Hi Good Day, I have created a segment with four specific activity from target in adobe analytics workspace , but when we do a  breakdown with activity , we are getting a lot more activity instead of this four , Eventually the segment holds only four activity in the segment build , but while breaking down why we are seeing many more adding up in the workspace, can anyone give me a answer on this please.

Hi Team,I have configured the event serialization like this using Adobe Launch :       But in the beacon I do see the event trigerring but not the ID that I had configured above in Lauch rule :     I can see the data element cartID (which I have used to configure the eventId)is returning the value in the console but could not see the value in beacon :     Shall I expect to see the eventId in the beacon ?   Any help on this would be really helpful.  

What is the best way for me to embed Sling Dynamic Include bundle.jar into my AEM project? Hi All, I'm seeking your suggestions for migrating from AEM as a Cloud Service with Webpack and React to AEM as a Cloud Service with Vite and React.Has anyone attempted this migration? Hello My struggle is that I have an array from querying Workfront's "Read a Record" module. As shown in the screenshot, the output contains a tasks array (1-9):  What I wanted to do is: If the task name of an item (in the array) equals "ABC", do this;Otherwise, do that How best to do this kind of filtering condition to an array in Fusion? Please could someone shed some lights on this? Thanks!

Hi,I am facing below 2 issues while working with community components mainly Questions and Blogs.1. I am trying to add an entry to community questions component. Question entered displays fine but getting below log error. 2. Also email that I receive is not specific to domain but always "localhost:4503" which I assume is picking from externalizer. Where can I find the a count of the records imported for a classification file in the new classification job sets manager.  We've recently had an issue fixed with the automated importing of classification files and have been told that the new UI allows us to see  records imported for each job . Apologies if this is obvious but I cant see a records count,. The columns I see in the classifications jobs manager are Filename, classification set, size, status, job type, source, file download, completion time but no records count. Ive tried clicking around to see if I can see a count but to no avail.

Hi, As per my client request, they want me to create a Widget (Custom Component) that get real time APIs from the Client database. After we have gotten that API data, I want to use Workflow and Flush Agent to clear cache of that Widget (Custom Component) so that the Widget displays the latest data from the API. I want the Workflow and Flush Agent to run at 2:00PM, 2:03PM and 2:05PM everyday.  I was wondering how I could go about doing that. If anyone has any tutorials and resources about how to feasibly complete the requirements mentioned above would be greatly appreciated.Thank youSching

I have a client working in the FMCG industry.Each year they have several >50 project of new packages or package reviews.The projects are identical and pass through the same process and same teams, people.The projects has a few macrophases (6) each whith sub tasks.The macrophases have allocated times of few weeks or months, during this allocated time all identical task for each 50 project must be completed.The duration of the subtask is much shorter, and the effort is even shorter (some are hours)There is no real "formal" project management, and the project managment literacy across the company is low.I need a clever way to:- represent to project owner how all tasks in the macrophase are proceiding - give the assignee that will receive 50 identical tasks for different projects, the ability to schedule them in the allocated time, moving them around with a clear undrstandin of the mandatory deadline of each task.(consider that a typical assignee will recieve 4-5 task for each proj

Hi everyone,We're looking to clean up our Product Profiles by removing inactive users. This includes:Users who haven't interacted with the product. E.g. - for more than 6 months (considered inactive).Users with inactive email addresses (likely due to them leaving the organization).Ideally, we'd like to automate this process. Hi,  I would like to know what is the difference in latency / delay between Audience Qualification / creating event in AJO while creating journeys?I would like to compare streaming / edge segments to events created in AJO. What different use-cases use for that two features?  Thanks

My team handles over 40 data wearhouse feeds. Some feeds have more than one metric. We want to make sure only rows where at least one or more metric(s) have numbers are coming in to make the processing faster.  My question is - Does Adobe only send data where at least one (or more) metric has a counter? or do we need to put in segments to handle this case?

Hi, We are looking to implement the one-click optout process to replace our current process (click > landing page > confirm Unsubcription). I can't see any option in ACS as in AJO to simply manage/trigger the optout by just clicking in the email.  Any ideas on how to implement it easily? Should we track the clicks on a specific link in the email and run a recurring workflow to handle the optout update? Thanks!

Hi All,  I am creating a url tracking parameters in Channel surface and want to add the email message id/message name. Is it possible at channel surface level?  I can see in the documentation. (Configure email settings | Adobe Journey Optimizer)The following predefined values are available through the Expression Editor:Source action id: ID of the Email action added to the journey or campaign.But this just gives me the campaign action id and not the message id. How can I add message information at channel surface level. ThanksPreeti

Hi there, I have set up an event to listen to an ExperienceEvent dataset. For testing, I uploaded 5 records into the ExperienceEvent dataset via the Workflow UI, and the data was ingested successfully. However, I don't see any profiles triggering the journey even though it's published, fits all the event criteria.  Will this method not work? Thanks.

We have tested that when using the REST API to update a lead with the conditions: action: "updateOnly", lookupField: "id",   If the id is not found, a new lead is created with a new id. Why does this happen? If I am specifying updateOnly, shouldn't this prohibit any create actions?

I have raised a support ticket to extract bulk records of approx 1M+ data from Marketo and Adobe support suggested to extract data via the bulk API as per the product limitation issue can not be extracted bulk data. (considering the schema file format contains 500+ fields names in the header)  https://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/bulk-extract/bulk-lead-extract/ https://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/bulk-extract/ When I tried extracting bulk data via API the job status endpoints return a checksum in the fileChecksum attribute when status is “Completed”.The checksum is a SHA-256 hash of the exported file. https://sha256sum.com/ I was wondering how to extract the data in such a case. I have not used any SHA-256 coding in the past. is there any workaround to download this checksum file? 

Hi there, We are working on a feedback loop to our corporate communication history for communications (push, email, sms etc.) sent out from AJO. Using an example customer, we have two levels of customer identities (CRM1 - Web login account, CRM2 - billing accounts). It will be always be a 1:M  relationship (Web login will have multiple billing accounts). For example, customer has 1 web login, which has access to 4 billing accounts.  As part of the feedback loop, we need to send a communication record to all 4 billing accounts so that it's recorded under whichever Billing Account we look up to. Unfortunately AJO works at a profile level, so by default it would only send 1 record. We cannot make any process modification on the downstream end, so the 1 to 4 split would need to happen at AJO side. Is there a way to do that? Thanks.

Currently, we're looking to implement a restriction on the synchronization of our Zoominfo leads to Marketo from Salesforce (SFDC). Our SFDC instance is integrated with Zoominfo, meaning any leads created within SFDC are automatically synchronized with Marketo.Given this setup, we're exploring the possibility of disabling this synchronization for Zoominfo leads.
