I have been using the UTF 8 code hack to get emojis to show up in my email subject lines while using Marketo Engage. However, there have been cases where the code just will not work. Has anyone noticed that when Marketo flags your subject line as "Your subject line may be too long" the code stops working? If I paste the code in a blank subject line then it renders the emoji on a test, but when I add in a "too long" subject line the code will appear in the email versus the emoji itself. 

I want to create a report of all our Work License users to show how many tasks were assigned to each person last year. When I create this report, it will only count the tasks that were ONLY assigned to that person, but I want it to include tasks that may be assigned to multiple people. For instance, one user shows only 1 task on the graph, but they were assigned to hundreds of tasks with other users. I want to be able to see the total assigned tasks in the graph view. Is this something super simple I'm missing? Thanks!

So, earlier today someone with admin rights inadvertently changed some of our email notifications settings under Setup (rather than making the changes on their user profile).I just compared the current settings in Production to those in our Sandbox Preview and adjusted what was mistakenly changed.  Is there a way to create a report or export a list of these settings?  I'm pretty sure I caught all the changes, but my inner paranoiac would prefer to use a spreadsheet to compare.Thanks.

Hi all, is there a way to reject a form submission live (at the time of submission) if the email address already exists in our database? Or is there a way to stop a record from updating on the submission if the record has pre-existing values within certain fields? Thank you!

Hello, I am in the Readiness All Up Gallery - Asset Galleries Reporting and the it is not showing me any accurate data for January 2024, it is just showing me 0 for "All Delocalized Page URL" for any asset I input? Can you help me fit this or identify what the problem might be?

When I update the name of an experience in Target after it has been running for a few days (ie: "Red to Green Button Test Jan 2024" to "Red to Green Button Test Jan 5, 2024") - should that also update the reference in Analytics anywhere it's used workspace? I see it has changed when I search in the Target Activities Items - but it doesn't seem to update when I'm using it in a panel. Is this true? Is there a workaround or some setting I need to change.  My understanding it it should update.

Hi All,  I'm new to adobe analytics, so please bare with me. I was asked to conduct a site path analysis starting from the homepage, which is the landing page on our website. On this home page, there's a call-to-action button which is the "shop now" button. Based on my research, I've realized that i have to use a flow visualization to examine how users flow from our homepage into other pages on our website. I built 2 flow Viz but it didn't answer the question, I will attach my latest Viz. Hey all,  I'm new to AEM forms designer, so maybe this is a small oversight, but hopefully someone can help me out! I need to create running daily log form document. Each form takes up one page, and can flow into a second if need be, and 2 logs per day (AM/PM). I've got the basic form created, but my issue is figuring out how to make multiple pages of that same form within one document.  I have copied and pasted the form to separate pages in the meantime, however I keep running into issues.  So I have two questions really:  Question 1: is there a quicker/more direct way to duplicate a form to make a larger document than copying and pasting? I've tried figuring out a way to duplicate the pages in Acrobat but because it's an xml form this can't be done it seems.  Question 2: The biggest issues I've come across with my form is with a button adding new rows to a table. We're unable to retrieve the data in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and it's unclear where this data is being directed. Im trying to merge contacts with the same email address. The contacts were originally added in Marketo, they have since been added in SFDC, creating duplicates in Marketo. Selecting the SFDC contact as the lead as per belowI get the following error - "Merge failure, unable to perform merge operation in natively-synced CRM."Do we need to update settings on the SFDC end to allow the merge to take place? I'm trying to keep a track on SFDC sync errors and I'm brutally lost. I have 100k+ error lines in the last 5 days. Most of them are recurring errors.Any thoughts on what this error means? cannot retrieve the record (<SFDC ID>) from sfdcI intitally thought these were simply sync errors but i see those under notifications with emails. These appear to be different. Appreciate your inputs.
