I feel like I am going crazy here. I can't seem to figure out why on some smart campaigns I am able to use If Program Status = in the flow step change Program Status, and this option is not available in cloned smart campaigns. It won't recognize the if Program Status =  in the same flow steps. Everything is exactly the same, but that option is just not available.Flow step: Change Program StatusIf Program Status = Anyone else experiencing this? I'm wondering if something changed.

We are hoping to create a landing page where access to our GoToWebinar recordings are archived.  To limit access to the page, we want to only allow those who have been vetted and approved to get there.  Similar to the approval process in GTW I would think.  Is this possible in Marketo and if so, how?Here is the flow were attempting.1. Attend webinar2. Webinar is converted and hosted on YouTube3. Embed link is given to me and added to the Marketo Hosted landing page4. User fills out Marketo form to access the landing page5. User goes to page letting them know they will be approved within the next 24 hours6. Approval/denial given7. Hello,Is anyone using Google Tag Manager to track Marketo forms? I am having trouble, I want GA Events to be tracked when a Marketo form is filled out on my site. Has anyone successfully done this?

I have a 378 MB file of approximately 1.8 million leads with about 20 rows of data per lead.Started the process of importing the list -- browsed for file, selected file format, trusted source, default import mode, click Next. The window for Import List has now been spinning for almost 2 hours, and I'm not even to the point of seeing the fields to match them. How long should this take to show up for a file of this size?(The "Uploading 0%..." to 100% progress did complete in around 5+ minutes, but it was stuck spinning after that.)And once I complete the matching of fields, how long will the actual import take?

Hi, we are experiencing some issues with our integration via API. Sometimes when we add content to a collection and publishes it, the collection won't publish and it says (in portuguese): "Falha na atualização" or "Fail to update" in a free translation, I don't know how the message was before the internationalization. We've noticed that when you see all the content that is attached to this failed-to-publish collection, there is this content with name 'desconhecido' or 'unknown', with a warning.When you remove this unknown content and tries to publish the collection, it works flawlessly. The question is, how to avoid this or in a worse method, how to perform this action via API? We've already tried to list all contents from the collection when this issue occurs but we do not see the faulty content to remove, we only see the fault content on the Adobe DPS Platform.

Is it not possible to navto:// to a collection browse page from within in an article in the same collection?

I am using the "from" email address as a sales rep and the "reply-to" as one of our generic mailboxes that is monitored by other people to filter out auto-replies and such. However, I have received multiple complaints from sales reps that auto-replies have been coming back to them (sometimes this is in the 100s). I thought all replies were supposed to go to the "reply-to" address. Can anyone help with this? I don't want to put the from email as our generic mailbox because open rates suffer.

We are using it to provide a short, high level intro to Sales Insight for our reps new to the program and for our high level management but it seems to have disappeared within the last two weeks. Hello,I want to create and app for Android based on an iOS app we already have created and is on the process if submission to the app store.What are the best practices for creating it? I'm thinking of resizing it to match the most common ratio on the Android tablet (we even setup the liquid layout on InDesign so that should make it easier).But my question is, when uploading to the DPS do we create the app under the same project we created the iOS one, or do we need to create a new project for this? I’m not sure how this is usually handled and I couldn’t find it on the support website.Thanks,Cindy

Hi,Can anyone tell me how I can make a form pop up using an image/button on the Landing page.To be more specific, I have a landing page and I want to have a button or image which only when clicked, the form should pop up. I don't want the user to see the form as soon as he opens the landing page.Thanks.

My inside sales team manager would like to be able to see what sales emails are sent through the connector in real-time. She would also like to be able to see a report that shows all the emails sent by an individual SF user (including the content of the email). My thought was to use tokens to create interesting moments and then make a view in the salesforce MSI tab so that she could see each reps email activity as well as email content. I dont really understand how to set up the tokens to pull email subject and body, and I'm not sure you can show just one persons activity or moments in MSI other than yourself. I'm trying this approach since it appears there is no way to dynamically add email body and subject to activity records in SF when they are sent through the gmail connector. However, I could be going about this the wrong way and I am hoping one of you may have an idea I haven't thought of yet. Ideas?

Hi we need to upload list of lead in Marketo.Only Sync when they do any activity or reach score to 100.Is it true because my salesforce and marketo sync is bidirectionalit will always sync all leads in Marketo even I don't run through the Sync to salesforce or add to salesforce campaign.

I've got an iFrame loading a map from Google in one of my HTML articles and when I go to test the article in an offline mode the entire article doesn't load. All I get is a blank white screen. I've got other HTML based articles (without iFrames) that load just fine. I was wondering if this is a known bug or what I can do to get around this. I want the rest of the content visible even if the iFrame can't load.I'm on an iPad 4 running iOS 9.

Hi!Yesterday i've received one notification with the title "FINAL NOTIFICATION: SPF Configuration Error". What this means?SPF information for youlead.pt is not configured correctly in the domain's DNS record. SPF status it's always saying "Pending Configuration" after several attempts to make it valid.How can i validade it? What information should i enter to solve the error?Thanks,David Pereira

One important issue has come up with managing Article content.  In the process of building App content, there are sometimes dozens or hundreds of revisions to the InDesign document.  With the legacy DPS these updates were easy simply "update" and the content that was edited in InDesign was now in the folio.  With having to load each .article, everything there is a design revision, the time required to manage these change is a very serious issue.  Are there plans to somehow link the InDesign page with DPS 2015?Grant Fritch

Hi All,I have seen through the community discussion regarding importing PDF's into DPS 2015 using InDesign as part of the workflow.Is this the only way to get a PDF into DPS 2015?I have a huge library of many thousands of PDF's that I wish to make available to the DPS 2015 environment (available does not publish them all) and it would be cumbersome to have to push them all through an InDesign workflow.Is there some approach using HTML5 based article to embed the PDF? Does the Adobe HTML article packager support this? Ultimately I am looking to automate this throught the API's.thanks for your timesimon

What happens if I change the product ID of a collection already published? Could impact something for the user? By the way the collection is free.

Hi All,I'm new to DPS so please take it easy on me In previous versions of DPS I see there was a plugin for Powerpoint that created a folio that was published to the DPS environment. I tried the latest version of this and get the error that I do not have permissions to create a folio on the server.... I am suspecting that is code for "folios are not directly supported any longer".So how do you go about publishing Powerpoint to DPS 2015? I have looked for documentation with little success.Any help would be appreciated.One of the things I want to see in this process is whether a Powerpoint will map to an article within a collection or is it a app in its own right or whatever.ThanksSimon

Hi. I have generated this ".artcile" file using the "HTML Article Packager"a nd every time I try to upload it in the DPS 2015, i the error "fail to upload". I have done the same steps with other HTML files and there was no problem, but it doesn't work with this file. Do you what could be going on?
