Our company is having trouble receiving paid search data. It's something in our tagging I believe. We receive almost 90+ percent of unspecified/keyword unavailable. I attached some screenshots, is anyone else having this problem.  Thanks for the help,Chris

One of our larger clients is having issues getting data in the Omniture Dashboard whenever we update their Adobe Video Heartbeat SDK beyond version 1.37 (on Android only). The client would like to be on the latest 1.5x version. I’m a little fuzzy on the  plugin mentioned in the release notes, and whether it is or isn’t required. Any insight you or your team could provide as to what might cause the Heartbeats data not to arrive in the the client console would be greatly appreciated. I clearly see the data leaving the Android device via Charles, though the 1.3x traces include a “trackingServer” and “RSA” parameter that I don’t see in the 1.4x traces. 

I'm working on a Universal Windows Application (UWA / Windows 10) and need to integrate Omniture, but not getting very far.I have tried to install by the Visual Studio extension  which doesn't seem to be compatible, as I get the following error :The processor architecture of the project being built "Any CPU" is not supported by the referenced SDK "ADBMobile, Version=4.0".Please consider changing the targeted processor architecture of your project (in Visual Studio this can be done through the Configuration Manager) to one of the architectures supported by the SDK: "x86, ARM, x64".Are there any other options for me to incorporate Onimture into the application, or is there any roadmap with an SDK to support Windows 10 (UWA)?Thanks!

I'm integrating ADMS into an iOS game.I've setup Charles to test whether the calls are coming through, and I can only see them after I've paused the app (press home button) and resumed it. We have implemented the webpage code and s_code, and we are able to generate various reports. However the traffic sources section is showing wrong data, It just shows typed/bookmarked to 98% and Search Engines to 2%. Can anyone guide how to go traffic source data as Typed/Bookmarked, Search Engines, Referrals, Others etc?Thanks in Advance!!! Please let me know if anymore details / screenshots are needed.

I've been working with Adobe support but not having much luck so turning to forums to see if anyone has experienced these issues and has any thoughts.  I thought these issues were limited to my work PC which is connected via LAN proxy to the net but now am also getting them on laptops that are just accessing web via unsecured wi-fi so ruling out corp proxy/firewall as the culprit (I have also engaged heavily with internal IT/Help Desk to no avail).Main issue is that when navigating through Adobe Analytics, I will suddenly receive an error message that this webpage has a redirect loop (still pointing to an https://sc2.omniture.com URL).  The reload button just brings up the same error and the only way to fix is to clear my cache/cookies and restart the browser or wait for an extended amount of time.  If I fail to clear cache and try to log back into Adobe, I just see "waiting for sc2.ominutre.com" and "waiting for www2.ominutre.com" alternate on the bottom left of my browser.Secondary i

Hi,Is there an easier way of sending all the SC variables populated on a page again using custom link tracking - I'm looking for an option other than including all those variables within linkTrackVars/linkTrackEvents and triggering the s.tl() function?e.g. During a page load, I've values for 10 props, 15 eVars and 3 events.For some reasons, I want to track all those variables again using custom link immediately after the page view (so that it will not be counted as a second page view).What is the best way to track this?Thanks

Hello,For some obscure entry pages on my site, why is the top referrer often Typed/Bookmarked when it doesn't make sense that it would be? We guess internal ads drive to these obscure pages, but when we break down the entry pages report by the marketing channels, we mostly see 'none' values. Regardless, internal ads shouldn't set the referrer to Typed/Bookmarked should it? Does anybody have advice on this issue?Thanks,Walter

Hi I'm trying to set a page load rule to only fire when a div is been displayed so i tried using this custom code: if($(".av_hidden-content").css('display') == "none"){return false;}But the rule does not fire and I get this from the console(){return"none"==$(".av_hidden-content").css("display")?!0:!1} for rule "Redd's Apple Ale: AV test" not met.Would you please let me know if i'm doing this right? or if I need to change something in my script?:) thank you!

We plan on making a change to our s.trackingServer variable in the next couple of weeks. I know this affects the cookie used to track my users but what affect will this change have on my reporting.Thanks in advance for your help.

Could someone please let me know if they have encountered reporting problems when attempting to measure traffic from Nigerian IP? For some unknown reason the discrepancy between our ad server report and Omniture is huge. Reasons/solutions would be gratefully received...! Cheers...

I need a way to pull bounces and bounce rate in data warehouse, so I can utilize the data to analyze bounces and bounce rate by page or any other variable, at a given time frame.  Currently the bounces and bounce rate metric is not available in data warehouse.  Can I make a suggestion to at least include the bounces metric.  Thank you!

I have several reports established in dashboards where I utilize the comparison (% of total) column. On 1/16, something changed and that comparison column doesn't show up when I am reporting on calculated metrics. It only shows up on standard metrics.For example, I like to report on conversion rate by device type trended by day. I like to see how my conversion rate on each device type compares to the total conversion rate. Now when I run the reports, I don't get the comparison to total like I did prior to 1/16. If it run the same report for visits instead of conversion rate, the comparison column shows up.Can anyone help me get that comparison column back into my reports? -Mike.

If I have a group(1400 +/-) of unique identifier's(unique identification number), is there a way to upload them into Adobe Marketing Cloud and have the ability to follow them. These unique id's are already in AMC with millions more, I want to segment this group so I can identify just them. Is this regarded as SAINT? Would I use the classification importer? 

Does SiteCatalyst really care how I am sending video metrics to SiteCatalyst?I mean, is it mandatory that I must use media object for video tracking? Alternatively, for each event/milestone, can I send the values using custom link tracking methods?Will it make any difference in the reports?ThanksJ M

I know that the limit used to be 5, but we have used up to 10 for a specific client, and have another client who is likely to exceed that. Does anyone what the limit is?

Is there a way to ”easily” track clicks for Social Media buttons, for example Facebook’s ”like” button and Google’s ”G+” button? I would like to launch eventX every time someone clicks those buttons and maybe same time I would like to save to an eVar which service it was like “facebook”. Those buttons are in iframe so maybe the normal click event won’t work? Although I haven’t tested it yet. =)Does anyone have any experience on this or links to resources where to look answers? Hi ThereI'm trying to get a report of all the monthly file downloads (instances) into excel via report builder. I constructed the report using Month and file name as row labels and instances (sub total) as metric. Although the report works (sometimes also crashes), it takes forever downloading the numbers, as - i assume Report Builder gets the numbers associated to each file name and in the end sums the values up to return the subtotal. Thus i wanted to ask if there is a smarter way to get the total of instances, regardless of the file name...I do have the same problem for all reports where instances are associated with Names, such as Referrers.Your help would be very much appreciated BestSandro

I am calling the function below on the onSubmit event of the form to capture the click.var LoginClick = function() {                // Omniture Code                s.linkTrackVars="events, eVar1";                s.linkTrackEvents="event1";                s.events="event1";                s.eVar1="Login";                s.tl(true, "o", "Login Clicks");};    I used a packet sniffer to check the values being passed to SC. The events are passed but not the eVar1. The value "Login" is assigned to s.eVar1. However, s.tl is passing the evar value alone. In the eVar1 report, it shows up as "none" but the events count show up properly.I have tried using s.tl(this, ....)... same result. Ofcourse, s.t() passes all the values (evars and events) however, that would be wrong to use it here.Can someone please tell what I am doing wrong here?Vinodh
