Our company is shutting down over the holiday period and required our team to submit their timesheets in advance.  Does anyone has a quick way to create future timesheets (i.e. beyond current period and next period)?  I'm aware of the Generate Timesheets feature in Timesheet Profiles, but that only forces the next period to be created.  I'm also familar with the New Timesheet button, but that requires me to select each user's name individually - and we have over 150 users. Hoping there is a simple method (like Generate Timesheets) where I can create weekly timesheets up to mid-January! 

hiIs there a relationship or identifier( beside the phone number) with event that send the SMS and the message that get stored when the user reply to SMS and get push to inSMS Schema?  example: when you send the sms via message center Push event the info is stored on rtEvent Schema. when user reply back with Yes or Stop it goes to inSMS schema. when you have multiple event setup and you send message to same phone number how you can identify that in inSMS schema ? is there a separate ID ?

It would be awesome if we could run scripts in the DAM to find empty folders and delete them. This would help immensely with migrations and deduping. Does anyone know if this functionality exists.

Hi , Hope all are doing well. We've been tasked with personalizing the order ID within a URL. I've successfully used a script to personalize the order ID, and it's updating correctly. However, when I include this token within a URL, the URL breaks. URL doesn't work as expected and displays the script within the link. In the email template, I've hardcoded the https:// part, while the rest of the URL and the personalization are stored in a token. This token, containing the personalized information, is then appended to the https:// portion. However, when I included the https:// part directly in the script and used the token within the mailer, the URL worked smoothly. We are using LdapIdentityProvider.xml to connect to our organization's Ldap interface for the login functionality in AEM.As a security measure, We want to move the password information to 'vault secrets management system'. We have a custom service , which we use to read vault secrets.Could anyone please help with a way to extend AEM Ldap service (not sure of the exact name of service) , so that we can add our custom code to read Ldap secret from vault ?

Hi Marketo Community,   I am quite new to Marketo, so sorry if I'm asking for something that was already discussed but I tried to find in old discussion and found nothing.    I created a form in Marketo, One field is collecting a predefined "Code". Let's assume the Predefined code is "AB-BC-CDEF", I need to configure the form so if any one is informing a different code, it triggers a message "Wrong code".   I was told only possible with JS coding, I m seeking a bit of guidance as ... I don't know where to access the JC and what code to add.   Thank you all !!   BR

Hello there,so my question is one of a series related to improving our program performances, based on the various program membership touchpoints. If these have been already asked, please, forgive me. One of these is: how I can create a People Performance report (a pie chart in particular) grouping all the members of a certain program by Program Member Field? Practical example: we have a channel acquisition field, along with UTM Source, Medium, etc, and I like to see how many people are coming from Paid Search, Social, and so on.For sure I can export them in a CSV, but this seems a manual process..!   

Hi Team, We have a requirement in Webapp UnSubscription type, to track if the Customer has Unsubscribed, so we are trying to get this information from the web logs.When added logInfo in the webapps, it is displayed in web@default log Journal and not in Webapp Audit Logs. Already we tried the path given in Adobe documentation link to access these logs:  https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/monitoring-campaign-classic/production-procedures/log-files.html?lang=en When we try accessing the path "/usr/local/neolane/nl6/var/default/log/web.log", we are facing issues. Please let us know if any approach to get these logs. Regards,Pravallika.

Why is the report with the column 'assigned name' only showing 1 assigned name when there is several names assigned to the task? How do all the names show? Why would some assigned names be bold? Screenshot attached Thanks

Our team is currently exploring solutions to audit pdf's in our environment. The main file activities we would like to be able to audit and view are read, edit, and email related activities. Would Adobe Experience Manager or any other Adobe products accomplish this for us?

Is there a way we can add the below updates to the search filter form in AEM assets admin rail search form  . I don't think this is available OOTB but has anyone come across this and if yes, have you handled this on AEM author  :-Search for all assets that 'DO NOT' have a specific metadata property value or Search for all assets where a specific metadata property is 'BLANK'Looks like a major customization to search form   ?  

Hello, I saved a smart collection with about 10 files. I can see the files when I filter by saved searches. But when I try to access the files through the Collections section, the collection is empty and the following text is displayed: "There are no assets to display. Add assets from Assets Console to this collection." And when I try to share the collection link, no assets show up and there is text that says "There is no content to display" Any insight on what is causing this?

Hi All,My requirement is to exclude a dam folder path in workflow launcher for dam update asset workflow.i did it by following below link:How to exclude certain AEM Assets folders from generating renditions But after doing as said in above link, i can see my dam asset in "Unprocessed" state and cant be useful anymore in pages.my model of workflow is as follows.Any ideas what would be the problem and how to get rid of it.Thanks,krish.

I am trying to configure a dispatcher that will be sitting in front of two author instances (currently testing with just one instance though). Our goal is to improve the performance of the authoring environment. I was reading in this documenthttp://dev.day.com/docs/en/cq/current/deploying/dispatcher.htmlAnd found a discussion about configuring for Author instances which included a link to a specific author_dispatcher_new.any file.http://dev.day.com/content/docs/en/cq/current/deploying/dispatcher/_jcr_content/par/download/file.res/author_dispatcher_new.anySo I used this file, only change I made was the /hostname value for /rend01. However, when I use this dispatcher.any file the only files that get cached are related to the login page (just 4 files). If I change the line that says /allowAuthorized "0" to a "1" instead, then I get a lot of files cached. But I'm not sure if that is safe. So I guess the question is, what are the recommended settings for the dispatcher.any file in front of

I am very new to AEM and was wondering what is the best way to create a button to show/hide a text field?  Do you alter the existing button or create a new one?  Is there a code example?
