Hi. I am following up on a post I seen some a couple weeks ago that Adobe was working on the option to separate IOS Phone and Tablet builds to the itunes store for those who only way to submit an ipad/iphone only app. Will this feature make it into the next release?Thanks!Jeff

At my previous job, we used RCE extensively - and the interface update broke the Chrome compatibility.  We're looking into adding RCE at my current position - and I can't find any public-facing information about Chrome compatibility (important for us, since I'm on Chromebook pixel half the time).  Can anyone out there confirm that RCE opens in Chrome now?

Trying to build the "home" browse page...I have already uploaded the image that i would like to use for the banner... When creating a "collection" do you have to attach an image? or can you leave it blank? Can you build your browse page first? to get an idea as to how you would want content to flow?

The way I understand it, Marketo automatically tries to resend "soft bounced" emails for up to 36 hours after the original send. Is there any way to stop that from happening (at least on certain emails?)Usually it's a great feature, but we send some time-sensitive emails like, "Your webinar starts in 15 minutes!" and that would be strange for an end-user to receive 36 hours later. It would be better for them to not receive anything at all. Thanks for your help.

Edits made to my default card (font color, position, etc.) don't seem to coming through to my preview app. I've gone as fas as delete/reinstall the app from the iPad with no joy. Suggestions?Also, the first article in the default layout opens immediately instead of showing as a card in the default layout. The title does show in the left-side pop-out navigation.

Hope someone can help me.I have in my project an iPad and a Windows app.Some articles I do pixelperfect in InDesign (1024x768). Suppose that the same article will be letterboxed in the windows app.Earlier in dps producer I could use " rendition" to adjust pixel perfect InDesign document for different devices. I want the article to appear fine on both Windows and iPad. I want to minimize the letterbox in the windows.How do I do it?Regards

Hello,I have couple of questions regarding DPS.We want to update our previously published app with DPS2015. Therefore we'd like to use the previously published issues with older menu selection and capabilities because they were prepared for that. if we bring a folio published with an older version of DPS into an app made with DPS 2015--> can we use this content with older version Dps menu (including content menu, birds eye view etc) is there a way to delete content within an app made with new DPS? I am deleting the app itself to delete the content to open up more space in capacity of my ipad.Is the Audi Library app made with DPS 2015 ? if so how can we make a menu style similar to that one? and if not is ther a way? We are considering adobe DPS to publish our digital magazines.  Like many other publication companies we also have existing "print" subscribers.We have an authentication solution that uses WS-federation.  This works by browsing to our login website.  After the user is authenticated, we POST back a JWT security token to the calling application.  It is important to know that we want to show user interface to log in.  Some of our customers login through their Facebook/Twitter account so we don't have any passwords for them.  Our login website also makes it possible to evolve all of our applications and websites in a consistent manner.  For us it is really important that we don't create extra credentials for our users.  We want them to authenticate the same way everywhere.  (the login website also deals with changing "terms and conditions" and will automatically enabled future external identity providers (like Google and Microsoft - it also allows us to force people to update their profile

I have been putting together an App, but now when I try to retrieve the work I have done so far I get an authorization denied message "you do not have permission to access DPS. Has anyone encountered similar problems?

I'm in the process of moving an auto response email from our current in-house email system to Marketo. This auto response email is generated once a lead completes a specific form on our website.My problem is, we've been collecting lead info into Marketo via this same form since we started using Marketo. So I have thousands of leads who already fit the criteria of having filled out this specific form.How can I make sure that my campaign only affects leads going forward, and does not retroactively send to leads who have filled out this form in the past?

I originally only had one collection published under my toplevel collection and just added a second one. However, neither is showing up in my side navigation bar.Both have text names -- and I'm pretty sure the original collection had been showing up previously, though I can't say for certain. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

Hello,A few months ago I saw the proposed 2015 DPS road map that had been circulating around.  On that road map there was a feature called "search".Are you able to let us know what your "search" term might consist of?  Searching just inside certain articles? or a would this be a much wider search through-out the entire app experience... im assuming that is why you have chosen to add all the meta-data fields etc.Another question we are wondering about is whether or not you will allow articles/content to be indexed with search engines?Thanks.

Trying to set it up so that phone number is only updated if blank when doing list imports and from what I've read on the community so far, seems like this is possible using the block field updates function. I just want to confirm if this will block the update only if there's a current phone number already there. If it's blank, we want it to put in the new value from the list import instead of keeping it blank.Will this work?

I have some questions about DPS and authoring tools.1.  What's the difference between Folio and DPS Article ?I think both format have fixed layout. I can't understand difference and merit of DPS Article.I want to know why Folio was go away and change to DPS Article.2.  I want to know all publish root from DPS. I don't know how I missed this previously but it seems you can't "create" a new report in the Analytics section; you can only clone existing reports. That is, if I right-click anywhere in Analytics I see the option of creating a new folder but not a new report. I have inherited a Marketo instance that is cluttered with reports that no one uses and have been asked to clean it up by deleting the old reports. So:1) Is the intent of the design that Marketo comes "out of the box" with one report of each type in Analytics and the idea is to keep the default of each type but to clone it to create customized versions?2) Assuming #1 is correct, where do I go to find a list of the default reports we are supposed to have in Analytics so that I can make sure to leave one of each there (assuming none are already missing!)? I have a 2.0 form where I'd like to add a check box for people to request more information. The CSS of the landing page is controlling if the field is above or to the left of the field. For some reason, last week, while I was working on my Preview app, some things got banged up in my Live app - Don't know why, but they did. Anyway, Now, I'm trying to restore my live app to how it should be, but the updates are not updating!  Trying to update card sizes and positions. I publish them but they are note coming through to the app.  Any suggestions? FWIW, I've even deleted the articles, added them back in and yet they still don't update.

We are working on switching retrieving a list of program names and ids from SOAP to REST.SOAP API seem to return SOME_PREFIX.PROGRAM_NAME for some of the programs in our customer's accountREST API seem to return PROGRAM_NAME onlyI'm not sure what SOME_PREFIX is. Is it a workspace? Is it a folder? Doesn't seem so from our test accounts.We don't have access to our customer's Marketo account, so we don't know what it is.Any idea what SOME_PREFIX is?

Hi everyone!Was hoping to get some answers regarding the GoToWebinar and Marketo integration. I've set up the integration and everything seems to be working fine, but will it update all "attendees" automatically or is that another step that I need to set up? Another question off of that is will that automatically update the Campaign Member Status to "Attended" in Salesforce?Thanks!

I realized that at the individual activity/record level, Marketo records if a user opened an email on mobile or PC. Is there a way to run a report on this metric, sort of like we do for our website properties in Google analytics?
