Hi, what could be the possible reasons for not receiving an email for approving a delivery although workflow notifications going out under Technical Deliveries folder? Also, adding to it:1. What could be the reason for an approval not showing up on the Campaign Dashboard(not a workflow approval)2. Assignees not receiving emails to approve delivery except the Campaign operator?

Is it possible to set up an A/B-test based on an adobe audience segment that control an iframe? Example: Variant A contains one iframe content. Variant B contains another iframe content. If possible, how do you set this up? Is this a form based or visual based experiment or something else? Thanks!

We're sending out an invite to review our product on a website called Peer Spot.  They have asked that we add their review email address to every email invite we send out.  Is this possible?  Can I hardcode an email to be cc'd on every email sent from a specific email send?

I'm not a developer, merely a user. I'm on a Mac mini now running a beta of Sequoia-And I was offered an upgrade to Sequoia from Sonoma, so I took it. Now I am  getting notifications of "CCLIbrary.app" asking me questions I can't answer. How do I stop it? I was sent  (By Adobe) to the developer forum because I asked about a Beta issue.

Hi, In the last days, I enter campaign and find that the workflow: Campaign jobs (operationMgt) has failed. Looking into the logs, it looks like someone deleted a recurringDelivery from their workflow, while there were 'child' deliveries still being sent.How do I find which campaign, the deleted delivery was on? So I can talk to the user about this behaviour.Form the last "good" lines of the logs... it appears it was alvaro's campaign? Can someone help me understand what/which users I'm suppose to get out when using the /users endpoint?Description says: Retrieves a list of all users for the company designated by the auth token.https://developer.adobe.com/analytics-apis/docs/2.0/apis/ Reason for asking is that I'm not getting all users for the company. If I'm using the user management api it is returning way more users than the /users endpoint.https://adobe-apiplatform.github.io/umapi-documentation/en/api/getUsersWithPage.html/users are returning 46, but usermanagement/users is returning 82. Is /users only returning users who have access to Adobe Analytics? Or is there something else I'm missing?Thanks!

Hi all, I'm trying to compare last week (29th July 2024 to 4th Aug 2024) to the same period last year using (This week last year to this date range). However, I get below which is incorrect, ideally, it should be 31st - 6th July 2023.  Has anyone experienced this before? Thanks.

Hi,Could someone help me on understanding the below:I have a usecase where a person is opening a website through his laptop but doesn't log in to the website but gives his details(firstname,lastname,phone no.) and an ECID is generated for him on that website.Now the same user logs in to the website using his email id on his mobile.So the question is, will two profiles be generated for the same person ?Also as I know two ECIDs will be generated for the same person, in the first scenario he didn't login(using his laptop) making him a prospect and in the second scenario he would become an authenticated user(using his mobile) and that would make another profile.Please let me know if I'm correct with my understanding or otherwise.Thanks in advance.

I'm now experiencing the same. we need to use this function in order to get only date and not time from this format 2022-04-13T22:00:29Zin the preview it seems working fine but when ingestion happens in the datatset the field is white.  is there a workaraound to manage this issue? thanks

Hi, I found that Adobe Analytics was not tracking some essential data due to IP filter being used to exclude my company's internal traffic.I removed the filter and I'm now getting all the traffic, but I can't see data history for the duration while the IP address filter was applied. Does anyone know if there's a way to recover that data?Many thanks in advance

Hi Community,  I have been trying to find the way to connect AEM 6.5 with Adobe Analytics, I found tons of information about connecting AEM Cloud but not 6.5.  I'm looking for this option in 6.5 but I cannot find it.Could you guide me through the documentation to do it? 

I am working on AEM project to be deployed on Adobe cloud. I have a requirement that whenever a store data node of nt:unstructured type say "store1" on the path /content/data/stores/store1 is created in JCR on author, it should be pushed on publish instance as well automatically. I guess we can use sling content distribution (forward distribution) to achieve this ? Do I need to write any code to sync these changes from author to publish in real time ?For example this is how I am saving a node on author using a servlet Node rootNode = session.getNode("/content/data/stores");storeNode = rootNode.addNode(storeId, "nt:unstructured");// Set created dateCalendar created = Calendar.getInstance();storeNode.setProperty("jcr:created", created);Now I want to this new store node to be available on publish instance too in real time. Kindly guide regarding this.

Hi Team, Recently we have made a few changes in the filter rules to deny the cross-site content in the current domain. The other filter rules are working fine in PROD but other site content is still accessible on the current domain.Ex: domain 1:  www.abc.com/content path of domain1: /content/abc/us/en/test.html domain 1:  www.xyz.com/content path of domain1: /content/xyz/us/en/test.html if we try to access www.abc.com/content/xyz/us/en/test.html it should not render as an original page it should throw 404 and vice versa. We made changes in the dispatcher at the domain level denying everything and allowing only the content specific to that siteThese changes are working fine in all lower environments but not on PROD.  Please provide your thoughts on this!!

If there are 1,000 recurring campaigns in the same recurring delivery activity using different delivery template versions for the same customers over different periods, how can I get the count of unique customers?

A group in our org has 9 custom user fields on the Project object that are various points of contact for the projects. They also have a custom task status called "Released". The requirement is that, when a task is set to Released, those points of contact are notified. Each POC field may or may not be populated. What we DON'T want to do is create an update for each POC, as that would junk things up. Here's my current scenario. We're creating an "empty" update for each POC (no text), which results in no update actually being created. This works, but the notifications aren't informative (because the update is empty). They need to at least see the Task name and that it was released.I'm inclined to think the solution is to create a single Update with the needed text and then somehow send multiple notifications (after validating the presence of data in each POC field) on that Update. Hello, let's say I have an engagement program with 2 streams (actual program is much more complex). I am using a smart campaign to add leads to the program, via either stream 1 or 2 depending on certain filters.I am using transition rules to manage the flow from stream 1 to stream 2 with a wait step of 11 days as follows:Stream 1Content: EDM1Stream 2Content: EDM2Transition rule: Smart list: EDM 1 is delivered; Member of Engagement Program Stream is not Stream 2Flow: Wait 11 days; Change engagement program stream -> New stream: Stream 2My question is:1) will the flow step in the transition rule above (i.e 'wait 11 days') work?2) will the 'wait' flow step also apply to leads added directly to stream 2 via smart campaign?I have seen people say you should use smart campaigns to pause people's cadence instead of using 'wait' flow steps in transition rules, but why? I am aiming to have as few smart campaigns as possible given the complexity of the program I'm building.

Is it possible to target the audience that has a list of email IDs pushed to the audience manager from Marketo? The audience does reflect in Target but I'm not sure if using that Marketo audience will work at all or not. Or any other alternative solution to get that audience list. 

Hi TeamI have a requirement to accept only content fragments and .json files to be either uploaded or created under /content/dam/<project_name>/subfolder.
