in the release notes I saw about this capability being changed. I am an admin so should be able to do anything without needing to setup special access (and if there is special access what is it I need to do to get it back?)

Hi,My company uses an external booking site to manage event bookings. Previously this has meant it has been impossible for us to monitor full users journey's across our site / the booking site using CampIDs. Recently we added our page tags to the funnel of the booking site (which are linked to directly from our site) - so we can see traffic information through the funnel in our report suite. However, Campaign IDs still appear to not persist from one site to the other. So we still cannot track channel activity across both sites - which was the purpose of the exercise.Has anyone done anything similar to this before, or know how to get CampIDs to persist from a 1st party domain to a 3rd party domain?Any information would be hugely helpful.ThanksTobz
