Is there a way to create a CTR metric that works universally with any relevant dimension?The calculation is clicks / page views, but the issue that I run into is that it defaults to taking page views on each dimension instead of the page itselfEX: The CTR of "Individuals & Teams" should be 3.2%(Target Text Name just captures the text of the link that was clicked when a click event occurrs)

Hello All, I'm trying to export an audience in AJO from the UI (to Excel or CSV). I noticed there's a way to do it using an API. I'm wondering if there's a different way to do it from the UI, as there's a way to import audiences from the UI. If anyone can help me with this, it'll be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!

We are busy optimizing our server call usage and doing a cleanup of actions that are utilizing many of our server calls. Is there a way to see if a Dimension 'value' is being used in an active workspace project/report? 

Hi there, I noticed that we have profiles that are associated with two or more primary identity CRM IDs. The reason for that is because customer logged into two different CRM IDs with the same ECID so the profiles were stitched together. The impact of this is that when we upload our offline datasets, the value of the latter records from the 2nd account could overwrite the first original correct account.  Is there a way in segment builder to exclude profiles that has multiple CRM IDs as identified in the identityMap?  Thanks.

Dear All, In GA4, there's a default dimension called 'Event name' that lists all events. However, I can't seem to find a similar dimension in Adobe Analytics that allows me to view all events within a specific time range. Can anyone assist with this?

Hi,In the evaluation summary section, the scheduled batch time showing 8.56am (UTC), but when I checked the time completed for last evaluation job -customer under monitoring section. It shows 5.03pm. How can I check the timezone under monitoring section?    

Recently I tried to upload a custom audience. I uploaded a simple CSV file containing 3 columns. The first column was a identitie and the others are just additional data that I need on my profiles.The file had 30k lines and each of them is a unique identity. The dataset created from this process has the same amount of records ingested. So I assume everything went all right with the upload process. But the audience had only 3.35K profiles. I open a ticket and the support mention that the dataset should be marked as profile. If this information is right I need to upload a external audience I should upload two times the same file just to had all profiles in the audience? Our application is split across multiple domains, and the conversion will not happen on the same domain as the A/B test. We currently have multiple workspaces, one per domain, however conversions for the A/B test are not tracking property.If we moved to a single workspace, can it support multiple domains, and will we be able to track the conversions properly across domains?

Hello - I have an email and would like to send a follow up to all contacts to received the email, but either didn't open it OR opened it and didn't click. My question is, does the "didn't click link" filter include people who didn't open the email (since they obviously didn't click anything either)?

I am trying to view a PDF protected by AEM Forms 6.5 Document Security using SAML authentication.I believe the Document Security extended authentication feature can be used. The IdP is “Azure AD.”However, I am unsure about the following settings on the Azure AD side:Entity IDAssertion Consumer Service URLI think these are the endpoints for AEM Forms, but they do not seem to be documented.Does anyone know these settings?Thank you.

Hi Team Currently we are working on Government Project where we are not allowed to used Public repositories . We need to all AEM and Forms related dependent jars to our Internal Repositories . As per below link , Central repo having 26 and Adobe public having 19 dependency jars But usages only two in Central Repo and one Adobe public .What is deference o Central repo vs adobe Public (Most of the time we used adobe public repo only ) , Do i need to take all the jars uploaded to our internal repo or latest sdk jar enough for AEM (ex: com.adobe.aem) & aem osgi forms(forms add-on) ex: com.adobe.aemfd) .https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.adobe.aemfd/aemfd-client-sdk Currently we added two jars related SDK(AEM as a cloud service) but we using AEM6.7.20 on-premises with adobe OSGi Forms add-on package (project completely OSGI forms) ,is there any risk use SDK jars for AEM6.5 on-premises Project for Local development SDK:https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.adobe.

I have a three stage proof workflow that has 1st stage being set to deadline of 4/3/23. I have the second stage with a deadline of 4/6. I also have a third stage with a deadline of 4/6.    When I go to My Work under the user who should see their proof approval deadline of 4/3/23 it shows 4/6/23 8pm (last stage).  I am sure it is the way I set it up, but I have tried many variations and can't get it to work right. Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hi, what happens is that I have a servlet that brings information from an endpoint, this is a Json of products, and I already have a component that renders all the products with their values. But what I need to do now as there are many products, is to make pages to each one but dynamically, is there any way to do that without using AIO or CIF?

I would like to filter out projects that DO NOT have a specific custom form attached + that DO have other specific forms attached. We're able to easily collect one at a time but we cannot combine the two filters, does anyone have any suggestions on how we could achieve that?  Almost all of our projects have around 5 custom forms attached, not in any particular order unfortunately. For example, we would like to have a report showing what projects have our 'internal reporting form' but are missing the 'audit form'.  Any suggestions are appreciated!

I have an address that was added to our Quarantine list in our Marketing Instance of ACC, from an email send from our Message Center instance.I first set the status to "Valid" which didnt change anything, and then we removed the address from quarantine table as a whole, but we are still seeing the delivery logs of the email send from the Message Center delivery as ignoring that particular address. We think that the Marketing instance removal of teh address from quarantine is somehow not reflected in the message center, as a result of me likely not doing something added.

Hello,We are assessing options of supporting approval process for emails in AJO, and we couldn't find a direct way of doing this as we did for ACC. Is there a recommended way to do this for journeys or campaigns, in AJO? Is there something planned in the future to support this flow? Thank you!

Hi,I have two different datastreams to send WebSDK data from two different websites into the same dataset using the same websdk schema. My question is, when I build an audience or use these events, how would I differentiate between the events coming from website a or website b? Is it a good way to do it or should I setup a new dataset for different website? I am just confused how the dataset would differentiate that the data coming from website belongs to website a or website b. Thank you

Hi , We are in AEM 6.5.17 and we just migrated to 6.5.21 . Launches in AEM are getting deleted automatically and we do not have any traces in any logs. We reached to adobe support and they could not trace the event of deletion in any logs. Is there a way to track or recover the deleted launches ? There are also possibilities that someone mistakenly deleted the node in CRX, in this scenarios how do we track down ? any better way to monitor ? This is happening periodically on the WIP launches and it is affecting the business . Please suggest how to tackle this?
