Using JavaScript I would like to find out what the 'lang' attribute variable is set to. I have used:document.getAttribute('lang').value;document.head.parentNode.getAttribute('lang').value;document.body.parentNode.getAttribute('lang').value;document.querySelector('html').getAttribute('lang').value;without success. Is it possible and if so, how do I get the value? Thanks in advance Tony

I have custom tracking done and when in the debugger I am testing that out my event is getting fired twice instantly. What could be the potential reason? I have the same configuration set up on one of our digital properties and I just duplicated the same on another digital property but saw the beacon firing twice.   What potential scenarios should I check?

Email address is a required field for all Marketo leads. However when my team imports a list, if their is a lead with email empty, but other fields are filled (name, address, etc), Marketo will create a new lead ID. How can I block empty email address leads from importing into the system from a list? It's creating useless leads in the database.

Hi,I am using local sdk and trying with basic personalization with contexthub. I am getting the target mode and start targeting button on the page and see all the activities.But i am unable to get the target option on the component.I tried adding users to target-activity-memebers group as well.Is there any limitation of using contexthub targeting with aem cloud?I tried with both SPA and normal wknd site.

I am facing the classic HTTP error 503 while restarting my AEM instance.Error logs state the followingPossible reason is missing repository service. Check AuthenticationSupport dependencies I have checked that my bundle "Apache Sling Authentication Service (org.apache.sling.auth.core)" is activeI have followed the steps mentioned in this postI have given the instance a good one hour to start completelyNone of the above steps helped fix my issue. Please suggest any methods you're aware of to troubleshoot this issue. i need to manipulate node content programatically after author click quick publish button and send changed content to replication agent for activation. that is i need to filter put some paths from the published content and  send filtered content to replication agent for pubishing.

Hello! We have a newly designed preference center. The goal is for data to auto-populate if the contact is within our database. For example, a contact receives an email to update their preferences. Once they click onto the link, they are directed to the preference center landing page, which would auto-populate their email address and preference selections, if applicable.  I understand that the link must be sent via email in order to populate the information. I've tested it a million times, both my work and personal email addresses, but can't get the data to auto-populate. I've checked that all fields within the form are set to autofill.  Does anyone have any recommendations? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Hello, please explain why Adobe Target would need a mixture of securely transmitted web page (HTTPS), and insecurely (HTTP) content within the same? Reference: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/target/using/experiences/vec/troubleshoot-composer/mixed-content This software has a special editor (WYSIWYG - Visual experience composer) where the desired page is loaded in the first step to a target campaign setup. This module is neccesary to customized web site content for marketing colleagues. According to the Adobe video guidelines the reason is that „Insecure content allowed” options is prohibited in the browser by default. But our IT security team concerns about to allow this function in company. I seek an reassuring answer to them. Thank you for answers in advance. BR, KJ

Hello! I'm looking to create an AEP audience based on a URL which contains a query with 5 characters. Some are 5 numbers and some are a letter and 4 numbers. Is there a way to accomplish this? There are too many possibilities to input them all individually within the rule ex: "query=J0585" "query=G2211" "query=99406" "query=76942" etc. Thanks!

Hi, When assets are uploaded, the Asset update workflow does not trigger on its own, but needs to be run manually.Any idea on this issue?AEM version used - 6.4.7 but works perfectly fine on another environment with the same version. Regards,Shibani

Hi, someone who consider this question.I've noticed that the total traffic reported for a marketing channel detail is less than the sum of each individual campaign ID (cid)'s traffic within that marketing channel detail. I suspect that this might be due to the way the marketing channel detail segments traffic, possibly by removing duplicate visitors. Could someone provide a more technical explanation for this discrepancy? Many thanks

Hi All,we are attaching excel sheet which are referred from Adobe documentation ( covered 51 rules in Java , but attached sheet have 96 rules which are related to AEM as cloud ( dispatcher/oak index etc) https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-manager/content/using/custom-cod... We followed steps to install JAR by building this git code as per suggestion through adobe forum https://github.com/wttech/AEM-Rules-for-SonarQube, but how to bring other rules which are related to dispatcher /AEM specific rules related to AEM as cloud as per attached sheet.please share your valuable inputs/suggestion to bring those 96 rules into sonarqube.And also share some infights on sonarqube versions as well, Can we use community edition in AEM as cloud? CheersRaju

Hi All, I have a requirement where I have to display the latest version number of the asset in the card view below the thumbnail. We are already displaying the metadata properties of asset by overriding the PropertyList.jsp under apps /apps/dam/gui/coral/components/admin/contentrenderer/card/asset/propertyList.jsp. How do I fetch the version number here?Any pointers would be helpful. Thanks

Hi All, I am trying to implement some components which reads common page property and resolve a referenced content fragment and read data from it which again is shared across many components on page. To solve this problem, I can think of below approaches.Read this data again and again in my model class which does not seem optimal as I am reading this same data in many components.Set values in sling request attributes which is possible solution, but I don't like this approach. AEM: Sharing Data Between Components (alexlockhart.me)I am curious if I can just implement a BindingValueProvider so this property can be accessed directly in my HTL code similar to how other properties like ${currentPage}, ${properties} object is used. Hi,I am looking through some of these new features in the latest release and I see that there are some new updates regarding alerts (Adobe Experience Platform Release Notes September 2024 | Adobe Experience Platform). I see that you can now subscribe to alerts for when audiences are created, updated, or deleted. I am wondering, can you do this for specific audiences or does it only apply to all audiences? It would be super helpful if we had the capability to do this for specific audiences.

Hi, I want to run a report of assets in a folder with custom columns for the metadata properties dam:sha1{{String}} and xmpMM:DocumentID{{String}}. I can see these columns and their values when I export all metadata of a folder, but due to a large volume of assets I don't want to export all metadata. What would I enter into the 'Property to Map' field to get these values in my report?Thanks!

Hi all, I am a semi new developer on adobe campaign classic v7 and very new to all these JWT / Oauth technologies so please excuse me ! I am working for a client which uses JWT on Adobe Campaign API.I upgraded to 7.4.1 and made the new credentials in developer console, but don't understand where to go from here.The old way to use JWT was use this command in the bin folder of campaign classic nlserver config -instance:crmadobe_prod -setimsjwtauth:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxbut i can't see to find any command to get the new oauth. Can anyone help me where to go from here ? or tell me if you need more information about it. Regards Robert.

Do we have any secure way to pass the email address in the URL parameters of email in Adobe campaign standard without modifying the existing profiles schema? Is it possible to migrate content from one org to another using CTT? For example, we have OrgA with an AMS setup and OrgB with an AEMaaCS setup. A user has access to both Cloud Manager instances. Can content be ingested using Ingestion Jobs from OrgA into OrgB?
