Hello, We need to compare the score that a lead gets through a certain set of activities vs another set of activities. The idea is that we eventually want to know which set of activities are a better indicator in determining leads that are MQLs-ready. Is the only way to achieve this by creating a custom field that would host the parallel lead scoring model while the original "Score" field has the score of the first model?Thank you for your help!

Hi Everyone,I've recently signed up for a free trial of DPS 2015 and I'm in the process of going through the how to videos. I'm at the stage where I need to install the HTML Article Packager. I've downloaded the install files and when I've double clicked to install, the icon appears bouncing in my dock like any program loading ( see pic 1 ) and then I get this prompt ( see pic 2 ) I click open but then the bouncing icon dissappears and nothing happens. I've dragged the programme directly into my applications folder and tried loading it from there but got the same problem. I can't think of any other way to install it. Any ideas on how to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated. Pic 1Pic 2

Hi,I am wondering why my app isn't showing up as a report suite to add. See attached.I am signed in the dashboard (saved and verified) and have created an app.No report suites show up, just the "choose" button.what step am i missing?

To track my lead lifecycle status, I had my SFDC admin create a Lifecycle_Status field in SFDC, which then caused the mirror field to be created in MKTO.When I run smart campaigns to automatically update the Lifecycle Status I have no problems, but for some reason, SFDC randomly RESETS the new value back to an old value RANDOMLY, sometimes a week after the last update was made. This happens during a synch. It makes no sense and I can't replicate it - happens whenever SFDC feels like it.Any advice on where to look in my SFDC instance to find the problem?

Are there any plans to support text notifications on Android? Currently this feature is iOS only. Customers keep asking me all the time if it will finally arrive on Android too, as non-DPS apps like Focus offer that feature for a long time.

Hi, We're using Wordpress, and I'm trying to create email alerts when known leads visit certain pages. When I select the "Visits Web Page" filter object, none of my live pages appears. Oddly enough, all of my staging and dev pages appear. My dev team can't figure out what settings are or aren't enabled that's causing this.Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this?Thanks!

Hello,When a lead is deleted from Marketo, will it affect the email performance reports for any emails that were sent to that lead?Stated another way: If I run an email performance report today for an email I'll call "Black Friday Sale", I'll see one number of KPIs-- sent, opens, clicks, etc.  If I then delete some leads that were sent that Black Friday Sale email, will I see a different number of sent, opens, and clicks in the report tomorrow?Thanks much,Alison

As we are getting closer to implementation completion we are starting to look at SEO improvements, and we are not sure if one can use sub-directories instead of sub-domains for landing pages in Marketo.  If this is possible what would I need to set up in the instance to make it possible?  If it isn't possible, has anyone requested this before, or what routes have they taken to work around sub-domains to improve SEO?

I have a standalone page in Marketo without any inbound links other than an email we sent out with a link. When tracking the email I got nearly 300 people clicking the link to the page. However, out of curiosity I ran a list to see who went to the page without clicking the link -- I saw the expected internal people, but also a handful of legit leads. What's the scenario to have that happen? Was there some blocker on their email that didn't track the click?

Hello,We are in process of integrating marketo with our platform and here is a use case that we not able to solve using rest api. 1. We have some custom activities we want track which are not available  on marketo. Like for example creating a project or an organization. I know there is an Rest API endpoint for adding custom activities, but it requires a activityTypeId. Where can i find that?    2. Now every time a lead perform any of these custom activities we want to insert a record in the leads activity log using REST API (because we can only verify in the backend that activity is performed, Button Click wont work for us). I could not find an endpoint for this.  Is it possible to perform this action using a REST api endpoint? if Yes can you please point me to the page? if no is there a reason this is not available or is it not recommend to insert activity log records using an API call.Any help is highly appreciated.Thanks

Hi,Is there a way I can launch local web content in the Viewer Browser as apposed to having it displayed in a box on my page or placed inside an MSO that's launched via a button? I understand DPS 2015 doesn't have HTMLResources options, but is there a workaround without hosting the content remotely?Jeff

Hi,I am working at a company that has 9 offices in 9 countries. We organized our folder structure as follows: MA -> Active marketing programs -> CountryCode. Under CountryCode (NL, UK, US etc) individual marketing departments will create folders like Email Blasts, Nurture Campaigns etc.Now my problem is that Marketo doesnt allow duplicate folder names. This is rather annoying because I want to keep the same folder structure for all countries. Is there any way that we can deal with this without pre or post fixing all folder names?We are using the Sparc edition of Marketo, and I noticed that the Standard version of marketo allows separate work spaces for different departments. Would this offer a solution?I'm a bit lost why marketo would disallow duplicate folder names.

We can create new campaign status in Salesforce, but need to create a program status in Marketo to map the field to. The specifc example is we want to have a campaign status that says "Can no longer attend" so we can track drop off rates at our events. Does anyone know how to do this in the admin panel?
