Hi, seen a few threads around bot activity filters but couldn't find an answer to the issue we're having (apologies if I missed something) but we have smart campaigns set up to sync contacts to Salesforce campaigns based on clicking certain links in an email but we were getting a lot of bot (server check) clicks that were syncing them before they'd even opened the email. We've set up the bot proximity pattern to check when there are multiple clicks within seconds of each other and have set a filter on the smart campaign to "bot proximity pattern = false" but the problem is the proximity pattern only gets assigned to the second click onwards, so if the first link their server checks is the trigger link then they're still getting sent over in to the Salesforce campaign. There doesn't seem to be an option to check for bot activity in the flow, only in the smart list so I can't see a way to add a delay and check for that. Hello everyone, I have a question related to setting acquisition in a list import. I know marketo sets automatically the acquisition program when importing people into that specific program, but let´s assume i am importing someone that is already in our database, will this person have a new acquisition campaign (this list import program) or will it stay with the acquisition program that created him in our systems. I guess my question is if it changes all the time or just for those who haven´t an acquisition program yet. Thank you

Hello, I want to know how to change the first line of the body email text that appears when people get sent the email. I duplicated this from a previous webinar but don't know which token this comes from? The line I want to change is "Real estate professionals share..." It doesn't appear anywhere in the email that I've created, but only when it gets to people's inboxes. Thanks for the help!

Hi All, I have connected AEM as a cloud service with an Azure storage account to store the data of the adaptive form which is connected with data form model.In my Azure storage account the data is stored in JSON format but I want that data in CSV file format. Whether it is possible to export the data as a CSV format or can we connect the Forms as Cloud service with relational database (PostgreSQL).

Hello all,This is a general query,We are facing some load related issues on the server where we are seeing high load on the cpu (5-6) and java process taking 400% cpu.We are not able to debug what is causing load even after taking thread dumps and top dump.Please can any one suggest a way to analyze which events are causing the load on aem author instance.any plans or mechanism to debug that load.

Hi All,Recently we have upgraded from AEM 6.0 to AEM 6.2.From 6.1 on wards there is a new security feature implemented and it's looks for csrf token generation when doing the ant POST,PUT and DELETE operation.I have observed one thing that token is generating when log-in into author and publish instances but this token is not generating when accessing live site pages through dispatcher or AKAMAI.We also made changes in dispatcher side to allow this token generation but still no new token is generating.What are the other changes required to generate the token?Thanks,Kishore.

I created a Page Template with an extra tab for configuring my own stuff. This tab only has an Autocomplete field. The problem is that when I open the autocomplete dropdown it is cut (like in the next image).I created an extraClientlib and included it in my .content.xml via the extraClientlibs property.The problem is that this extraClientlibs are only loaded after I create the page and go back to edit its properties, the first time I create a page template, the specific styles I created are not loaded so the content is cut. When I open the properties after I create the page, the styles are loaded and it looks like this:I need to make it work for the time I create the page for the first time. Hi, My requirement was to migrate classic ui dialog to touch ui. I have used granite multifield in touch ui, I given required properties to useful Links and contact Links. But useful links showing required and submitting the dialog without giving values to the contact Links. Issue not in properties, having two multifields is issue here.
