In the old DPS I could upload all my articles to the folio builder and when I made a change in the article I could update it in the folio builder with the click of a button. How do you do this in DPS 2015? Do you have to re-save a new article file and then upload it again to the online portal?

When inside an article which action do I use in a button to redirect to the home collection?I see some apps use it like ExxonMobil inside the article "career opportunities" with the button "contents"Thank you.

Hey everyone,I'm trying to get a sense of how many active triggers other Marketo users are using. I understand every instance and business are unique in their own way and this is a very broad question. Currently my database has a total of 526,671 leads with 1,305 active campaigns. I believe our number of active campaigns is pretty high which is significantly slowing down our instance. Additionally, is there a known number of active campaigns known to directly affect the performance of Marketo? Any insight of quick number of active campaigns would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!-Mike

I am new to Marketo and I would like to know if anyone has leveraged a Marketo opt-out form with individual levels of opt-out based on content (ie. Newsletters, marketing info, events)? With Canada becoming CASL compliance, it would be beneficial to have individual opt-out content.

HelloFollowing the thread  Entitlement service and DPS2015 I´d like to register my attempts to setup the direct entitlement service on DPS 2015.01. I setup up my PROJECT with direct entitlement service:a. INTEGRATOR IDb. APPLICATION IDc. SUBSCRIPTION URLd. FORGOT PASSWORD URL02. I have not found another place to setup the direct entitlement service.There is only the configuration option in the PROJECT, right?03. I setup my application for IOS and ANDROID.In the IOS version, there is an option "MY ACCOUNT" in the menu. But this option works with iTunes authentication, only.In the ANDROID version, there is no option in the menu.I did something wrong?04. In the DPS 2014, I was using the PRIVATE/PUBLIC options in the folios, to control my customers licence.This option I haven't found in the COLLECTION or in the ARTICLE, in the DPS 2015.I´m still reading the DPS2015 documentation available at Digital Publishing Solution Support.I´m still testing.Thank's for any information about the direct

Has anyone had experience using the Random Sample add choice feature but not using a 50/50 split?For example, assume the setup for Send Email step is if Random Sample is 10, then send Email A, and default choice is send Email B. The result, I assume, would be 10% of recipients receive Email A and 90 of recipients receive Email B. However, what happens if you have Do Nothing for the default step?Do 10% of recipients receive Email A and 90% receive nothing? Also, are those 90% counted as members of the smart campaign?Thanks

I sent an email with a link to a marketo landing page.I have written two smartlist:1) # of leads that clicked the link in the email2) # of leads that visited the landing pageAppropriate filters for each.List 1 has 25 records.List 2 has 3.Why the difference? If they clicked the link, they had to get to the landing page.I dug into it and saw (in the activity log for the lead) a lead that clicked on the link in the mail. I could see they clicked a link on the landing page, but not visited the landing page reference.Does anyone use "visited lading page" for landing page reporting? Or should I just use clicked link as appropriate and assume of they clicked the link, they saw the webpage. I thought maybe it had to do with browser setting, but the numbers are way off.The landing page performance report seems to be right. It is showing 35 views. 10 more over the number of clicks lick in email could be due to refresh of page, return views, etc. I think this report is working. The issue is track

We've just rolled out Sales Insight. My reps are enjoying the lead feed, but are frustrated when items fall off of it. Is there any way for them to see more than the ten latest events in their lead feed?

Hi,So we are building a version of an iOS app into Android. We left the same size ratio 4:3 to be resized when it appears on Android with letterboxing for the different screen sizes. I read somewhere (in the adobe help) that the letterboxing will consist of black bars. But on our test device an Samsung Nexus, the letterboxing appears white. Is there somewhere we can select it to be black or is that native to the device and that coloring will depend on the device?Thanks.Cindy

I am currenlty struggling with the proper way to handle this.  We need to add the non-Marketo related marketing efforts to the calendar.  If anyone could provide insight into the below questions it would be great How can we add custom entry types to the calendar without having a parent program associated?If this is not possible, what is the best practice to create a fake parent program in order to be able to add custom entry types without having the program show up even though other program types/channels we do want to show up?

I feel like I am going crazy here. I can't seem to figure out why on some smart campaigns I am able to use If Program Status = in the flow step change Program Status, and this option is not available in cloned smart campaigns. It won't recognize the if Program Status =  in the same flow steps. Everything is exactly the same, but that option is just not available.Flow step: Change Program StatusIf Program Status = Anyone else experiencing this? I'm wondering if something changed.

We are hoping to create a landing page where access to our GoToWebinar recordings are archived.  To limit access to the page, we want to only allow those who have been vetted and approved to get there.  Similar to the approval process in GTW I would think.  Is this possible in Marketo and if so, how?Here is the flow were attempting.1. Attend webinar2. Webinar is converted and hosted on YouTube3. Embed link is given to me and added to the Marketo Hosted landing page4. User fills out Marketo form to access the landing page5. User goes to page letting them know they will be approved within the next 24 hours6. Approval/denial given7. Hello,Is anyone using Google Tag Manager to track Marketo forms? I am having trouble, I want GA Events to be tracked when a Marketo form is filled out on my site. Has anyone successfully done this?

I have a 378 MB file of approximately 1.8 million leads with about 20 rows of data per lead.Started the process of importing the list -- browsed for file, selected file format, trusted source, default import mode, click Next. The window for Import List has now been spinning for almost 2 hours, and I'm not even to the point of seeing the fields to match them. How long should this take to show up for a file of this size?(The "Uploading 0%..." to 100% progress did complete in around 5+ minutes, but it was stuck spinning after that.)And once I complete the matching of fields, how long will the actual import take?

Hi, we are experiencing some issues with our integration via API. Sometimes when we add content to a collection and publishes it, the collection won't publish and it says (in portuguese): "Falha na atualização" or "Fail to update" in a free translation, I don't know how the message was before the internationalization. We've noticed that when you see all the content that is attached to this failed-to-publish collection, there is this content with name 'desconhecido' or 'unknown', with a warning.When you remove this unknown content and tries to publish the collection, it works flawlessly. The question is, how to avoid this or in a worse method, how to perform this action via API? We've already tried to list all contents from the collection when this issue occurs but we do not see the faulty content to remove, we only see the fault content on the Adobe DPS Platform.

Is it not possible to navto:// to a collection browse page from within in an article in the same collection?

I am using the "from" email address as a sales rep and the "reply-to" as one of our generic mailboxes that is monitored by other people to filter out auto-replies and such. However, I have received multiple complaints from sales reps that auto-replies have been coming back to them (sometimes this is in the 100s). I thought all replies were supposed to go to the "reply-to" address. Can anyone help with this? I don't want to put the from email as our generic mailbox because open rates suffer.

Hello,I want to create and app for Android based on an iOS app we already have created and is on the process if submission to the app store.What are the best practices for creating it? I'm thinking of resizing it to match the most common ratio on the Android tablet (we even setup the liquid layout on InDesign so that should make it easier).But my question is, when uploading to the DPS do we create the app under the same project we created the iOS one, or do we need to create a new project for this? I’m not sure how this is usually handled and I couldn’t find it on the support website.Thanks,Cindy

Hi,Can anyone tell me how I can make a form pop up using an image/button on the Landing page.To be more specific, I have a landing page and I want to have a button or image which only when clicked, the form should pop up. I don't want the user to see the form as soon as he opens the landing page.Thanks.

My inside sales team manager would like to be able to see what sales emails are sent through the connector in real-time. She would also like to be able to see a report that shows all the emails sent by an individual SF user (including the content of the email). My thought was to use tokens to create interesting moments and then make a view in the salesforce MSI tab so that she could see each reps email activity as well as email content. I dont really understand how to set up the tokens to pull email subject and body, and I'm not sure you can show just one persons activity or moments in MSI other than yourself. I'm trying this approach since it appears there is no way to dynamically add email body and subject to activity records in SF when they are sent through the gmail connector. However, I could be going about this the wrong way and I am hoping one of you may have an idea I haven't thought of yet. Ideas?
