Hello I am testing out a flow and I want to check something. Is there a workaround for having a clicks link in email trigger activate on an email that's sent out using the built in email program rather than a smart campaign? Currently I am testing it and the trigger only works when the email is sent out through a flow step rather than the program.  The criteria for this is just Clicks on Link in <email> with the constraint Link is <link> and with no other criterias

When using an API Triggered campaign, is it possible to ensure that the customer profiles that that are sent in by the 3rd party API are eligible for email/sms (i.e. have both opted in and have NOT opted out)? We have the opt-in / out data available within AEP. The use case is, that we are helping to send out a highly personalized, one to one message to a subset of our clients but we also need to ensure that the individual is qualified to send the email/sms to based on our marketing eligibility. The data for the personalized email is coming from a group that does not use nor has access to the marketing emails eligibility data. And the data in the emails needs to be perfect and controlled which is why we do not want to load it to AEP.  Is there a different campaign/journey construct that we should be considereing/using

Hello Community!My goal is to have a report that shows the number of projects (and which ones) that have hours logged during a specific month.I created an hours report, that uses the hours entry date as the filter, and it does show which projects have hours, but I can't get it to give me a count of projects - it is giving me a sum of hours and a count of the hour entry logs.  Since we have many projects having hours tracked and many entries to individual projects - I need it to count projects.  I was thinking of using a grouping, but can't see to get the number in the grouping label to count the projects instead of the hour entry logs.  Ideas?  If you have an idea outside of grouping, open to that as well.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi all - still fairly new to Fusion, but here's what I'm trying to do: When a user approves an Issue, I'm using Fusion to auto-convert to a Project with a specific template applied. I'd like to pull the ID of the user that approved the issue and assign them as the project owner at project conversion. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get that user ID!! Hopefully this is super simple - I appreciate you taking the time to look.

I searched for the term "contrary" in reference implementation in the search bar and only got a PDF. I was expecting both PDF and Word doc to show as search results as both had the same text and content. I am not sure if ASC supports search based on text/contents within the document. I am attempting to make edits to an existing live activity but every time I attempt to save it, I am given this error: "ERROR Could not validate the activity. Please contact customer care for further help.". I have approver privileges and this only occurs for this one activity. Any solutions?

 Dear All,I’ve set up an activity for our client that involves excluding specific users based on their previous page and a particular product ID. The aim is to target users with this product ID, but exclude those who visited the designated page.My question is: Does this audience become active on their first visit, or only on subsequent visits?As I understand it, audience data is captured during the first visit and can only be applied in the second visit or next session, meaning there are no real-time audiences. Is that correct?

All, One of the business segment uses markdown to author content in content fragment instead of plain text. We would like to translate the content. What are the recommend option do we have to translate markdown content authored as part of CF's. 

 I have a Guided LP that I am building, when I create a page from it and insert the form, the form fields are not responsive to the container. I know I am missing something in the code. I have scheduled exam for AD0-E717 Adobe Commerce Developer with Cloud Add-on Professional certification exam, I also joined before 15 mins of scheduled time & During the initial connection with the proctor, I was advised to download the GoToMeeting software instead of using the browser, as there was a delay on the proctor’s end. While I was in the process of downloading the software, proctor was sharing the session ID and the browser call was unexpectedly disconnected in the middle of that conversation. Subsequently, I received an email notification indicating that I was disconnected from the exam session.The email provided instructions to reconnect; however, when I attempted to access the provided link, I was prompted for a session ID, which I did not receive due to the disconnection. & now exam status is showing “Approved by Auditor”. They asked to reschedule the exam without taking exam. Please need help in this situation. I also mailed to certif@adobe.com & waiting for

I am attempting to upload a kickstart XLS and one of the columns is a multi-select dropdown.  When there is only one value, no problems.  The kickstart fails when there is more than one option in the cell.  I have the data entered in the cell as it is shown when reporting on the multi-select, with the values separated by a comma.  Has anyone gotten this type of kickstart to complete?

We are in AEMaaS. My team will be developing a new project and is considering using out of the box teaser component to potentially create 2 other components that would leverage that code (they would have the same dialog as the teaser component except limited style options specific to that use case) and these additional components would be renamed to showcase how it would be used, for example: ‘card component’ or ‘hero banner component.’  The thought is that this would be easier for an author to understand what type of component it is, but also from a UI development perspective. It would be easier to modify a component that has less options associated with it. My questions:if we go that route, would future AEM upgrades that affect the teaser component be reflected in these additional components that leverage the same code?Has anyone done something similar and ran into issues?   Any insights and shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!Thanks

I have a requirement to know after an asset is replicated whether it was replicated to the preview instance or the publish instance. Anyone has any idea how can I get this inside the Event handler?The code below was implemented for another purpose.
