Dear Team, I require assistance in creating an operator with restricted access to client console functionalities, and access only to the API and Web. Upon attempting to create the operator, a prompt directs me to the Admin Console with the message: "User creation has moved to admin Console."Could you please guide me through the process of configuring access solely for API and web functionalities, while excluding access to the client console within the Admin Console?I have attached a snapshot for your reference. Hello community. I am new to velocity scripting and working on printing split values from a multi-value field into a table. I have a few different approaches to the script but have been unable to get the results we are seeking. I'm having differing results when running a query via the query builder and via a component building the same query, mainly on the order of the results. Setting orderby.sort = desc in the query builder gives me exactly as I would expect, in this case ordering results by publication date starting with the most recent. However, when I add the exact same predicate to a query inside a component, the xpath that gets generated is missing the "descending" at the end and thus the results are order in ascending order. The snippet that adds the orderby.sort predicate:  .set( "orderby.sort", request.getResource().getValueMap().get( "sortOrder", String.class ) );  The component in question is based largely on the Core List v4, so the possible values of the sortOrder property are "asc" and "desc", which should line up with possible values for the same predicate in the query builder. The xpath that results from the query builder is   /jcr:root/content/[si

Hi Team, We are running a cluster over AWS where we are configuring the 6.5.0 base image in form of Docker package to run over Kubernetes cluster.  Now we are looking for options to upgrade latest AEM version, 6.5.19, while we are exploring all documentations we are advised to install the updater package from CRX console in base AEM - 6.5, would like to get confirmation if there is any possibility for us to get the installer pack of 6.5.19 directly or it does work in separate packages alone like installing 6.5.0 first then followed by latest services (updater) package. Also if there is any blogs or documentation to fere docker form of installing resources, Please do share accordingly

I am trying to open the PDFs in browser instead of downloading the PDF.So far I have configured the ContentDispositionFilter with the below properties and it works perfectly fine.{ "sling.content.disposition.paths": "/content/*:application/pdf", "sling.content.disposition.all.paths": "false"}When I check the same functionality on AEM as Cloud I see the below additional headers are added and the PDF is downloaded.content-disposition:attachment; filename="Z571_MPS130_01eA.pdf"; filename*=UTF-8''Z571_MPS130_01eA.pdf Can anyone point out what am I missing here and where these additional headers are getting added? Thanks!

I have a temporary schema that has a bunch of normal attributes and a memo element. When I use xtk.session.Write with an XML object, the attributes update fine, but the memo element (IrMessage) is blank. I need to use Adobe API more than 500 times as my clients grow. The documentation says it's max 500 and can't be increased.It even does say what kind of time frame and it's really weird that they don't have option although I'd like to pay for more AP calls. Can you guide me about that please?

We're having an issue where our sub prod instances are able to connect to our analytics environments with no issues, but as soon as the code is moved to production, the production instance does not connect to our analytics prod environment. I would like to get an idea on what can be preventing this on the analytic side, it does appear like our prod instance has been connected to analytics outside of our code, this may be preventing the needed analytics connection to happen but we are unsure if this is expected behavior. Any ideas on why our prod instance can't connect to the analytics environment would be great help. 

Hello, Is it possible to configure AEMasaCS project to write logs directly to external ElasticSearch to monitor logs in Kibana?I know that we can download/tail logs via aio and then use beats to submit data to ES, but I was told to investigate if there is a way to send data directly. I've checked ACS Commons and saw a SyslogAppender feature that is not compatible with AEMasaCS, and I believe the entire ch.qos.logback package is marked as Deprecated with a "This internal logback API is not supported by AEM as a Cloud Service." message. So, I'm wondering if this is even a valid approach. Also, I'm not sure how much performance overhead it will cost us to send logs via network.

Can the system provide a “recently downloaded” section for all user types so the end user can easily reference what they recently downloaded? Are System Administrators and Power Users able to review and reference recent downloads for individual users, as well as review which users downloaded which asset? 

I'd love to establish an easy visual for our end users to know which brands specific assets can be used for. Some assets can be used for all brands and other only specific ones. We don't have teams dedicated specifically to those specific brands so governance of this becomes challenging. If we could incorporate a visual into the image preview showing the end user which brands can use the specific assets that would be exceptionally helpful. And if we could tie that specific graphic to a custom field that would be even better. For example if we tag the field called "Brand" with "Brand A" then the Brand A logo appears in the space shown. See attached screenshot of what I'd love to be able to accomplish. You'll notice the small brand icons towards the bottom of the image preview card. If it can't be done with custom icons it would even be helpful if we could add color specific icons like many other DAMs have. Does anyone know of a way to establish anything remotely similar to this in AEM?

Hi Team, I am trying to write a JCR SQL2 query in AEM 6.5 to get the list of all pages of template /conf/migration/settings/wcm/templates/taxonomy-template which is having more than 1000+ nodes under it.The scenario i have multiple pages under /content/project.There are few pages which belongs to /conf/migration/settings/wcm/templates/taxonomy-template  Example: /content/project/page1 And it has multifeild components called as taxonomy which stores the multiple values in different nodes And the structure is like /content/project/us/en/about-us/jcr:content/root/container/taxonomy/codesection. And inside this we have long list of node.  Now I want to fetch the list of all pages under path /content/project with template type /conf/migration/settings/wcm/templates/taxonomy-template and the nodes will be more than 1000+ under componet */jcr:content/root/container/taxonomy/codesection/I am trying to do in a way like:SELECT * FROM [nt:base] AS page WHERE ISDESCEN

Hi all, Can't seem to get this calculated field to display correctly, I need to replace the {submittedByID} with the name of user submitting the request. As {submittedByName} doesn't appear to be a native field. REPLACE({submittedByID}, {submittedByID}, {name}) Feels as if I'm missing something really obvious here!Andy

Hello, I'm having problems with the SMS integration because i'm using the same external account in two different instances (Message center and Mid-sourcing). I would like to know: To solve this, do I only need to change internal name of the Message Center external account, keeping all the information the same? Or should I create a new one with different parameters?  Do you have any documentation about this? Hi Team, I need an Architectural help to convert the multifield dialog of existing components with existing data in more optimize and efficent way. recently I asked a question [Click here] where in my multifield there was around 3000~ nodes under the multifield which is not a good practise to put more than 1000 child nodes, but since it was the part of migration we migrated the fields under multifield and hence in some pages we got around 2500~ child nodes under multifield.  And while opening the dialog the UI breaks, and hence do not allow author to edit the component. There was a solution I got is to increase the Number of Calls per Request from ConfigMgr under Apache Sling Main Servlet on requirement. But change in configuration is not allowed after certain point.So, I need help with some suggestion to change or redesign the component with the existing values. Thanks @kautuk_sahni  @arunpatidar  @lukasz-m  @esteba

Hi,We have configured the Default Template in the OSGI Configuration (com.adobe.fmdita.config.ConfigManage) to display the default Design template as configured.  This helps to display the default template while creating the New Output Preset in the Open map dashboard editor view.But this is not working when we create a Output preset in Advanced map editor view.Please suggest.
