Hey Marketo usersI currently  have a Program up and running and I wanted to add to the flow eventhough I already started the email send couple of days ago. So I added a wait step to existing flow (just an hour) and then a resend of an email if they haven't opended the previous email. But it seems like the resend was not sent. Is it not possible to add to a currently activated Flow? Thanks in advance

I have a landing page and form set up to capture lead data at a tradeshow. What is the best report to use to report on these leads? I need the report to show all the lead's contact fields along with their selections, etc. Would also want to set up a daily email subscription. Thank you!

I would love to set up the "sync lead to sfdc" flow step in a way that assigns an owner to a lead based on the area of interest the lead fills out in the form & if they are located in a certain area. For example, if area of interest is apples & lead is located in MA, NH, RI, or CT then assign to Bob Smith or if area of interest is apples and lead is located in NC, SC, GA, or FL then assign to Sally Jones. Otherwise assign lead using auto assignment rules. Anyone know if this is possible? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Hey guys,I have an Engagement program with a number of leads who have exhausted the streams.I've developed new content to add to the streams, and it makes more sense to insert some of it in the middle of the streams, rather than at the end.My questions is: will the leads who've exhasted the stream get the new content added in the middle of the stream? This image should explain things better:

Hi, I was wondering whether it is possible to include knock out criteria in engagement programs in a similar that is possible in drip nurture campaigns, i.e. if a lead isn't qualified then the lead must not be able to proceed. So, for example if a lead is too young then we want to exclude that lead from the nurture campaign, is something like that possible in engagement programs?Many thanks!

Hi - Hoping someone from the Marketo Community can help me with this since Marketo Support has said they won’t offer assistance due to custom code being used on our landing page.    I have an email that gets sent to our distribution partners with a lead’s information and activity. This email contains a dynamically generated link to a Marketo landing page which contains a form. The purpose of the landing page is for the partner to provide us feedback on the lead we have given them. Hi All,I was wondering if there is an easy way to figure out how many of your known leads are currently traceable (web activity known to Marketo). For example, John Smith is known, but when he visits the page, does marketo know its him? I want to know how many leads we can currently identify if they visit our page.Best,Dan

Can anyone help me out?

This is a weird one.When I visit my pages with my machine, Marketo does not record any page visits (anony or otherwise).  I've tried with 3 different browsers, but each has no effect.Just now, I asked my coworker to try hitting some pages from his location, and they were all recorded nearly instantly.This doesn't make any sense to me.  Why would Marketo/Munchkin be discriminating against my machine?Other details: The two machines are on different networks (I'm working remotely today) Both machines are Macbooks I do not see any JS errors in the console Both machines are hitting the same website I'm really stumped.  Anyone have a hint?

With the new feature... I just want to do one email blast and test all recipients (50/50%) but want to test the whole audience, not have the winning subject line email sent afterwards. (This is soley for testing purposes this run) Would I just drag the testing bar to 100% so they all receive the test and NONE the winner? And if so, would this evenly split the email 50/50%?And the schedule would be the exact same for send test as send winner?Thanks!

and they are somehow entered back into Marketo, say through a conference attendee list, will Marketo realize and honor that the lead unsubscribed before? I don't want to delete all my unsibscribed leads, but I would like to clean up our database to target customers.

I am trying to upload a list of about 20 people and it is taking a rather long time...about 45 minutes at this point. Has anyone had this issue? If I stop it will the whole list not import so I can try again?

Anyone else having issues with email sends right now? I just sent a single email (not as a test, as an actual campaign) to only myself and it says that the email has sent but not yet delivered.Also, does anyone know if this means something is slow on our end, or just slow in the interwebs overall?

What is the best way to track Forward with a friend links for both who forwarded the email and who was the email forwarded to.  The guide on here is not very helpful.thanks!

Hi all!  I was wondering if there was a way to filter Email Performance reports by number of contacts sent for each particular email.  I'd like to run a report on the results of emails that were sent to, say, more than 1000 contacts, but I can't seem to find a way to do that.  Have any of you succeeded in doing that, and can you please share your method if you have? :)

After the initial data is synced from Salesforce to Marketo, how do new leads/contacts/accounts that are added directly to Salesforce or Marketo get matched?  Is there any matching on the records during the sync or are potential duplicates just added?For instance, if I have a sales rep add Jane Doe to Salesforce and Jane Doe also fills out a form that adds a lead to Marketo.  Would there just be duplicates Jane Doe records in one or both systems or would the integration to try match on email address?

Does anyone know how many streams are allowed in an engagement program?

Hi there,When we use the Marketo-GTW adapter for our webinars, after the event is over we send thank you/sorry we missed you emails through Marketo. However, I know that when we solely use GTW for webinars, GTW sends these emails out automatically.My question is, when using the Marketo-GTW adapter, does GTW still send out the follow-up emails automatically? Or does it recognize that it's synched to Marketo and stop from automatically pushing those out?

Can anyone shed some light on what on this means? I have a list of leads and some are checked off as "email invalid" with "user unkown" listed as the email invalid cause. I'm unclear as to what this means. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Kely

Is it possible to do a subject line A/B test in a nurture steam?

I'm attempting to expire the Marketo tracking cookie (_mkto_trk) with javascript in order to detach a user's history prior to submitting a kiosk form. I've verified this code does indeed work for test cookies I create, but for whatever reason, I can't seem to alter the Marketo cookie.Additionally, I have used this code on both my www site and the Marketo subdomain, in case it was a domain issue, but neither seem to work.Any ideas?

Hi, We’re using Marketo forms 2.0 and having some trouble with two new custom fields I created. FYI the names of the custom fields I created are “Preferred Contact Method” and “Offers”—if you want specifics. For “preferred contact method,” I am looking for one of three values to be passed to the appropriate record, either “email”, “phone,” or “no preference.”  However, right now if someone submits a form, the values captured say either “true” or “false,” which I was not expecting.  The same is true for my “Offers” field. Values captured say true/false.Backtracking to Setup: Within the Form Properties, the field type is set as “select” for one and “checkbox” for the other, while in Marketo Field Management, Boolean is the type listed for both. I set the values in the Form Properties, and they seemed to display just fine in my form, but something went wrong on the backend. My hunch is that I chose the incorrect type in the Admin Field Management section, but I’m not sure what I wou

We set up a smart campaign that had a filter in place in the Smart List to suppress a certain email domain. When the campain ran, however, an email was sent to at least two people with that email domain. Is there a reason why Marketo would send to some and not to others, even with a filter in place? The filter was set up like this:Email Domain not contains 'company.com'We've had trouble with filtering this domain in the past as well. Any help would be appreciated. 

Is there a way to create a survey as part of a form in Marketo? I need to ask 3 questions that would have the user select answers set up in a radio button design. These questions would not be linking back to any of our existing fields in Marketo.
