We have a use case where we need to schedule a recurring delivery. In the schedule settings of a recurring delivery there is an option to specify the 'Contact Date Calculation'. How do i specify the schedule using the same. please help!!!

Hi Team, The project I'm working on, there have been lots of discussions to move the AEM 6.5 datastore into a S3 bucket but not for the typical AWS S3, they want to migrate it on Cloudian. Since there is not an oficial connector from AEM to Cloudian. I'd like to hear from your experience guys if someone has done such migrations using a different technology that's not fully documented from the oficial Adobe documentation. I mean, my team had contacted adobe support to check the viability to do such integration and their response was to check Cloudian APIs to understand more about how compatible and stable this integration might perform as well as to know the potencial risk associated with custom integrations.  upper-management refuses to follow the best practices that Adobe offers and wanna try to transform the imposible into posible (which might be fine at certain point). I have created a custom experience fragment template type and using that template type have created an experience fragment template also. Both of this template refers to a node which has a dialog to add the certain JS & CSS in the XF. This node has a property- checked whose value is true by default but despite of that, files are not loading. When i go to the page properties and simply do the save & close, it gets loaded. When checked in the crx/de, i found that in the master.html node, the property is not getting generated itself. The requirement is to load the property by default when the property is checked without manually saving it. I need the solution for the same without using the sling model.

Hi team,  We are currently testing the capabilities of AEM Assets and we have been able to find videos that walk us through how to upload new versions of assets in AEM Assets. We have been unable to find any that help us fully understand how the naming convention of the new asset needs to be the same as the existing asset in AEM Assets to be added as a new version. I've recently uploaded a new asset with the same name as the existing asset into AEM Assets and it uploaded as a new separate asset in the system. Is there a reason why this would happen? Would metadata have anything to do with it? Has anyone else had this experience or know of any documentation that covers the naming convention and versioning relationship in depth?  Best,E

AEM as a cloud service 6.5I'm looking at directions to disable asset download based on user groups permissions.There are two download buttons in the assets console- one in the top rail when you select an asset- another as an icon on the asset card I can think of overlaying the node to define custom behaviour1) Can you please point me to the node which needs to be overlayed ?2) How do we toggle this behaviour for different user groups. I'd like to set just one group to have download restriction and the rest of the groups can download. Any sample code, references will be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance

Hello!  I'm looking for text mode for a column on a project report that will count how many times there is a parent task that contains the word "Round." In our templates we have rounds of revisions that have numbered parent tasks (Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, etc).  So for example if a project's task list has 3 parent tasks that have the word "Round" in it (such as Round 1, Round 2, Round 3), I want a column on a report that returns the number 3, to show a count of those. Any help is greatly appreciated - thanks!

Hello all,I have a requirement to upload assets on AEMaaCS publish instance via dispatcher and cdn url ,that can be images pdf of certain sizes on publisher via a form (not AEM form) exposed to the public. This then syncs the data keyed in to a 3rd party data store , this also includes persisting of the uploaded files to the 3rd party data store.questions I have are while I can implement a simple form post exposed to public, without saving data into AEM 1. is there a best practice to implement the upload files functionality on published url with and without scanning? Does it need to be restricted in terms of file size . 2. Does it need to be stored in a temp location or can I post it to a third party data store directly . 3. Any other gotchas

Hello fellow community!   I have been looking at a lot of resources lately around forms 2.0 as we have a few use cases where we'll want to assign certain hidden field values at time of submission such as the referrer, current URL, and conversion date. I haven't been able to find a resource to explain how to add the code in a Marketo LP. Hello Community,I was hoping to see if anyone has some ideas on how we can make this work on our Marketo Forms.We have for example: Product Interest Picklist (checkboxes) with several values and are trying to find ways that if our team is marketing just one of those products on the page, can we have that specific value pre-populated on the form making it visible for when people visit the LP. This is a global form being used by multiple LPs so its not a 1:1 form to landing page. If we need to change from checkboxes to dropdown that is also an option. Or is there a way to pass hidden values for product interest during time of form submission? Whether by hidden value, tokens, or URL parameters? As this is a global form and we want to ensure that the information of the product interest is passed correctly based on the topic of the LP (since someone could potentially select another product interest value). Any help on this is appreciated.

Hi, i made a query to get the total unique visitor and visits for a single day, when i compare my query result to the result on adobe dashboard i see that i am a couple unique visitors off. for example my query would get 345,369 unique visitors but on adobe dashboard i would get 345,375. Hi, I'd like to create a Journey which start with an Unitary Event and after the trigger, add some waits which will take different actions, something like this   The thing is everytime I click on "+" in the event activity, the "Only events can be set in paralel" alert shows, and it's weird as I want to add another path to an event, even the warning is saying that for events is possible Not sure why but there're some cases I can add more paths to the first eventBut in those cases I only can add another event and not the wait activity as desired I already tested this and not working, trigger is working only for first inital event and keeps there, the person does not move from inital event... So, how can I achieve my goal? Thanks

Is there some configuration setting that might cause the right click menu to not work properly? For example no menu appears when I right click on a metric or a dimension in a freeform table and I am trying to understand what could be the cause. The menu appears when I right click on other elements on the workspace environment (such as the panels, the visualisations or the components at the left sidebar.

I've created a task report that uses a $$USER.ID filter to only show the user which tasks they are assigned.  However, I'm running into a bit of a hurdle when I'm trying to display their role on the tasks.  It doesn't always show the correct role. Hi Team, We are following MSM structure for our global sites & while using OOTB tease inherit feature in image option we are facing this scenario. We only rollout the selective pages to other country sites based on BU requirement, so all the subpages will not be available in country sites, due to this the inherit image option will fail in country sites, since it cant find the respective page authored in link field on teaser component in the respective country site. The image will not load & we have to manually author the images in country site pages. So when it comes to multiple sites the manual effort is increasing.We would like to understand, is there any idle way to manage this scenario, either via customising OOTB teaser component, or custom rollout configs or any other suggestions?  Thank you.
