Hello!We're currently sending from 2 domains in our Marketo instance and all emails from the new domain are going to spam.We have 2 branded domains set up with proper SPF and DKIMs -go.domain1.comgo.domain2.comWhen I email tests to myself using the go.domain2.com branded domain and from/reply address, it shows "mailed-by" bounce.domain1.com. Because of this, all our emails are going to spam when we try to email from domain2.com because of a domain mismatch. I cannot figure out where we set up the mailed-by "bounce" subdomain. I think it was through Marketo support and not through the admin interface. Can Marketo handle "mailed-by" for 2 different domains within a single account?Thanks!

Hi all, I understand Data Layer is a JS Object that should be on the web page to collect events, etc and pass to Adobe Launch. But a typical AEM implementation will have multiple pages. How to add this Data Layer to each of these pages? I highly appreciate all your replies. Thanks,RK.

Hi,I'm testing out Dynamic Chat on our website and it displays fine on a monitor but appears too big on a laptop screen and mobile, is it possible to adjust the size of the chatbot? I can't find anything in the chatbot settings that allows you to adjust anything other than the bottom and side padding.Thanks

Hello,  We are working towards AJO – Target integration and got stuck at step 3 in the below documentation. Could you please suggest us with pre requisites/ documentation to proceed with next steps. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/integrate/ajo/offer-decision.html?lang=en In Target we were able to view Offer Decision (New) button in the below screen print.Upon clicking on (1) ,nothing happens. Document says we should see step 3 , but nothing shows up.FYI..We did create Offers, Placements and activated within AJO. Please suggest if we are missing any tasks to view step 3.

I'm working on a migration project for a client, they have a lot of custom components that they've relied on in the past for site construction that they won't have access to after the migration. Among those is their main site navigation, a header component that uses mega menus for site navigation. I want to know what options are available for recreating that functionality in the modern AEM landscape. Are there any good tutorials for how to writer a mega menu component? Are there any vendors that sell or license these sort of components?

Hello,   I am trying to test simple journey in AJO in Test Mode but do not see any activity. Below are the steps I performed:    Created a Journey with AJO, with 1) Read Audience  2) Custom Action to Salesforce Marketing Cloud .   Created test audience as per  the documentation.   Verified Test Audience at Profile Level.   Clicked  ' Trigger Profile Entrance '  button in test Profile.    In Trigger profile entrance pop up , entered 'Email' in Profile identifier. Clicked Send.    In Test Mode , 'Profile was triggered successfully'  is displayed. But Nothing Happens. Log Does not shown anything. Could you please suggest how to proceed from here? How can I test the journey step by step? These are fields I gave in test Profile.: Person ID Email Address First Name Last Name testProfile Please suggest!

Hi,We are getting error for "firstName" & "lastName" in nms:recipient schema. As we created an extension for nms:recipient schema, but certainly the changes were not committed and then the extended schemas were deleted manually thereafter. And it seems that deletion of those extended schema also deleted the firstName & lastName fields from nms:recipient schema.Is there any way to add the deleted fields back to OOTB nms:recipient schema as we are not able to edit the Preview tab too. Thanks

Hi All,To push the asset from AEM to a Google cloud bucket, I'm attempting to develop a custom workflow logic. To set the service account, project key, and bucket name, I have made an osgi service configuration. I also updated the pom.xml file with the dependencies. However, I am still having trouble in resolving the dependecy issues.Please suggest the approach to push the asset from the AEM to the GCP bucket? How do we configure a journey so it will run on 2nd Thursday of each month??  

I found similar questions in the community but non of them are similar to my situation.   I am implementing analytics on the dev environment of a newly designed AEM-based website. I setup rules in launch to send analytics beacon. Adobe experience platform debugger is not showing events and reports are not getting populated, developer console network tab is also not showing server calls. However, when I see the console log it shows the rule firing. Please refer screenshots.                         Adobe Analytics extension version is 1.9.0, but with same version rule is triggering for prod environment also when I am configuring prod tracking code in the debugger. Please let me know what am I missing here.

Hi Members,In the current version of AEM 6.4.8 that I am using, the responsive alternate text feature for all the Image based components are somehow not working. What I mean to say is that, when we hover over the Image the Alternate text for the Image is not appearing. Any idea, why this issue is happening or if anyone has faced a similar issue such as this in past and can suggest a way to resolve it.Thanks.

I have exported Activity data to BigQuery via Marketo's Bulk Extract API. However, the SFDC Sync Error activity is not exported to BigQuery data, even though it is displayed in the Marketo UI.Do you know how to define which activities can be extracted by BulkExport and which cannot?Also, how can we visualize the number of leads that are not synchronized to SFDC?

Hey Guys,We are in the phase where we work on Adobe click stream data. So as to see the same stats we see in the Adobe front end reports, we are applying all the necessary logics to declare marketing channel for each visit/order to the click stream data.I got stuck on applying the "Marketing Channel Overriding" logic to the click stream data.
