During Adobe Summit this year, a couple of presenters that produce high-volume webpages in their AEM  websites referenced creating "lo-fi components." I listened back to a presentation where I know this was discussed and they talked about using AEM sling models, or as they called it, Markdown for AEM components. Does anyone else use these and do you have positive experiences using the models? We don't think we have access to build these in our version of AEM. 

Hi,If a Smart List is used to add recipients to an Engagement Program stream, is the recipients criteria reevaluated at each step of the stream i.e. can someone drop off the stream because they no longer pass the Smart List criteria?  I think I have read that Subscription status is reviewed at each step, but I wasn't clear if all of the Smart List criteria is.Assuming that the Smart List criteria is applied at each step, is it best practice to populate a static list and use that to add recipients to the stream? Thanks in advance. 

Is there a way to edit allocations beyond the 3 months in Workload balancer. We have a couple of projects on the go with tasks exceeding 3 months in duration and need to edit the allocation accordingly (the default even split is not working out for workloads and projections) any suggestions?

Hi, We have a project working with Uberjar 13 and we want to go to 20. What is holding us back is that on every newer uberjars up to 20 I get an Error when trying to instantiate Tika. Create a unit test and just put this in it  Tika tika = new Tika(); // throws java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/tika/metadata/filter/MetadataFilter Looking at javadocs and the decompiled class there should be this package https://javadoc.io/doc/org.apache.tika/tika-core/latest/org/apache/tika/metadata/filter/package-summary.html This screenshot shows it is missing from the uberjar itself Adding tika as a test dependency solves the problem <dependency> <groupId>org.apache.tika</groupId> <artifactId>tika-core</artifactId> <version>1.26</version> <scope>test</scope> </dependency> We would prefer not having to do that as it becomes a manual maintenance step as new uberjars come out

I created a dynamic subform which flows and repeat subform for each data item. I also put a summary next to it.One page can only contains 30 rows of the subform,and if row number is bigger than 19 the summary will flow to the second page.My question is , I want to put empty rows into this subform. For example if 20 rows come in, I need to put 10 empty rows into the first page and put 19 empty rows into the second page.Is there any functions in livecycle desginer could realize it without script?If there is no way,how to make it through script? 

It seems that for a week or so now, there are odd transparency issues in Adobe Analytics.  Just wondering if I'm the only one experiencing this before I create a bug ticket.   You can see when you right click on any table, the resulting dropdown is transparent.  In some cases, this is really hard to see when overlapping with something else beneath it.   Might just be with dark mode?    This is not consistently happening and seems to only occur when starting a new report in Workspace.    

  Is there any insight as to the cause of this error that popped up when saving an email draft in Adobe Marketo Engage? "Unable to create draft version. The email name exceeds the maximum character limit. Please shorten the name and try again." The email name was relatively short, and no longer any eixsting. The error simply resolved itself after trying to save again.  There does not appear to be any documentation regarding this error. Thanks!

New to v4.3.1.390:  Within the XML Editor, the editor no longer appears to be restricting element selection based on the cursor position. For example, my cursor was in the middle of a <plentry> element and should have only allowed me to insert a <pd> element in that specific position. Instead, most of the element list was available. Is this a configuration setting to turn back on? HelloWe have a situation where one of our user deleted a Folder with few workflows inside. We restored DB backup and can found the same in DB - folders and Workflows. We assumed the deleted folder & it's contents would be visible after restoring them to DB But the folder is not visible in Adobe Campaign console. (we are in v7). Any additional steps needed for the folder and contents visible in  Adobe Campaign console? BR, Hari Krishna D

We are switching from Box to SharePoint within the next few weeks and have over 50,000 documents linked from Box. Most are proofs with comments and decisions that we cannot lose for compliance and legal reasons. I've been told by support that once Box is sunset, we are going to lose our linked files in Workfront and they recommend relinking them all to SharePoint which does not seem feasible for 50k documents. Has anyone else switched Cloud Providers or had to deal with something similar? Looking for any help or recommendations! 

On average we usually launch 5 to 6 Target activities per week and 25+ a month. we have set up alerts on a campaign basis but it ends up in lot of alerts and difficult to monitor the anomalies in the Target activity impressions, if there is any spike or some activity was disabled accidentally we need to identify them asap.  

Hi , Currently , we are in process of migrationg all our App measurement implementation to AEP WEB SDK . I belive with WEB SDK , we are allowed to stream data to to both Adobe Analytics and AEP Data lake . My questions is , can we use the same schema for AA and AEP data lake data stream ?  For Example : As of now , there is no requirement for real time data  and business just want the data in AA and down the road if there is  any requirement to have real time data ( AEP Data lake for RTCDP purpose) . Let there be a case that, there are 10 orders today. Each order contains 2 products (A+B). Now I want to count how many products are sold today, how can I get the result?Obviously the expected answer will be 20. But if I use the metric 'Order (Purchase Event)', it returns 10. And if I use the function 'Approximate Count Distinct (dimension)', it returns the count of a strange product bundle, which contains products not sold today(C) and changes among dates (ABCDE yesterday & ABCFG today).Can someone tell me the right way, thanks.

Am trying to find out what campaign source codes drove traffic 4 weeks prior to getting to the site with a particular campaign source. Can you check the screenshot and help to improve? 

I used to have a formula for a project collection report where the column would be tasks that can start within that project but I can no longer find it. Anyone have any ideas? Additionally, would love if anyone has any ideas on how we could pull most recently completed and upcoming milestone(s) within the project? The milestone object reporting is too limited and I'd love to see this in a collections report somehow.

Hey all! Running into an issue I'm wondering if anyone else has faced before. We're working on a new integration that we need to export 2 years of historical transaction data to support. The first year was super easy, we have it in a profile enabled dataset, so we were able to export that to our S3 Integration directly. The second year, has been removed off of profile via TTL but still lives within the datalake. I wrote a query to pull the data and added it to a new historical dataset, but when attempting to export to our S3 Connection, no records are being successfully activated. I noticed in the documentation, that there is a guard rail in place to only allow data with a timestamp of less than 365 days to be activated. Has anyone else run into this issue before, and how to you get around it?

Hello, I am trying to use the SFTP Destination Connector in RTCDP and running into an authentication error. The destination is SFMC and I have created a SSH key and added it to my FTP account in SFMC following the documentation listed below. Ive also followed the Adobe documentation on troubleshooting such errors but I am still getting an authentication error when trying to connect to the destination. Any tips on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!
