My form is going to need multiple open area txt fields for a "one off" application.Therefore, fields will not be needed in CRM and I would like to know if I have no choice but to create custom Marketo fields for this purpose? - I didn't want to fill the database with extra custom fields that won't be used again.Are there any ways around this just to capture some information?Or, can you recommend a generic method for if I must create custom fields so they have some purpose?For example, is it best to just call it:  extra open field 1, extra open field 2, extra open field 3? What is this concept of repurposing a comments field, btw?Thank you. We recently reset one of our non-prod AEP sandboxes. Prior to resetting this sandbox, I manually removed audience compositions. After reset, most of the custom resources, such as schemas, audiences and profiles seemed to have been removed. However, the custom datasets are still on this sandbox without associated schemas.  Have anyone encountered this? Do we have to manually remove the custom datasets? Please advise. Regards,Sharmia

Dear All, Our organisation is considering a move from Gsuite to MS, in efect our project documents will be migrated to OneDrive. Currently, while working with Google Drive where we link project folders to projects in one to one relationship. I wondered if there has been any attempts to mass migrate links / paths from one provider to another, if its possible and if there is any documentation on this subject. We have currently approx 20k projects in the system with aprox 3k live at any given moment and would prefer to avoid manually relinking the project documents. Any community advise will be much apreciated! Kind regards,Lukasz

Hi, Use Case - Want to stitch ECID from Website to Mobile Web Browser. User scans the QR code shown on the website and lands on to the mobile web browser.Both the platforms are enabled with Adobe Analytics(Web SDK Implementation) and are on same domain as well.I have used appendIdentityToUrl command for stitching. alloy("appendIdentityToUrl",{url: location.href}); This approach is working but there is a challenge in appending ecid to querystring, the URL will be long and it affects the QR image quality and reading capability. Can there be any other solution for this problem? Thanks!

We have an overnight job that takes data from 3rd party source and updates tens of thousands of Content Fragments.  Our job then runs OOTB Publish Content Tree Workflow to publish all the content fragments.  These publishing workflow jobs take long time to run and many time die running for more than 24 hours. The other issue is OOTB Publish Content Tree Workflow updates all the Content Fragments which are almost over 100,000.  Is there any efficient way to publish the Updated Content Fragments (only update the changed Content Fragments)? Thank you!   

Hi everyone,I came across a sling job requirement of checking if any of the pages in a list (this list will come from a TSV or CSV file stored in DAM) is in workflow or not and then do the further processing. What are the ways we can try ? And Is there any way of checking that efficiently? (there are going to be around tens of thousands of pages). What I have tried : (Please correct me if I'm in the wrong direction)I was trying Payload Map, but it is returning null in the first line itself. Hello, I'm trying to find documentation/get help on the test event URL tool in the Trait Expression Builder. The only mention of it I can find is here: https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/aam/c_tb_rules.html ​and this is not very helpful. I am trying to build a rules-based trait for visitors to a specific set of pages: URL variable contains "catering" to get everyone who lands on a catering page of our website and I am assuming that, if I get the expression written correctly, that I should be able to paste an actual catering URL into the test tool and it will confirm the trait is working. Is that how the tester is supposed to work?  Please let me know. Glenn

I want to get the total counts of records (preferably in a variable) coming out from an enrichment activity (let's call it enrichment A) which I then want to use in my subsequent activities downstream ( let's call it enrichment B) . In my enrichment B activity I actually use a case / iif with this variable. The problem is count all etc is not supported in enrichment so I am thinking the only way would be to get the total count of records coming into enrichment B through a variable.  Do let me know if any ideas/ suggestions on this. Thanks

I have a custom workflow that can be executed by a program. However, I want to ensure that only one instance of it runs at a time. Any additional instances should be queued for later execution. I have tried configuring it using Apache Sling Job Queue Configuration, but it seems that I cannot achieve the desired effect. Can anyone help me solve this problem?Thank you all in advance.   

hello,In a new project, we need to use an iframe to embed a web page from another site into AMS's AEM.We plan to solve this using the ootb core embed component.The web page we are trying to embed using an embed(iframe) is managed by the same group and is a web page created in asp/aspx and located on the iis web server.We have a proxy embed component and embed.html under the proxy embed component.And we modified it <sly data-sly-test="${embed.html}">${embed.html @2941342 = 'unsafe'}</sly>.We are going to use URL and HTML.I think we need to modify /libs/cq/xssprotection/config.xml, but my questions are:1. Is it possible to overlay with /apps/cq/xssprotection/config.xml?2. If overlay is possible, should we include this as our source code and do source control with other code?3. What parts should be modified/added in this file in order to embed web pages using URL and HTML ways?thank you

We worked with a third party for form shortening and now we're at a stage where we need to modify their existing code they setup for us to include an onMatch function for a list of countries, where as if country is a match for any of the ones in our list, the form should expand regardless. They provided us with one country example, but we need to expand it to include others.
