Hi, I'm new to writing queries and I'm having trouble with a particular use case. Our DAM has a section organized in projects. Each project follows this same path: /content/dam/marketing-assets/<Region Name>/<Year>/<Project Name>/source-files/<File> I want to run a query that identifies all files that are in folders with the name "source-files". I've experimented with the "path" predicate and wildcards ( * ) with no luck. Any advice on how to do this? I'm open to alternatives that would get the same results. Thank you,Morgan

Hi I am having an issue where I have two issue reports which are virtually identical. One of which, a user can bulk edit issues in the report and in the other they can't. They don't have the pencil symbol in one while they do in the other see screenshot. It also extend to two users with identical access to the system where one user has the issue above but the second user can't bulk edit either report. Wondered if anyone had any ideas?

Hi,  I'm creating an XT experiment for a dev website using mbox. Dear AEM Community,I have migrated the operating system to RHEL9 with Java 11. Author, Publisher and Dispatcher are running on the same machine.Since then I have not been able to run the flush agent successfully. Hi Team, I understand AEM6.5 Installation required Java 11 ,Is it Means Java 11 (11,11.0.1 to 11.0.20) &  above ok to install AEM65 or Any particular Java 11 version onwards must have . Currently java/JDK 17 version ,Is ok to proceed with AEM6.5 Installation at Linux Server because same server using other java application which required java 17 version. RegardsVara 

Hi team,  We have used Salesforce in the past to create links for assets that could be used across multiple platforms, via email, etc. I know that there is a Share Link button in Brand Portal that allows users to share assets, but it has an expiration date and time automatically aligned to it. Is there a way to generate an asset link that can be used on other platforms without having an expiration attached? Best,E

On our pubic site https://www.ease.com/ when a user clicks on BOOK YOUR DEMO the marketo form pops up and sometimes everything looks and works as expected - other times the form repeats itself and when users fill it out and click submit nothing happens.  I've been able to duplicate this where in chrome everything works fine and in edge the form duplicates.

Hi,  I have a bit of an urgent ask.  Is there a way to create a mapping between a code we ingest in AEP and it's value which we won't be ingesting. As an example if we have the code [1 - 10000] ingested in AEP, is there an easy way to assign values to these codes such as 1 -> A and 2 -> B. We would also like to use these values in AJO?

When setting up a destination to export a dataset to Data Landing Zone as a JSON file, it appears that there is no longer a 'None' option in the compression dropdown (see attached screenshot). In the past we have been able to export datasets as un-compressed JSON. Is there no longer a way to do this? Is there a way to change this setting via the API after creation of the destination? Thank you for taking a look. -Michael

Why does Workfront Report shows no value when there is data in the field? Campaign and Portfolio field are the standard field in Workfront and not a custom field. Screenshot shows the values in the Tactic/Project. I've tried mutiple fields but all of them came up blank. What am I doing wrong? 

I am using resourcechange listener to identify the changes in multiple paths. Once the listener identify change from the given path I am triggering an e-mail. Till here it is fine. Resource change listener paths: I have configured locale paths in config manager like ex: /content/en_usd/testpage./Content/en_de/testpage.In my case resource change listener should only trigger in locale pages so I have given locale paths I am facing an issue in this scenario:When I rollout change s from language master en page to locale pages en_usd and en_de pages at once. Resource change listiner is considering it as 2 event s and triggering an email twice,each mail for each locale.I want to trigger a single email for changes in both locales page when rolling out from language master page at once. Can someone please help me here? How to achieve this           

Hi Team,I've got a performance problem to tackle in AEM as a Cloud Service based project.Our setup consists of an headless SPA -  a next js web application and a mobile app rely on page model APIs and content fragment APIs (Jackson JSON exporter) to render content. Some of these json payloads can go upto 9mb's and this causes noticeable slow page load times. Can you suggest options to compress the json responses ?I've looked at adding a sling filter as described here but it doesn't seem to be affecting anything.Where can I add custom code to compress the response before it goes to the client ? Thanks.

Hello!  How to add Adobe Launch script for DAM?Example, Adobe Launch script: "//assets.adobedtm.com/launch-ABC123.min.js" AEM DAM path: https://www.test.com/content/dam/report.pdf  The Adobe Launch script can be added on HTML pages easily using the basepage template, but the DAM does not have any template, how to add scripts to the DAM? Is there any service available in OSGi or can anything be custom developed?  Thanks

Hello,    I'm trying to programmatically fill existing signed xfa forms with information from a database. I'm using a library called pdfbox. It works great, except that the <form> tag of the xfa form needs a checksum if modified. I cannot find how to calculate that checksum anywhere. Does Adobe have any product that would let me programmatically fill an xfa form, and modify the contents of the <form> tag? Thanks,     Martín.

In my current project which is  in AEMasCS , we have a requirement to create simple form with few fields.Can I achieve this with out AEM Forms as a Cloud Service.  Just by using custom ( or core components) text fields and textarea?What will be the possible challenges ?Thanks in Advance ,TJ

The endpoint guides indicate you can use the "definition" expansion in a projects request, but no definition is showing in the response when I try e.g. https://analytics.adobe.io/api/{GLOBAL_COMPANY_ID}/projects?includeType=all&expansion=definition I can retrieve definitions just fine when looking at individual project ids, but not when requesting all projects even though the documentation seems to indicate I should be able to.  Any thoughts on this one?

Hi all, I have an adaptive form, where users upload and save some documents.   On Retrieve of the application, the documents are visible and users are able to download and open the document. I would like to see, if it is possible to display the previously uploaded document inside a pdf viewer as opposed to downloading it for the user. Is this possible? how to achieve this? and what are the implications of such a functionality? Using AEM 6.5 Adaptive form. Best Regards,

Apparently there is some documentation somewhere that details how to self-host Launch production releases in a way that can be done separately from website code releases. I spoke with an Adobe employee at the Adobe area in the Pavillion at Summit a few weeks back.  He said there is documentation on how to do it and that he would send me the documentation.  He mentioned coding a webhook.  I am still waiting.  It is likely he lost my contact info and I was not smart enough to take a picture of his badge so I could reach out. Anybody had an idea on where documentation like this exists?  

Not sure if this is expected behaviour or not, but looking for suggestions -  I have two task statuses that equate to "New", they are 'Not Ready' and 'New'. I have set 'Not Ready' to be the default task status for new tasks on my projects, and project settings to 'Automatically update' for the parent tasks, however when I change child tasks to 'New' it doesn't automatically update the Parent task to show New.  I'm assuming this is because both statuses equate to New, so the system doesn't recognise a change of status? I'm using the two statuses to differentiate between tasks ready for my resourcing team to schedule, vs those that are not ready to be assigned to a specific team member yet, and can't have this action at a project level as our business can't schedule too far in advance for complex projects. Does anyone have any alternative suggestions that would work? It's not a huge issue with the Parent Tasks staying as 'Not Ready', but isn't a true re

Happy Halloween Community friends!   I am trying to set up WebEx Webinars in our Marketo instance ahead of an impending event and am struggling REAL hard to do so. I see there is WebEx Webinars and WebEx in the LaunchPoint options - I'm using the former as that is the tool we are using.   However, when I get to the integration details screen and click on Log Into WebEx Webinars, I am taken to the WebEx page where I enter the person's information who has admin rights and get this error: This person is set up as a full admin on WebEx WEBINARs, and that log in page looks like: The Marketo documentation to Add WebEx as a LaunchPoint Service also shows that WebEx log in page so I'm assuming it's something I'm doing wrong - does this person need to be an admin in regular WebEx AND Webinars? FYI, logging in using these credentials for the WebEx LaunchPoint service gives me an error because it won't accept any of the sites that I add in (the settings are slightly different).  

Hi All, The Marketo instance I inherited is experiencing syncing issues from Microsoft Dynamics with our email campaigns. The campaign is syncing properly but the audience is not. Our previous workflow was to input the audience GUID and then that audience would auto-populate immediately. It is no longer populating at all. I have a sneaking suspicion that this is because our sync options are reflecting this: Enable Microsoft Dynamics Campaign Sync: falseI'm only about 8 weeks into my Marketo training and I still feel too new to be able to troubleshoot this alone. Support hasn't been as responsive as I would hope. Any info would be appreciated!
