Hi all, This is about the interactive media component of dynamic media. I am trying to get experience fragment as a pop up upon clicking the image swatches from right panel of the interactive video. Hyperlink option is working fine but when i am providing the reference of experience fragment for the action, it is not showing the pop up.  Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks,Shyama

Hello, I need to remove a tracking code related to Adobe, detected by the https://themarkup.org/blacklight. Sometimes it gives result with 0 trackers, and sometimes it detects 1 by Adobe (see screenshot).I searched for terms like demdex, dpm, adobetm, adobe in the HTML, but I can't find anything.  Maybe https://themarkup.org/blacklight is giving false results? How can I make sure I don't have any Adobe related trackers on the website? Thanks,Damir

Hello Community - I see some issues in uploading the assets in DAM. After uploading the assets, the thimbnail logo, preview and the metadata is blank. If I manuall trigger the DAM update assets workflow, the uploaded image preview is loading fine along with the metadata. The issue is with the triggering the workflow while uploading the assets. I can confirm there is no change happened in the OOTB workflow. I have even checked the permissions of workflow-user. I don't see any errors in the log. Can someone tell me what could be the issue?   @joerghoh

I have access to an AEM Assets/Sites personal sandbox through Adobe Learning Path and I'm curious whether I can do a sandbox environment of Brand Portal.  Is this possible? Hi Team, Could all the data within the public resources, including subfolders and individual files, be exported using a query activity & Export activity? Alternatively, is it achievable through an API call? Your suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.   I'm observing the count, but how can I verify it when dealing with multiple subfolders? Additionally, is it feasible to retrieve the files along with their respective subfolders as column names?Instead of downloading a CSV containing data about these files, I prefer to download all the files themselves.

I used Tree Activation to publish a big directory structure and now I have a around 27000 object in the queue. It is taking a very long time. Where can I see the publication queue to verify it is indeed processing the pages? I checked the publication agent https://author-instance/etc/replication/agents.author/publish.html Agent that replicates to the default publish instance.Agent is disabled. Replicating to http://host:port/bin/receive?sling:authRequestLogin=1Queue is not activeHow come the queue is not active and the status of my sites on the author instance report that they are in the queue for publishing. I have one author instance and two publish instances. 

I'd like to add a column for Entry Time.  Currently, you can add a column for Entry Date, but it does not include time.  Does anyone know if it's possible with text mode, and what that text mode might be? Thank you in advance,Melanie

Hello, I've been tasked with trying to figure out if it's possible to pass a query parameter from a page where AT.js runs (2.x) to a page where it doesn't. For additional context, the query parameter would been to added to a button element on the page where Target runs to an element on the subsequent page without Target. I don't think it's possible given the absence of the lib, but wanted to ask the community before traveling down the rabbit hole. Thanks! Cc: @amelia_waliany

Hi! Looking for some insights and knowledge on multiple websites & Munchkin Tracking. I have only ever worked with multiple brands/products being in their own instance or Partition of Marketo. I recently joined a company that is undergoing some major migrations. First, migrated to Marketo. Secondly, about to bring in 5 other brands into that same marketo instance. Currently the set up is really aimed toward only one brand. It appears that the plan is to just bring in the new brands and differentiate them based on the naming convention (I don't approve of this way of working).  Would this even work in terms of munchkin tracking? Can you use the same munchkin code across multiple sites? (These are not multi language sites, they are entirely different companies that the main company owns).  I know we need to get different CNames set up for each brand but i'm concerned about the tracking to so many sites. I have read through some different scenarios here on Marketo

Hi all!  I'm making some updates to our lead scoring model and was hoping to simply a flowstep. We use a Lead Ranking system that is a combination of of Behavior Score and Demographic score.  We then combine those two scores and map that to the "Person Score" field.  I was updating the workflow as shown below so that when a person becomes disqualified for some reasons(Not ready for sales)  we reduce the behavior and person scores by -50 points.  BUT if the lead is NEVER going to be a good lead(bad data, bad lead, etc) I want to reduce their behavior score to ZERO but keep their demographic score.  (we will deal with these leads outside of this process).  Where I am running in a challenge is that the "Change Score" flowstep can't seem to equal a token mapped to the lead object (ie the Demographic score in this case) as I get a  "No change for score value supplied in campaign" in the logs.     The o

Hi - migrating from HubSpot to Marketo, and we have a number of HubSpot forms embedded on Wordpress pages that we want to replace with Marketo forms. Was hoping to be able to simply swap in the Marketo form embed code in Wordpress. When I do this, the Marketo form initially appears and seems to accept submissions while I am logged in to WP, but when I switch browsers or log out of WP, the Marketo form does not appear on the page. I am creating a project report listing current projects.  I am having trouble creating a query which lists the weighted ranking based of the data displayed in the 'Priority' and 'Benefit & Effort Score' columns.The Priority allowed values are High, Medium, and Low.
