Hi all,  I've noticed that the default click-through rate (CTR) reporting in Adobe Campaign Standard seems to calculate CTR based on the total number of recipients rather than the number of opens. Has anyone else experienced this, or could it be a setup issue on our end? I think it should be named Click Rate and not Click Through Rate.

Hello!We are struggling with a GraphQL query on our AEMaaCS publish instance. For showing certain news on our Android and iOS mobile apps, we'd like to query a list of article content fragments... of a specific path after specific date sorted by date having a particular cq:tags tag set returning the _publishURL of the page that references the content fragment Current state: Date works. Path works. Sorting by date will be supported with the March 2023 release. Checking for tags did work in AEM 6.5 but now it seems it does not work anymore? Do we miss something? The _references attribute only returns "RTE inline references" and not the page(s) that reference the content fragment. Is there a way to accomplish that? We would like to create a report that captures all forms that a specific list of custom fields appear on. Does anyone have any suggestions on how best to approach this?

I need to know the average time spend on a page for certain period of time. Right now, adobe analytics only have time spend on page - Bucketed. I can know how many times people stay on that page in each bucket. But the thing is, users really want to know the average time spend on that page. Anyone know what's the best way to get this metric?Thanks

Hi, I have a "My to do List" report for tasks. It already uses the built in filter "Can Start", but that seems to only apply to parent tasks and predecessors that are/aren't completed yet, making the sub task can/can't start. I would like the report to also filter out tasks that have a task constraint of "Must Start on" or "Start no earlier than" with a constraint date greater than today. If they can't start yet, I don't want it on the to do list. I don't seem to be able to do this with the built in filters of "constraint type" and "constraint date". No matter what I do I wind up filtering out things I don't want to. Would somebody please be kind enough to show me the text mode filter to filter out tasks with "Must Start on" or "Start no earlier than" constraint types with a constraint date greater than today?

Dear Team,Adobe Analytics is reporting an 80% bounce rate for the website, but the average time on site is 3 minutes. The client is confused about whether users are engaged or not. I explained that the high bounce rate means users are spending time on the site but not interacting with it. Could you please advise on how to explain this more clearly to the client? Hi All, I'm downgrading our Triggers to overnight Batch runs when possible to improve the speed of our system. My question to everyone is, when looking at your Campaign Inspector, what is the best practice for the ideal number of Active Triggered Campaigns running daily at one time? Through experience and research, it seems like anything over 1000 will slow down the system, so what range below would be best practice? 150+250+300+500+Between 500-800Any help is appreciated! Cheers, Chris

Currently we like to achieve the following with our AEM and Dynamic Media:   We upload a PDF into the AEM, it is getting synced to DynamicMedia(DM) and published. In the DM-Classic Windows App I can get the AssetFile-URL that opens the PDF in the browser if opened.   But from AEM perspective we like to achieve that our users are able to get the same URL or any kind of view for that PDF. Currently we check the renditions view of the assets for the dynamic renditions, we got a image-preset but if you follow that URL you only get page-1 of that PDF as image. But we would like to get the pdf or at least all pages as image of that document.   Any ideas how to achieve that? Do I achieve that by configuration of the AEM / Dynamic Media, it it a special image-preset or viewer that I need? Its important that the url is accessable by a AEM-User.

 I have seen a few posts that are pretty close to what I want, but for some reason not working and I think I'm missing something. I want to filter a list of documents to show all documents that are in a folder called "Final" (not case sensitive)ORare not in a folder at all. In my org, people usually save drafts in folders called working or drafts. Some are really good about putting finals in a folder called finals while others leave the finals in no folder (just the top leave in the project or issue). I have a custom form that I have a field on that we no longer are using as of today.  However, with the new builder there does not seem to be a choice to hide it just delete. Is this correct? 

I have created UTM links containing the parameters utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and utm_content. Before officially launching and publishing them, I conducted tests to ensure they are tracked correctly in Adobe Analytics Workspace. However, I can't seem to find them. In the future, I will need to understand which sources and specific content have driven traffic.What are these parameters called? What should I search for to find them? Hi all, Can someone please verify that I am using the correct formula for the advanced filter (see screenshot attached). I want the following:- they must have opened an email in the last 1000 days OR - clicked a link in an email in the last 1000 daysAND - they must NOT be apart of list 3 or 4 (blurred list names for obvious reasons) Right now, this is the formula I have: (1 or 2) and (3 and 4) I know when using the "NOT IN Member of List" filter i have to use the logic "and". I just want to be safe and make sure the formula suppresses the correct records.   Thanks in advance!

Most Email tools allow for A/B testing of subject lines and creative for a set percentage, with the remainder sent to the best performing email.  Is this a possibility in AJO?Our marketing teams expect to be to create A/B Tests for Email Campaign and based on engagement performance send the remainder to the winner after 4-6 hours. Has anyone solved for this or have a similar need/expectation?

I'm using an split activity to count how many recipients have field A and how many have field B.Since those are 2 segments inside the split activty I get 2 outputs.
