I had a rule for a list variable, but disabled 2 months before via Launch in the production library.#1 I don't see it in my browser data payload as expected#2 I'm 100% there no processing rules for this so wonder what feeding it still?? And it's not just few user or less volume to think of cache issue, which again unlikely as it's been 2 months Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I need to set up an XT activity with the following requirements:Personalization should be seen in pages matching a certain page path and having a certain term on the query string.For page path requirement: show personalization on pages in a certain directory. E.g. pages in "/en/path1/"; therefore, /en/path1/thispage.html is a match (show personalization), /en/path1/thatpage.html is a match, etc. Any page under /en/path1/ will match.Query string requirement: in the querystring, must have certain terms such as "test2" in the params. While testing a mobile app this week, I noticed some errors showing up in Assurance. I can see the network requests when loading/switching screens, but I never see the post-processed hits coming in to verify the processing rules are working. Based on the more detailed error message, this doesn't mean that data collection isn't happening. I can confirm that data is making its way into the report suite, but I really need to see the post-processed hits in Assurance to verify things are being mapped correctly and the data is coming through as expected For reference, I'm testing on an iOS device and using the AEP version of the Adobe mobile SDK (configured for specific solutions, not using the Edge network) My questions are:What is causing these errors? I'm wondering if this is an Assurance issue since data is still collecting?How can I fix the errors and see post-processed hits in Assurance?

 Good morning, For several days I have had a problem that persists on my ACC 7.3.3 Test environment, it is a problem with the scheduler which does not trigger itself, as a result all my workflows (even technicals) no longer work automatically and returns network error "IOB-090007 Network error (bind(), errno=99: Cannot assign requested address)". However, all flows are opened from the server. Do you have an idea ?Thank you for your help

Hello!In my regular HTML template, I have added the necessary Gmail annotation script with the exact recommended image width. In the gmail preview the annotations, we are able to view the images. But on the real device, we are not able to get it even after the email falls under the promotion tab. Does anyone have a solution to it? Does Adobe campaign support it? Also, if anyone has successfully implemented in your templates, can you share some sample HTML files?

After upgrading to service pack 18, the search within the Author Assets section of our AEM does not function properly.  There are 3 main issues:1. The filters section on the left side of the search results does not appear or function. 2. The number of results on the page shows incorrectly as -1 of -1.3. I want to customise aem inbox notification bcoz I don’t want to send notification to workflow initiator.i want notification to go to only wf approver (but in my usecase both belong to same group) for this reason, i have written custom class extending com.adobe.acs.commons.notifications.InboxNotification and custom class implementing InboxNotificationSender api. i am able to send customise inbox notification but when i click on notification > click complete > complete work item dialog > next step dropdown gives me some undefined values… how to fix that?ideally it shud the next step of workflow in dropdown which is not coming. also tell what parameters does this method expect - InboxNotificationImpl.setNoticationActions(); any example for that pls

We recently upgraded AEM version in a lower environment from 6.5.13 to 6.5.19. After that we are seeing values not being displayed inside multifields used in our website's page properties and Global Content properties. Values are present and can be clearly seen in JSON format in CRX DE.Last time when we upgraded AEM from 6.5.1 to 6.5.13 we faced the same issue. At the time, we upgraded ACS Commons version from 4.2.0 to 5.5.2 to resolve the issue by modifying the version number in dependencies in "pom.xml" files. This time, we upgraded ACS Commons version from 5.5.2 to 6.3.6 but that did not resolve the issue.Appreciate any help in this regard. Thanks.Btw, we are using AEM as an Adobe Managed Service (AMS) on AWS, not as a Cloud Service.

Hi, I am facing an issue in AEM cloud production environment, when I publish a page in preview mode a URL needs to be generated with preview link.But I am getting a warning as:NOTE: This is not happening on every publish.Any leads?   @arunpatidar @lukasz-m @BrianKasingli  

 I created a test with a textbox, a dropdown list (multiselect), and button   the textbox resets the dropdown list when you change the value of the textbox. the button is just a click event that is there for pretending i am doing something with the textbox value. it actually just writes to the console.  so i write something on the textbox and click the button, this should reset the values of the dropdown. then I choose one item then i do it again i write "test again" and click the button, this clears the items from the dropdown list then i click on "4" item of the drop down list and the value "2" comes back.   but ddlist.resetData() was supposed to reset the data of the dropdown and "2 was not supposed to be highlighted. this is happening in AEM forms 6.5 SP19. can you please try in other services packs? or did i miss something ?  thanks in advance.

Hello! I'm currently signed up for the Adobe Analytics Challenge. For some reason, the account I made for this challenge (which is separate from the one leaving this comment) has my last name included in my first name and is repeating. There's an option to fix this in profile editor, but it simply will not save the fix or work. I've tried using different platforms (My personal PC, my phone and office computers), repeatedly at different times. There is no provided phone number or email to contact for technical support, or even general help, on the page. Is there anything else I can do? I just don't want my name to be incorrect for the official competition.
