I haven't had luck finding documentation on a couple of basic things. Examples provided on this site don't seem to address my specific use cases: 1) For a Switch() statement, where do I put the Else condition? I'd like the variable value to default to "n/a" if none of the cases are true in the below example:  2) For an If() statement, what's the syntax when testing equality with strings? In the below example, I don't use quotation marks because I didn't need them in the Switch() statement, but I notice that Fusion inserts  "+" and a quotation marks when I preview the statement before running just the one module. The intent is that the variable value should be set to "Flow" only if both conditions (assayMethod=Biomarker and assayPurpose=Flow Cytometry) are met, and yet when running the module, I always get a variable value of Flow, regardless of inputs:  >>> this is what it looks like in the "Run this module only" preview >>> &nb

Hi all,   We have a suite of products that are broken into two basic project types--front-end content module projects (kind of similar to chapters of a book) and back-end for-sale deliverable projects.  The back-end deliverables are linked to their constituent modules through the use of cross-project predecessors.   Many of the back-end deliverable workflows simply involve taking the fully completed modules and processing them.  However, we do have some that have certain tasks (such as scheduling recording sessions with instructors) where pre-work is performed in advance of the predecessor projects fully completing.  In those cases, teams would want to know how the predecessor projects are tracking and when they would expect to complete.   Obviously project managers could take deep dives into related projects to see how they're progressing, but I wonder if anyone's got any at-a-glance reporting that gives a good starting point for analysis.   Any sugg

So in one of the scenario we are having an image/video and download option for it. So whenever we click on that download button/logo the image gets downloaded. We checked this thing on Local author and local publish instance and it worked as expected. But on DEV, STAGE and PROD it worked only on author instance. It didn't work as expected on publisher and dispatcher instances.Issue: When we click on that download option, the image/video opens in new tab, but doesn't get downloaded. Any insights on this. Thanks,Shreyas.

Is there a way to sync the data dictionary information to the Info icon next to the component’s name in workspace?The quick view doesn’t display all the information that the data dictionary contains.  For example, in the data dictionary the "frequently used with" and "similar to" sections are populated, but in the quick view they're listed as "none." The description is the same in both areas.  

Hi, In segment builder I've built a streaming evaluation audience for specific events that occur today. For audience evaluation, are the start and end times (12:00AM-11:59PM) of "today" calculated off the visitor's local time zone (e.g. UTC+10) or AEP internal time zone (UTC+0)? Thank you

Hey guys,  it's me again. We're having another issue with making our Email Code compatible within the Marketo Editor.After fixing the most issues, there's still one weird behaviour by the editor we do not understand and would like to fix.  So we have created a module for our newsletter template where we want to give users an overview about our latest blog posts. This module consists of 2 parts:- The 1st part is the heading and article description, where we used the Rich Text Editor ("mktoText") to make the text editable. We decided to use RTE instead of Variables as it would be a pain to edit the longer article descriptions within the single line textfield we get from using variables. - The 2nd part are the variables, mainly used for CTA and UTM. So we have variables to define the CTA text, the CTA URL and our UTM (which is global for all CTAs used in this mail). Has anyone ever created a routing rule for a project with a default team AND a default assignee (where the default assignee isn't part of the default team?) If so, do both the team and assignee get notifications? I'm wanting to have a way that when one person from one particular team is out of office, a user can be added to the other teams routing rule just while they're away to be notified when new requests come through so I'm wondering if I can add that person as the default assignee just in that time? Hope that makes sense  

I created a custom segment using two events with the "Only After" sequence.I am attempting to use the custom segment as part of a calculated metric where the custom segment is the numerator.When I select it, it is acting a container and requesting a metric, dimension, segment, etc. What am I doing wrong or what do I need to add to the container?  the Custom Segment is two metrics and it is a segment.Any help is greatly appreciated.TIA,Brian

I want to use context aware configuration in my aem project. Is there anyway without defining  @10922553:configRef property at root level, can we refer configuration at /content level or /content/data level?

I am using AEMaaCS. I have an experience fragment that I use across various pages and templates in AEMaaCS as header. Now I have to make some changes to this experience fragment. When I click on it to edit from the content tree, it shows up blank. The other XF's are working fine. The header XF which I want to edit is being rendered on all templates and pages that it is being used and also in the crx de. 

Hi, I want to be sure there will be no issues when other users try to query the recipients tables if it's main workflow (where it gets updated is still running).From this link, the locking happens when other processes (workflows) try to do changes in the tables (e.g. recipients):The example below illustrates the most common and logical form of transactional locking. In this case, we have 3 transactions that are all attempting to make changes to a single row in TableHowever, in my case, the other workflows will not attemp to do any changes to recipients, only query it to use it's data to sent some deliveries. Could any kind of locking still happen? I set my recipients update workflow running over night, but it is still running the update activity, and want to make sure everything will run smoothly for the other users, when they start their labor today.Maybe it is better to try contact adobe support to abort that update activity?

We have recently started updating the Adobe Mobile SDK libraries for our Android App test build to use the AEP SDKs. We configured AEP with the extensions we need(Adobe Analytics, Mobile Core, Profile and AEP Assurance) and updated all of the code with our Android app. We are not using any schemas, so the app has been build using the Adobe Analytics extension.  From the app, we connected to Assurance, and we are able to see each Adobe Analytics event that we are expecting to see, so we can tell that from the app to AEP, the calls are working and being captured as expected. In Assurance, we can also see that the post-processed status is green showing that the AEP to Analytics connection is working as expected also, as all the information needed was pulled with no errors (processing rules etc) However, as part of our QA, we want to be able to confirm that the data we're seeing in AEP Assurance, lines up with what we're seeing in Adobe Analytics. Hi Team, we are using aio cli and cloudmanger plugin to start the execution of cloud manager pipeline Gitlab pipeline. I am able to download the logs from build action and and  "Download Details" from CodeQuality action using below command :aio cloudmanager:get-execution-step-log builkd/codeQuality I am not able to find the way to download the logs at below steps : (please refer attached SS)1.Code Quality pipeline -> Code Scanning -> Download log  how can i download logs of code scanning report? Within a custom form, is it possible to add logos via the image field and then use the custom field to only have one of those image fields display based on the user's associated company?

I think that to target users based on their continent is not currently possible, at least in an easy way, as I could test directly on target and read here https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/target/using/audiences/create-audiences/categories-audiences/geo The use case would be to create audience directly based on whole continents. For example, selecting "Africa". I can't find a way apart than select "Country/region" and select the 54 countries that Africa has, but this is not a smooth or fast experience. Maybe through  "Geo" option also, but, if possible, I think it would be even worse and more difficult to come up with an accurate coordinate grid.  Thanks! 

Using core components within AEM forms and I was trying to use the date before after for the date say end date, eg if end date is keyed in, it should be less than the start date but due to a bug that adobe has confirmed this would not work on core components. If I were to write a rule or rules how could I fail validation via script  to avoid moving to next panel or submit ?globals.function.markasinvalid does not block submission
