I do not want access to entire tools to be revoked but some contents in tools. Especially package manager , cloud services tab , assets , sites tools .

Hi Team, Hope you're doing well. We are facing issues in AEM dev where strange things are happening if we try to save any content in the experience fragment, it saves the content but gives the failure message and takes time. Also, we have written a servlet to create tags in AEM, but it is also not happening. we have checked all the things related to access, session and by using logs as well. Slowness is the biggest issue as well.   so the question is - is there any way to reset the Dev environment while keeping the user credentials as it is? Thanks

I was reviewing the documentation about using AEM assets integrated to AJO offers and found this page.The instructions say "To import files to Assets Essentials or Assets as a Cloud Service, you first need to browse or create the folder it will be stored into. You will then be able to insert them to your email content." Does the integration only work for the email channel? How does it work if I need to associate assets to offers that will be delivered to a mobile app, for instance?

Hi there I have trouble finding a solution for merging two existing profiles into one. The structure looks like this pKey is the primary/profile key given by ACS. Now I know which profile/email I should merge but how can I do that?Updating the campaign record with the externalID is not possible as it has a uniqueness constrain. Just using the D365 record is also not an option as we would lose the profile history/service subscriptions. 

Hi I can currently see 'Social Campaign' in my Adobe dashboard for last touch channel however I want to get down to the next level to see the performance of three different messages being used. Ideally would want to see:Social Campaign:> Campaign Message 1> Campaign Message 2> Campaign Message 3 We have CJA and AEP coming I'm not sure if that will help but it's still 6 months away so what could be an interim solution? Marketing team are willing to help with whatever needs doing!

I am looking to create a velocity script that assigns token value by page segmentation instead of lead segmentation. So for example, I want to assign a different token value based on language segment. The reason I do not want to use lead segmentation values is not all leads are cookied and may not have values.  How can I segment dynamical in velocity script by page segmentation?

Hi, We have a custom action in AJO which will send API calls to an endpoint and get payload data for campaigns. However, I checked this document (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/journey-optimizer/using/configuration/configure-journeys/action-journeys/action-response.html?lang=en) which says one API call per profile even if the response always the same. So if an audience is 50,000 large, it will send 50,000 API calls. So my question is whether there is a way to optimize the number of API calls? Or cache the payload in AJO? Or start a journey at midnight? Any solutions to reduce the number of API calls? Thanks

Migrating from MS to Cloud Services.  Is there a way to copy/move Collections from MS to CS?  Identical structure and assets as we just migrated all data and assets into CS.  Would hope not to have to re-create all collections. Thanks! Jim P

We have some legally required operational email that are sent out to consumers. It's the first time some of these consumers have heard from us. We noticed in our monitoring that occasionally we get marked as spam.  If we get any SPAM notifications, we disable email address and instead send a physical letter. So we are trying to keep our lists as clean as possible.  However, we are trying to understand if there would be any changes to deliverability or sender reputation from Gmail or Yahoo based on these operational emails getting marked as SPAM.

Hi I would like to add on a landing page a calendar with a specific and defined range date - this is for a tradeshow.People can then select a date and a time.Then they must fill out a form (First name last name, email, company and comments) to submit their request.OPTION1Once submitted, an email is sent to the coordinator with all details about the request and the requester.OPTION2Once submitted all meetings (with meeting and requester details) are stored in an online planning (in marketo?) that can be viewed by our coordinator.Can I do this in Marketo? I have used a date field in my component where in when I author a value it is getting saved under content properties with +5:30. If I author a date it is getting saved under content node properties properly but when I try to use it in htl I see in view as published the date is different than the authored date.For an instance - I authored the date as below  What I see in node properties is  But the date I see in view as publish mode when I am trying to use it as data attribute looks something like thisCurrently I am not doing any kind of processing from backend how can I resolve this issue?? I need the date with time zone.

is there a way to have task names with a particular word in the task name display in a different color? ex - studio in red, photo in green, media in blue. project being created from a template.

I have a form that has 30 sections in it and in each section is a table that allows addition of a work code.  Along with the 'Add' button there is a 'Remove' button in case a work code is entered in error.  In the very first section this button works correctly, removing the last work code entered.  In all the other sections, subContract2 thru subContract30 the 'Remove' button does not work.  I thought I had it coded correctly but I'm apparently missing something.  Can someone review and identify the issue?  TIA.

Does anyone have text mode that they would be willing to share for this scenario.... Please note: I did try the out of the box conditional formatting and currently my workaround has been to add the project owner name field as well, and I have it displaying text that reads "See Project Owner" if...a custom field report column is blank.....then....replace with the out of the box project owner name field. (making sure it only does this when the field is blank and does not overwrite any data that does appear in the custom field.

I'm working on a custom workflow step to convert PDFs into read-only. I keep getting the error message "javax.jcr.PathNotFoundException: jcr:data not found on /content/dam/...". Dynamic media is enabled on author and images are having scene7 url. But when the images are published the publisher is having dam url instead of scene7 url. Can some one explain what is wrong with that?

Hello, I am looking for details on how the Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS) can be integrated with AEM Assets (Cloud Service). My org has asked me to verify if Workfront is considered "accessible", which I'm interpreting as WCAG compliant.  However I'm having difficulty finding reference to WCAG within Experience League and wondering if anyone can point me to official Adobe  Workfront documentation on the topic of "accessibility" and/or "WCAG compliance".
