Hello,I am retrieving data sets as batches for visitwebpage via REST. However, I am unsure if the results are for only known leads or if it includes anonymous as well. Does anyone know if it is one or the other? And if it does include anonymous web page visits is there a way to filter them out?

We would like to be able to see the trends of scoring over a specific period of time.Would be curious to see how the seasonal cycle affects the score changes (positive and negative).At the same time it would be interesting to see what sort of impact a particular program or week has on the scoring of our Leads.The only thing I can think of now is to take an export of the scores for the prior period and then compare them to the end period.I've looked for answers around this and I've heard mention of RCA but I could not find a solution.Do anyone have a way to track the scores (positive and negative) over a period of time?Thank you

Has anyone done email / account validation using Marketo? If so, can you share examples of how it works?

I inherited a Marketo system, and it seems that every smart campaign ends with "Sync lead to SFDC", sometimes with complex auto-assignment rules. My initial thought is that this would be counterproductive since other automation has to run before the lead's information is fully accurate and should be pushed to Salesforce, but I wanted to get some weigh in from the community before I remove the flows.Do you see pros/cons to continuing this flow (or removing it)? What would you recommend?Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Hello -I have recently discovered in my new Marketing role that our Marketo signature fields from Salesforce may not always be accurate.We currently have formula fields on our SF Leads and Contacts that look over to our Territory object (Internal and External coverage for the record) and then over to the User object to pull in our User's contact information (Name, Title, Phone and Email).  These formula fields update based on coverage changes as well as when we have User updates.The issue appears to be that Marketo doesn't notice these changes because the formula fields do not trigger an update to the Last Modified Date timestamp.I was curious if anyone has come across similar issues and what you did to make your information accurate.My current thoughts are to build a workflow rule that will update the timestamp whenever any of the fields are changed.  This would be the easiest solution that I've thought of but having briefly spoken with Marketo this may not work either as the timestam

We are in process to get the access_token but there is problem:Through this server: https://aex.stage02.publish.adobe.com/ we are able to create the Device ID and Token but access_token is not created using PHP example or curl command. We are getting the error of "access denied".Through this server: https://aex.publish.adobe.com/ we are encountering the below problem:@ERROR Error when getting the device token. Reason: User is not authorized to generate IMS Refresh Token.

Has the beta program just ceased? I logged in to my account only to find out they have deemed it unauthorised. Anyone with the same problem today?

How can I capture through lead scoring if multiple individuals from the same company are accessing our content?

We are using ReachForce with our forms.  It identifies company industries based on company names.  If a user inputs a company name that is not on the "Industry" picklist, the "Industry_M__c" picklist is displayed. Any spam experts out there? We recently ran into an interesting situation. We host webinars and had a contact register (we promote via email and our website, so they must have found it on our website), however this person had actually unsubscribed from our e-mails in the past. The issue here is we use Marketo to send all email reminders and the follow up email with a recording of the presentation. A big marketing angle we use is sending this follow up email to all registrants, so they don't have to attend the webinar live, and this person could wind up not receiving anything from us since they are unsubscribed.Since this is specific to a webinar the person signed up for, would we be ok sending them Marketo emails solely about the webinar? Looking to establish a practice for these as this could happen to us in the future.

We created a Welcome Series of emails that will be triggered as they move through the onboarding process. The problem that I am running into is when a client has multiple records with the same email address, they receive an email for each one. They must have multiple records due to their businesses, but we only want them to receive one email. Any suggestions on restricting multiple records with the same email address to receive one email?

Our account data is a mess - dirty data, duplicate accounts, no standardization etc.  To fix that, our IT team has purchased a clean set of accounts and account data they plan to load. Once installed, they will be editing existing accounts and by extension the associated contacts. The good news is that this will bring in loads of demographic data and standardized account names, proper hierarchies etc.  But when big changes happen in data ... its time to measure twice and cut once!What I would like to anticipate is all the data synching back to Marketo, triggering off other processes (like lead scoring).  Where are the gotchas. What's the smartest way to do this?If this was happening at your company, what would you take into consideration and prepare for?  Has anyone done such a project - what did you learn?  Thanks in advance for your ideas.

Marketo is not letting me select my approved email in my email program in a smart campaign with a trigger of opens email or filter of opened email. Can you not use approved emails nested under email programs in smart campaigns?

I know the new Marketo release included an integration with Google Analytics. I set up our revenue cycle model to include lead stages to track in GA, but I cannot find a way to report on conversions on the GA side. Is there a "Dummy's Guide" out there for this?

Hello good people of earth.Questions regarding "Layout & Cards".1. Will a Card be visible on your "browse page" if you do not attach any content to it?I am trying to create a mock up browse page to get an idea as to how we would like to see the content displayed.But to no avail... everything I have tried to create a mock up will not push through to the app.  I have tried all that I can to get this to happen.I have been using the "preview" icon to sync the changes to the app on my device... and I have also tried Neil's way of just deleting the app and re-installing it with itunes etc.  For some reason, every-time i do this, the app will usually just show a completely blank screen with no top nav bar.  Other times... I will get the nav bar with a notification that states "Content Not Found".anyone else got this going on?Is trying to design the browse page before hand the wrong way to go at this?feeling kinda lost.

HI,I have a list of marketo only leads, now if i sync those to SFDC it will get created as leads, but what i want is have those as contacts, even though it can be done in marketo, what it'll do is create a new account, so there could be duplicating of accounts. so was just looking to find out a way to do this without scripting. just wanted to know if i would upload the marketo only lead list to SFDC through data loader as contacts (mapping to existing accounts) would that sync back to marketo as new lead or map to the existing marketo lead.Thanks,CK

With DPS 2015 are we still able to make the articles accessible on the web or do we only have the option to have the app be installed on windows 8, windows 10 than tablet/mobile devices

Hello. Just an update - preview mode is not working at all at the moment. Any change to any card or layout, metadata, etc, isn't showing in the preview app. Even deleting and reinstalling doesn't work. And neither does deleting the app, signing a newly downloaded one from the DPS portal and refreshing. Everything is published. We have five collections in the main browse, and articles within collections. No cards or layouts are updating.Any ideas?

Is this possible in DPS 2015? I've tried to link footnote numbers to the footnote and the bottom of the page (using Dreamweaver) and the links don't work in the iPad & iPhone app. It does work when I preview my page in a web browser. Is this just something that isn't supported or am I doing something wrong?Thanks!

We are trying to set up a subscription management center, so that leads can subscribe to only certain types of emails if they so desire. However, some of our subscription categories are not available to all of our leads, so we want to be able to completely hide the subscribe/unsubscribe option if you are not already subscribed. For these categories, leads should be able to unsubscribe if we have marked them as subscribed, but should not see the category as an option if otherwise.What's the best way to handle this?

When a client fills out a form and hits the submission button, is there a way that, on the same landing page, the client can see a confirmation that their form has been submitted? Right now, the only option I see is to create a separate landing page that the submit button would link out to.
