Using ACS, a number of our testers (clients) are receiving emails that render incorrectly and look distorted. They are all in the same company w/ Outlook. However, when I test it, use my personal outlook as well as gmail, it looks fine. How do I fix?

Hi, I need the value of a type ahead field that lives at the project level to populate a calculated field at the task level. Is this possible? Project Level = Story Lead (type ahead field.) I need this value to also live on a task under the project. I thought calculated field would be the way to go but it doesn't seem to be working. Can this work? Hello Team, We are trying to use Core components Accordion component in our project to speed up FAQ pages development.AEM Version: 6.5.2After configuring all panels and other steps defined, we see as below:Issue: It seems styles/JS does not apply by default. Items are not clickable as well. Do we need to write custom JS/CSS to make it working or at least It should work as  by default implementation and then according to Project req, we can further enhance styles etc.?? Regards,AP

Hi All,I have a folder structure a shown below /Content/dam/content/dam/Common/Content/dam/FolderA/Common/Content/dam/FolderB/Common I dont want duplicate the content/images of Common DAM folder under Folder A and Folder B I tried creating a nt:/linkedfile and jcr:Reference etc... but nothing worked.Is there any solution to link one folder to another folder in AEM DAM.Please suggest 

Hi All, I'm trying to calculate Time Spent Per Page View in our Downstream Data Lake. I was referencing the Data Columns reference to try to understand this, but unsure how to calculate it in SQL. It's my understand each row is a hit. How would I look at the average time spent on a particular page to exclude single page visits and also to average the time on a specific page, for example "Page A"? I'm trying to replicate this from my calculated metric that contains a segment as well downstream. I have an evar for Page Name, but because I don't have a prop, I can't get Entry Page Name. Is there a best way to set up a processing rule to set the prop whenever the evar is set but only if its a page view? Right now, I have a rule that says if my Page Type prop is set then run the rule to create the Page Name prop, so I think it should work, but just want to make sure I'm doing it the best way.

Hi there,I am having a hard time with a page properties select box.Ever had the problem, that your options become cut, when the select is the last field or the only field within a tab? (see image)We are extending the wcm-core page v2, which is extending the basic page of aem. I noticed no major differences between our tabs and those of the basic page.To solve that problem partially, someone could add own css to their project. However it is hard to overwrite the createpagewizard css.Also, it would be like cracking nuts with a sledgehammer Is it coral ui 3 specific?Any suggestions?Thanks!Greetings,Marvin

Hello,I'm sending an email to our entire database to confirm their newsletter subscription details. The user will click on a Marketo email and be taken to our Marketo preference landing page. All fields pre-fill, tested a couple of emails, except for the newsletter boolean option fields. I've checked the form, and pre-fill is set up for both the form and individual fields.Has anyone encountered this problem?

I am trying to customized the out of the box notification in Adobe AEM forms document security when a email is sent to client.  We tried using HTML coding to change the format of the notifications like adding some images of our department to make look more profesional be it is not working for us.

I'm attempting to do some analysis on our unsubscribe data by looking at segments of people (purchasers vs. prospects) and determining on an aggregate level how many days passed between their most recent opt-in, and when they unsubscribed.  I'm hoping to lump this data into a couple different buckets of lengths of time they were on our list before unsubscribing:7 daysBetween 7 and 30 daysBetween 30 and 90 daysBetween 90 and 365 daysOver 365 daysWe hope to use this data to determine if there's some "frequency fatigue" at play - i.e., are we sending too many emails, and is this disproportionately impacting one segment over another.   One issue I'm trying to work around is data retention limits in Marketo (e.g., some data is only keep for 90 days, others 25 months, etc.) Another (even bigger) issue is trying to figure out how to report in bulk on this, instead of having to dive into hundreds of individual activity logs.  My first attempt is something along th

I have a custom field where people can select a Workfront User. What I want to do in a Fusion scenario is read that user record and then use the email address associated with that user in a follow-up step. However, when trying to read the user record, I get stuck.  The field is formatted like this: {"objCode":"USER","name":"Joe Blow",ID":"5ba3fakeID2222a9620b7d6c1173a093"} ... so the Read a Record module returns an error for invalid ID.  How can I use Switch or String or some other module to only use the ID portion of this string?

Hi Experts,We have created an adhoc dataset, which combines the records of all three system datasets from AJO: EMAIL, PUSH and MESSAGE.But, as multiple joins were used in query, no field is unique in records.Is there a way we can add a new coulmn which gets updated sequentially in this dataset with each record, so it is unique.I checked with rand() function, but it has limit and rownumber() will start with 1 again every time the query runs.Query is scheduled for every 24 hours. Thanks!Shivani

I would like AEM in cloud  to call ADFS on prem. AEM will send name and id to check in ADFS. ADFS returns the response as found or not found.  How do I do this? Is it done from DocAssurance service or are there services in AEm that can be leveraged to achieve this functionality?

I would like to embed the digital certificate obtained by using public key on the pdf form. The AEM site https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-65/content/forms/developer-reference/programming-aem-forms-jee/performing-service-operations-using-apis/digitally-signing-certifying-documents says NOTEBefore you can digitally sign a PDF document, you must ensure that you add the certificate to AEM Forms. A certificate is added using administration console or programmatically using the Trust Manager API. (See Importing Credentials by using the Trust Manager API.) I generate the certificate and store in s3 bucket. Does AEM have a storage to store the certificates . The AEM documentation says loading certificate from administration console.  This is not clear to me
