Communication Limits are opt-in by smart campaign, but when you use a Send Email flow action to send yourself a test email the Communication Limits are applied and you can't send yourself multiple test emails.  I can’t find anything in the help articles about this scenario.  Is there a way to exempt an individual from Communication Limits?  As a short term workaround, we can up smart campaigns to send test emails to ourselves, but this is much more cumbersome than using a flow action on our lead record.  We could also make the email Operational while testing, but then we run the risk of forgetting to turn this off before we go live.

Hi , I am trying to get the page count for the form i am designing,by using the following on a text fieldthis.rawvalue = xfa.layout.pageCount();  --> i am not sure where to use this (on initialize, layout ready etc) ,i used for both of them and i am not getting any value on the form.my intention is to use this field (with pagecount) to write a formula to show the address if say page count is less than 10 .can somebody point me to the right direction, thanks in advancechristene

If a lead unsubscribes, hard bounces or is blacklisted and we pull a report of landing page conversions would the beforementioned leads be counted? Or does the report pull only (still) marketable leads

Hi,I have trouble understanding how the cadence is managed between the streams. The cadence in all my streams is 2 weeks. Each stream has 1 email in it. My engagement program summary is showing that the next cast is in 1 day. This is weird because a cast was sent last week so normally, the next cast should be next week. Does someone know why it's doing this or how can I ensure the next cast is next week?

Hi,   We are currently using ScribeOnline (Marketo Partner) to create leads in our CRM (by calling a webhook for Scribe whenever a lead is created in Marketo) as opposed to a simple out-of-the-box sync to Microsoft Dynamics.   The reason we need to do this is because our Inside Sales teams have a mandate to follow-up with leads within 2 minutes of creation. Unfortunately the out-of-the-box sync can take up to 10 minutes for our instance before appearing in CRM. Whereas we are able to get it in CRM with the webhook call within 25 secs or less through integration with Scribe.   The issue is that this ends up creating a duplicate in Marketo, because Marketo doesn't realize that the record in CRM should be associated with the record in Marketo.   How does Marketo associate CRM records with Marketo records?   Is there a way for us to bring in a value to the CRM (so Marketo matches with the CRM record), or conversely to write a value from CRM into Marketo? Hi all,We've recently set up a nurture campaign, consisting of 8 emails (and resends). All leads that reached a score of 50 automatically get synced with Salesforce and will flow into the next phase.However, all leads that didn't reach the score of 50 while going through the first phase are now only receiving our newsletter and are scoring too slowly.I would like to put these leads back into our (first) nurture phase, but because they have the 'finish program' status they can't go through the engagement program again it seems.Is there a way to change this program status and put them back in? (I prefer not to clone the program)

Hi,In Munchkin there is a "asscociateLead" function which update lead fields and make the lead become known if it was anonymous before.We would like to replicate the associate lead  via API, but can't find a way to make the lead "known", (set the Is Anonymous attribute to false, seems like that attribute is not accessable via API). Any idea?Thanks in advance!

We're having issues with enriched data being overwritten. Neither InsideView, Marketo, or Salesforce knows why. If you are using InsideView, would love to connect so see how you have your enrich  smart lists configured.

I am trying to set up relatively complex "mailto" link for one of our emails. Hey guys,Want to pick the collective Marketo brain here. We're trying to figure out how to decay engement socre for each interaction independently. For example, Let's say I have a contact request a brochure on day 1, then again on day 5, and each of these requests gives him a score of +10. He now has a score of 20. What I want to do is deduct 5 points for every 15 days since the interaction.... So - after 20 days, he would have a score of 15, and after 25 days he has a score of 10.How would I go about doing this? I want to say this isn't possible as each interaction would need to be uniquely tracked, but I thought I'd ask for some expert opinions.Thanks in advance!

Hi,I have a nurture campaign set up with emails x1, x2, x3, x4 and x5.What are the best practices in terms of the smart list (triggers and filters) to figure out which leads recieved atleast 3 emails and did not click any of the links in those emails?I would preper it to be a trigger.  Would something like this work?

I've approved a A/B test email send program, the test went out this AM and the winner email is supposed to go out tomorrow AM. Unfortunately I've selected the PM instead of the AM for the send winner time. Is there a way to alter the send winner time if the program is currently approved and running? Thanks! 

Trying to replace/upload an image with the same name, yet old image remains and new version not uploaded.

Our SF admin followed the instructions at https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000Kyw9, and from what I can tell nothing was missed. However, while our Sales people can look at Sales Insight in general, with Best Bets, etc., when they click on an individual lead name, there is no Sales Insight section there to see...Interesting moments or whatever else.Here is a screenshot of what it's supposed to look like, correct?Here is a screenshot of what we actually see:Any thoughts on why this is and how to fix it? I just can't find anything in the unbelievably long details on how this was setup where we made a mistake, so any direction would be extremely helpful.Thanks!

Hi AllI have some questions regarding efficient management and tracking of google adwords leads, as we start to create more ads. For starters, We're using a Marketo form & general LP in an Iframe for the landing page. Is it preferrable to track any Ad as a separate program, or bundle all ads to one program & SF campaign by groups? We have several ads leading to several landing pages (several ads can lead to one LP also). Tracking-wise, I thought about using the following smart campaign to capture visitors and add them to a list. Afterwards I'll be able to allocate them appropriately upon becoming known. My only doubt it for the "Referrer", as it should view parent URL. Any thoughts?Many thanks!Itay

I've created a form.  When I view it on a mobile device the field heights look fine.  However, when I view it on a desktop there is excess padding/height for the form fields on all browsers - IE, Chrome, Firefox.  I've tried to edit the CSS of the form directly by adding custom CSS, as well as update it directly on the landing page via CSS styles in the header and in a separate style sheet.  These change the heights on the mobile version, but not the desktop version.  What is controling the height of the form field in larger browser media widths?!Example Page:  http://procampaigns.whitepages.com/test-respon.htmlCustom CSS on the Form Itself AND Style Sheet updates I'm using: .mktoForm input[type=text], .mktoForm input[type=url], .mktoForm input[type=email], .mktoForm input[type=tel], .mktoForm input[type=number], .mktoForm input[type=date], .mktoForm select.mktoField, .mktoForm textarea.mktoField {   -webkit-appearance: none;

For some reason that I'm still trying to figure out, Marketo changed the last name field of about 140 leads back on Aug 5. (I believe it had to do with an list import but still not sure). I've identified the impacted leads but wondering if there's a way to revert to the old value without doing it manually one by one?

I'm looking for some clarification on using smart campaigns within an Engagement Engine stream, how it works, and what the rules are.1) If the campaign is a trigger camaign, when does it fire? At the specified trigger, or at the next cast? For example, I'd like to make sure Email 1 goes out to anyone in Stream X when a data value changes, in addition to getting a monthly cast content. If I use a smart campaign for this action within the stream, will the email go out immediately after the data value change as desired? 2) Are emails sent via the smart campaign within the engagement stream counted in the engagement score & analytics?3) What are the rules for adding campaigns to a stream? Does the campaign have to be from a different Program? I ask because when I go to "Add Content" and choose "Program", every other program is available for me to select EXCEPT the one I'm working with, and I'm unsure if this is a bug or not.

Hi.We are new to Marketo and my IT Manager is having a lot of difficulty with the SPF setup. I have read the other posts on this subject and passed these on however I think my company may need to outsource this step as our IT doesn't have this experience . Does anyone know of any vendors in Sydney or Melbourne that could assist?
