 I'm working on an Adobe Campaign workflow that generates personalized PDF attachments for each recipient based on customer data. Before attaching these PDFs to the emails, I need to encrypt them with a password to ensure security. Since Adobe Campaign doesn’t seem to have built-in PDF encryption capabilities, what are the best practices or solutions for applying password protection to these dynamic PDFs before sending them via email? Are there any external tools or integrations that work well with Adobe Campaign for this purpose, or is there a recommended workflow for achieving this? Any advice or examples would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,I recently built a campaign where instead of using a 24 hour window, I decided to use the time constraint option of "yesterday" to minimize any overlap in audience evaluation. Can someone confirm what exactly the definition of "yesterday" entails? For example, I am not sure if it is midnight to midnight UTC time, or what? There is not any documentation online that I can find to answer this question. I am using the platform  timestamp of an event.Thanks

Hello, I am sending out a newsletter email using ACS. The email uses dynamic conditions for the Header and Footer, but the articles are variable based on the structure level using Conditional Visibility settings.  Each article has at least one CTA that is a URL link. Just sent to 1.6K successfully. In the send delivery dashboard, when I click on hot clicks report, it displays only the header and footer. None of the articles and so there is no way to see the hot clicks per article. I created a report based on Tracked URL and URL labels that shows there is data track with about a 17% CTR. How do I get the Hot Click report to display correctly for this delivery? Note, one earlier tests, it did display correctly.

Hello, We have an apple-app-site-association file located in /.well-known/apple-app-site-association which is being downloaded when requested thru a browser.  We would like the file to be displayed as json output instead.  Examining the headers shows the following: Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="apple-app-site-association"Content-Type: application/octet-stream I assume that the Content-Type needs to be application/json or something other than octed-stream to prevent the file from downloading.  Is it possible to configure this somehow?  I have already tried setting a format in CRX as well as adding an exclusion to the Content Disposition Filter with no success.  Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi Experts, We are creating a dynamic component in AEM (SPA Angular) called the search widget component, which calls a third-party API. This call can be triggered from the browser, but the API requires an API key, which we don't want to expose in the network call. Therefore, we are considering triggering the call from the publisher as a servlet. Is it recommended to use the publisher as middleware in this case? Since this component is expected to handle significant traffic, with 200-400 TPS, relying on the publisher may not be ideal. I understand that publishers are not designed to handle such activities. In this situation, what would be the ideal solution? Your help is greatly appreciated! 

Hello: I have a dynamic PDF form that can be filled in. I want to password-protect it so that only those with the password can open and edit/view the underlying code in the designer. However, I don't want Adobe (or any PDF reader) to prompt for a password for regular viewing or editing. How can I achieve this? I attempted to use File -> Form Properties -> PDF Security, but it didn't work. I'm using Adobe Experience Manager - Forms (version: 6.5.0.20220509.49).  Thank you

Does anyone know if Adobe has plans to make AEM Assets understand InCopy files? I'd love to see Asset Link for InCopy, as well as for AEM Assets to understand the file format and prompt the user to update the link to an InCopy file that's been modified and placed back in AEM Assets. Currently if you modify a photo or Illustrator file that resides on AEM Assets and re-open an InDesign file that has a link to that asset, ID prompts you to refresh the link and you can see the changed asset in your ID file. This same workflow does NOT work with InCopy files. You CAN link to an icml file on AEM Assets, but you can't do the same with icma files. And if you DO link to an icml file on AEM Assets, it appears to break the functionality of it being an InCopy file, so the little icon is removed from the text frame. Updating the icml file on AEM Assets doesn't prompt InDesign file to refresh it. As soon as I relink to a local icml file, it refreshes and adds the little icon back to the text

I have implemented the Embed component and added an embeddable within it. However, when I open the dialog for the Embed component, I am unable to see the newly added embeddable listed in the drop-down menu under the 'Allowed Embeddables' section, which is preventing me from selecting it. They have requested that the content fragment should have a default value when being created but also accept an empty string for the value. However, with the value property assigned there is no way to currently save an empty value.Is there a possible workaround for this?Thanks.

Hi, I'm trying to create a WF fusion scenario that gets triggered whenever any task status changes to be completed in WF. Once the scenario gets the task details, it checks if there are documents associated with the task and if yes, it should upload the document to AEM assets folder. What would be the best possible way to achieve this? I'm trying to use webhook to get updates on task status changes but not sure how to configure it. Thanks in advance!

I have a dataflow that was created a few months ago to ingest financial accounts data via batch ingestion. The account data is an array of various account fields (ie. account number, product, balance, etc). One of the fields in the array is a date indicating the last ACH deposit transaction date for funds deposited into the account. We recently found out that some of these dates can be future dates when is creating issues for journeys developed in AJO that leverage this date field. Is it possible to create a calculated field that checks every account being processed in the array accounts[*].lastTDHDirctDepositDate for a future date and replace it with a static date value of "0001-01-01". If the date isn't a future date then retain the value coming in from the source data. We can then map this calculated field to the field in the XDM schema thus ensuring we don't have future dates? I was trying to use iif function iif(accounts[*].lastTDHDirctDepositDate > now(), "0001-

Is there any way to create a Workload Balancer Unassigned and Assigned Work filter using text mode and wildcards? Managers have asked to have a My Direct Reports type user wildcard filter available in their Workload Balancer view, so they only see their direct reports work. I didn't see any way to set the wildcard filter in Workload Balancer, but didn't know if anyone has any other solutions. Thanks. 

Hello!Is there a way to tell Native PDF to output its chapter numbers so that the PDF output shows them on the bookmarks tab? Right now I have the chapters autonumbered and they look/work well in the content, but the asset loses some clarity when there are no chapter numbers in the bookmarks pane.Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!Josh

Hello all,I was wondering if anyone had any experience using first or last name for dedupe rules.Here is the use case we are trying to solve for:Our Marketo database is updated whenever someone places an ecommerce order in case they have updated contact info. We discovered some of our customers use a generic/shared email address (ex. info@company.com) which means their contact info gets completely overwritten each time they place an order.If we use first or last name as another dedupe field, it could result in each different person using the shared email address to have their own contact in Marketo, which would help us with connecting to the right contact in SFDC (which is tied to our ERP/order system). Has anyone else had this problem and how did you solve (or mostly solve) it? Thanks,Justin

Hi, I have a task - hundreds of assets in various folders need a few tags applied one them. The tags are the same three / four tags for all the assets. I have an excel sheet list of assets that need tagging which seem was exported as a csv initially. The sheet only includes filenames with the path /content/dam/.../filename.jpg. Tags that need adding are from different locations within the tag hierarchy.  Is there a smart way to deal with this task? Currently I am manually navigating to folders, finding and selecting multiple files, then adding tags through file properties; or if I use search function for single file then I apply tags through manage tags feature. I do not have superuser access as nobody here knows anything about it, not even IT, however I am the admin of the library... with this task.   I am not using CRXDE Lite because even Adobe team suggests not to use this interface for some reason...  Any assistance will be much app

We have added extra environment that is Test Environment and share JS with developer. But in publishing flow i can move between dev, staging and production. How i can make sure Test script also work. When i moved to staging than acceptance link is working but test environment link is not working.

We will override those components, provide a sling:resourceSuperType, and create a dialog for the new fields. My question is whetherIn the HTL, do I need to include only the new fields that I have added in the dialog?I should also update the Sling model to accommodate these new fields.?And also how can I implement custom styles for the fields values, since most of the values are from slingSuperType ? -Should I add complete HTL from libs then it will become overlay ?AEMasCSThanks,
