I had made several updates to a Custom Form on 7/22, using the new builder.  Applied/Saved.  On 7/23, I'm demoing those changes to a business partner of mine.  An hour later, I'm demoing those changes again to a few other people.  I was going back and forth in between browsers and the form.  I close the form and open it up again and all of a sudden the old Custom Form builder is there.  And, the changes I had done the day before were gone.  I know this sounds bizarre, but Workfront reverted the form back to an older version.  I'm wondering if it's because of the old builder showing up. I closed out the form and brought it back up and the new builder was there.   Apparently, I was the last one in the form, but how is it possible to roll back?  That's not even an option in the form.  And, is there a place that you can see who made the latest update? One more thing:  If two people are editing a custom form, wo

Hello,Could someone please explain why am I seeing 2 different number here? and explain why?For example, if I create a visualization using this view (yellow) SEO is from Dimension Item "SEO" while the (blue) SEO is from segment screenshots above. We see 2 slightly different number for exampleYellow: 1,312,000Blue: 1,320,000the number difference is minimal, but I would like to understand what the reason for this could be. Thank you! 

In our Hybrid model setup, following the OS upgrade prompted by an EOL issue in the production environment, we have encountered an unexpected malfunction with the SFTP account. This issue has not been observed in the UAT environments. The main distinction in the production environment is the utilization of the latest OS version 8.10. We suspect that a bug is impacting the connection to the SFTP account, which is hosted on a Windows server. Although a similar issue has been previously reported to Adobe, it is uncertain whether the required fix is available in the RPM provided by Adobe for RHEL 8. X version. In the workflow, we are encountering a timeout error after 5 minutes of waiting. Please find the log below. Hello, I've tried updating a profile in a journey and I'm able to use the updated data in a condition in the same journey.However this data cannot be used in other journeys.This updated value can only be seen on the profile and not in the dataset.Is there a way to map this change to the dataset or any other way to use the data in another journey?Thanks in advance! Iswaren

Is there a way to implment the WebSDK XDM without having to create a data element for each node / item of data  on the XDM schema and a rule for every event?  We don't use an event driven DL rather our rules are driven by DIrect Call Rules. The way that Adobe is suggesting we would need 100s of rules and data elements to maintain. Is there a way that I could use custom code to add data directly onto the XDM schema before I use the sendEvent? I would like to use the WebSDK extension as much as possible - but just be able to manipulate the XDM schema directly if possible. PS: I am familiar with the AA via AEP Web SDK extension, but would rather not use a third party extension.

Hello my lovely Community! I'm currently setting up some Custom Activities for the first time (I love an opportunity to learn something new in Marketo!) and one of the fields I need to add on several of the activities is a URL capture. There is no URL field type in the options: Of course, I dived right into the Community to check out what I could use as an alternative and came across this post where @darshil_shah1 notes that a URL field is best for storing information that is ONLY a URL and @sanfordwhiteman noted that a Textarea field would be better for entire URLs because URL fields are limited to 255 characters. However, there's no Textarea field either so my only option appears to be a String field (which also has a limit of 255 characters). I also checked the Custom Field Type Glossary and Field Types where there are a lot more fields defined than there are available for Custom Activity fields - are options intentionally limited here or

The requirement is lets say content author team changes x number of pages in span of 3 days so find those pages , package them and move to target instance. I am curious if anyone has found a simple lightweight software to trigger an event to 5-10K customers with a custom data set.   I have a file provided by a business team with 30-40 data points that I need to include in the email that customer receives.  I need to do this infrequently and the data may change in the future. I know that we can import ad hoc batch events to us for segmentation, however in this instance, in AJO the only way for this data to appear in the body of the email is to send it over as an event. I need a simple option to import the CSV into a data base solution, review data in solution, then trigger the event when I need to.  I would set up my AJO schema' to match the structure of the data of the CSV uploaded.  Have you solved this issue? What did you use?

 I've got some fields in a custom form with display logic and I want to also make them required.  I've selected required, but there's no asterisk when previewing the form and they are not required. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.Tracy

I have got a journey for an airline company. In the journey I check if the user:- has high propensity for an upgrade, - if yes then I would like to send them outbound communication, - however I would like to show them also the personalization on homepage using Target.  How would you make such an workflow. Update user profile (Update profile node) and then use that attribute in streaming segment which is shared with Target?  

I need to add the yellow highlighted tasks into a report.  I have tons of projects using 7 different templates; however, I only want to pull in child tasks that fall under the parent name "Deliverables - All documents go in these respective tasks."  All 7 templates use this parent task, but the child task names change depending upon the project.   I can't figure out how to do this....

I got a request from my team that they were looking to see if we could dynamically pull in the AE from SFDC to populate as the From and the From Email Address for a confirmation email. I don't think that's possible but figured I'd post it here just to make sure.  Thanks for the help all! -Troy 

I am attempting to track clicks on a button that lives inside a modal. The modal does not exist when the page first loads -- it is rendered only after the user takes a certain action.I have successfully added the goal metric using the VEC; I can see the blue highlight around the selected element.However, clicks on this element are not being tracked. When I inspect the element with dev tools, it lacks the class "at-element-click-tracking", which tells me that is not getting wired up properly. (For reference, other elements on that page are tracked just fine.)Should I expect this setup to work? Should I be able to track clicks on dynamic elements? Or is Target limited to tracking elements which are present at the time of page load?I'm running at.js 2.2. The activity is being served through my global mbox.

I've been able to call the information that I need, but I'm having trouble with the DITA content running under the copyright info. How can we add an object to the schema that is enabled for profile and also have a dataset with data in it?

We have a Marketo form on our site that we want to run a report against that would show us all the form fills. The issue that we are facing is that if the same person fills out the form more than once we only get the most recent information. This form will be a request for expedited shipping and might be filled out by the same customer for multiple parts with in a few minutes of each other. Is there a way to capture all the information for every form fill?

Hi Everyone,I've noticed confirmation emails that include Google Calendar information at the top with "Yes" prechecked, so the recipient doesn't have to click on anything to add the meeting to their Google Calendar. Has anyone tried implementing this in Marketo emails? Is there any AEM OOTB solutions to create and send web notifications in AEM sites? I was wondering if there's something similar to ACS Commons System Notifications feature, https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/system-notifications/index.html, to achieve this.
