Hello, I'm trying to create a new editable template.I have already created one template from scratch and am planning to create another using this template.When I copied and created this, this template had a 1 added to the end of the existing name.My question is, how can I safely change the name of this copied template to the name I want? Regards, 

I have created a report to pull historical data on custom fields that their format is Rich text. I was advised that: "What happens normally when you set those fields to be tracked is that it will post the updates in the update stream and it can reference the text of the field at that time to be able to display it in the report. Rich Text is one of the only exceptions to this. Normally you can use the "Old Text Value" and "New Text Value" fields like you have, but Rich Text is stored in an HTML format in order to maintain the formatting that is being used.Because of this, though the update stream can show that updates were made, the journal entry report doesn't have a native field in it that can pull and display that HTML text. It's a rare scenario, I think this only the second time I've seen this in the last 2 years or so.In this case the only way you would be able to go about tracking changes in a report like this would be if you were to create a new field, probably a paragraph t

Hello, I am wondering if there is a setting in the SFTP source connector to enable only net new records to be ingested. Im noticing that every time the data flows runs, it ingests the old records as well as any new records, which will inevitably lead to millions of records to be ingested over the long run. Is this a setting in RTCDP or the source (SFMC).

Hello, We are using the AA source connector to import data from AA into AEP and Profile. One of the eVars is our CRM ID and it is labeled it as a primary identity in the Adobe Analytics experienceEvent template schema. However, streaming data coming from the AA connector also sends an identity map with the ECID labeled as primary identity. What happens in this case? Is the Profile built using the ECID or the CRM ID as a primary ID? We would like the schema to use the CRM ID as a primary ID. Thanks.

To refer to a specific location on the mirror page with an anchor in an email's HTML, I attempted to use the following codes: <a href="<%@ include fragment='MirrorPageUrl' %>#vraag2a <a href="<%@ include view='MirrorPageUrl' %>#vraag2a <a href="<%@ include view='MirrorPage' %>#vraag2a  However, this did not work due to the '<%@ include view='MirrorPage' %> portion. It does work with a normal URL. Does anyone have a solution to fix this issue in HTML?

Hello,I have seen quite a few conversations and options regarding the selection of date tokens but I would be interested to have input on what to select or create for the selection of a specific day of the month. Hello Members, We are trying to extend Core Experience fragment to meet our client needs where each page can have its own header and footer.The approach we are trying now is to unlock the experience fragment in the structure so that the author can configure per page which works fine. However, on top of this we need same Experience fragment header to be set for all the child pages below . Hi, I have one query in multifield component? We have carousel component with multifield functionality inside multifield i have authored multiple videos like a --> video1, b--> video2, c--> video3 okay we have option where we can move the authored a,b,c like if i want to show b in top i can move to top inside the multifield. this function is provided by adobe. our requirement is that give a checkbox inside the multifield and based on checkbox in the dialog that values should be in top inside the multifield.  does any have done this before. if yes can you please help.

Recently I encountered a project with a complex model package structure and looked into how best to support this. Hi all, Can anyone please help me with the query for the number of SMS and Direct Mail messages sent for a month?

We have SAML authentication which also provide us user related groups which we save in AEM and maintain a session.On the basis of these groups we give page access.As we maintain a session if we add/update/delete groups in user's account the changes do not reflect until the session expires and user's logs in again.Is there any way to make this real time or we do we have any OOTB workflow using which we can forcefully logout users.Or any other recommended way ?

When opening our AEM Essentials DAM last week, the search landing page had a new search option beside the standard ‘Search’ and ‘Browse Assets’: ‘Contextual Search’. We did nothing to enable this feature. I build a report and dashboard that displays the project URL field in the view and I want to show the data in the URL field as specific text instead of the URL text. Our company add the link to the Product brief for the specific project in the Project 'URL' field but when we pull this field into dashboard it takes up quite a bit of space because of the length of the URL. I would like to relabel the hyperlink URL to state 'Product Brief Link' so it minimizes the height of each row on the dashboard. Is this possible?

I have a promotion banner that we want to inject into the page. We have created an experience fragment of that and I am doing it via the option: Insert After -> Experience Fragment    I have checked the CSS and it has no padding at all. Our CSS is managed dynamically not manually. The Experience I'm Target Activity QA link is loading the banner twice or sometimes there is a space and then at the end banner is coming. On page inspection I have noticed the banner's container is getting added twice. Any idea why this is happening?

Hi,  We are working on migration project from lower version to AEMaaCS, in which there are designs under /etc/designs, along with designs there are robots.txt, sitemap and few others are there in /etc/designs folder and there is tight coupling of backend logic, so we are thinking to leave them in /etc/designs itself, will it have any effect on functionality?

I want to create an audience in AEP based on this criteria:For an specific journey id, who opens the email.I am also okay if I can created audiences with emails open based on email message id. But I could not find it. I can only see feedback status sent, delivered, bounced like these. Could anyone help me here?

HI Community! We have been working on a list-unsubscribe hybrid solution supporting both one-click as well as mailto: options.  While testing this however, I am experiencing that the unsubscribe link is not consistently appearing in the emails, but only sometimes. I am really puzzled about why this is and also a bit concerned with implementing the headers, since I am not 100% confident with my test results since it does not always work. This behaviour is observed in both apple mail app, as well as gmail app + web.  I can confirm that both the mailto: as well as the http post request are indeed working, just not always showing. Any clue why this may be the case? Thanks a bunch!
