Hi ,I have created a composite multiefield in content fragment. one of my field is multieditor . i want to add rte plugin in that editor. Is there a way i can do that. Basically  i am trying  to add RTE in multifield in CF .  Plz let me know as i could not find anything on this 

Hi All, We are using AEM Saas version for our website. I am trying to use the list in RTE component and when I use the bold option with number list, the text is bold but the numbers are not bold.  Is there a workaround or solution for this?I tried to add <b> tag in <ol>, but it doesn't work.  Many thanks in advance

Hello, We have created content fragment model and noticing issue where few fields are not getting displayed. The fields are available in CRXDE. I'm stumped. Been through many articles, even tried ChatGPT to find Velocity Script that changes the date format on a token in an email. I do have an Account field that pulls in the date successfully: {{Company.Renewal Date}}, but in the Mkto standard yyyy-MM-dd, or 2023-12-22. I want it to be MMMM dd, yyyy or December 22, 2023. Velocity script doesn't seem to support Account fields so I had my Sales Ops create a Contact field, {{lead.Account Renewal Date}} to pull in from the Account field. I CAN see this field in the VS objects list. I am adding descriptions for the data dictionary.  Some of descriptions disappear. They appear to save and I can see it temporarily.  I have screenshots of the saved definitions that later disappear.    This seems to be happening to only a subset of my descriptions and not all of them.   Is there a character limit?   Are there reserved characters that will not allow an entry to be saved.  They do tend to be some of my longer definitions.  The dimensions still show as approved but nothing else is saved.   Nothing is approved until a definition has been added.  

Hi All,  We have a webinar with registrants with registered status and we have the list of multiple registrants for which we want to cancel the registration. Is there a way to unregister them from Marketo so when they click on the  joining link they are not allowed to enter the webinar. One way we could find is to select registrants from zoom under manage attendees and cancel the registration but we have about 1900 records so we cannot select them one by one , is there a way to cancel them using CSV file in zoom. cc @darshil_shah1 Regards 

Hi, I have created 2 org units. Admins and Standard users where Standard users and admins are child units of All unit. And also created profiles in admin console with respect to the groups I created in campaign. There was already profile data in the campaign before I checked the box in profile schema And I have updated the org unit of all the data to another unit. Now the challenge is I am still able to access the objects and data of each other groups which I want to restrict. What could be the possible reason.

Hi, seen a few threads around bot activity filters but couldn't find an answer to the issue we're having (apologies if I missed something) but we have smart campaigns set up to sync contacts to Salesforce campaigns based on clicking certain links in an email but we were getting a lot of bot (server check) clicks that were syncing them before they'd even opened the email. We've set up the bot proximity pattern to check when there are multiple clicks within seconds of each other and have set a filter on the smart campaign to "bot proximity pattern = false" but the problem is the proximity pattern only gets assigned to the second click onwards, so if the first link their server checks is the trigger link then they're still getting sent over in to the Salesforce campaign. There doesn't seem to be an option to check for bot activity in the flow, only in the smart list so I can't see a way to add a delay and check for that. I know marketo sets automatically the acquisition program when importing people into that specific program, but let´s assume i am importing someone that is already in our database, will this person have a new acquisition campaign (this list import program) or will it stay with the acquisition program that created him in our systems. I guess my question is if it changes all the time or just for those who haven´t an acquisition program yet. Thank you

Hello, I want to know how to change the first line of the body email text that appears when people get sent the email. I duplicated this from a previous webinar but don't know which token this comes from? The line I want to change is "Real estate professionals share..." It doesn't appear anywhere in the email that I've created, but only when it gets to people's inboxes. Thanks for the help!
