Hi,I've created an "Offer Decision" to be displayed on a webpage. However, when I integrate this web offer, the page remains unchanged, neither displaying the offer nor the fallback. Interestingly, when I remove the Offer, other modifications I've made (like text changes) appear correctly. So, it seems the issue is specifically with the offer decisioning.For instance, my original page title is "We are here to create an unforgettable experience." With the offer, I modified the title to "We are here for your customers!" and added the offer below it. When I publish the offer for all visitors (default setting), the original title is displayed, meaning even the text changes I made to the template aren't shown. However, when I remove the Offer decision from the web template, the text updates to the new title (but not the offer as I removed it) Does anyone have insights into why this might be happening? Thanks!

Hello, I am currently working on designing a PDF form using Adobe Designer, where I have implemented a dropdown menu. Upon selecting an option from this dropdown, certain objects appear, allowing users to input information. Screenshot from a demo form (after selecting value from the dropdown) After giving input Now, if I select "No" from the dropdown menu all of these objects will be hidden. Again if I select the "Yes" option from dropdown then all objects will be pop up again with the value I gave previously.  Is their any efficient way to reset data for all object those appear based on "Yes" (and I provided data) while I will select "No"? I know I can use "rawValue" properties individually to reset them but this is a not very practical for my actual form which contains a lot of objects. Thank you

Hello,I would like to create an audience and select people with product id = L00122 and who subscribed to this product exactly one year ago.I don't want to select people in the last year but those who subscribed for example if we are today 04/12/2023, I would like to select those who subscribed 04/12/2022 and each day, the same, one year ago.Is that possible ? Because I don't see the filter "one year ago" in the screenshot in attached.

Hi, We've couple of questions for moving from AEM6.5 to AEMaaCS Assets program. could someone please clarify? - In 6.5 we have some workflows on assets creation/modification etc. where there are some custom functionalities. We need to move to cloud and retain the same functionality. As I understand we don't have workflow triggers on assets and it is managed via microservices. Is there any alternative for those workflow triggers on Assets? - How is assets share commons implemented on cloud service when we don't have AEM sites? Do we get a publish tier for AEM Assets also? Thanks,Prajwal

Can any of you explain with screenshot how to stop aem as a cloud service? the scripts stop.bat etc didn't work for me.What I mean by restart is that , after stop access to the link : http://localhost:4502/aem/start.html will not connect to the aem home page

We are collecting features the prospect would like and are pulling them into a text only field as such example listed here: Business Phone Number;Call Forwarding;Ring Groups;Mobile App;Call Blocking;Call Recording; I'd like to dynamically pull in these features into an email but I am not sure the most efficient way to go about it. I was thinking of using a snippet, but if more than one feature is selected the body of the email could get a bit long. Now I am thinking I perhaps need to go the route of building a token within the program or perhaps use velocity scripting.  Has anyone done this before and has a viable solution? Thank you! Monica

Hi,I wanted to know if AEM authoring user interface is tested for accessibility requirements and are all Author side screens we see in Author are accessible?My customer accessibility team has raised some list of accessibility bugs for AEM author side, in view of AEM author is being used by such respective author users. Thanks for help, please help asap to take immediate steps.

Our company is shutting down over the holiday period and required our team to submit their timesheets in advance.  Does anyone has a quick way to create future timesheets (i.e. beyond current period and next period)?  I'm aware of the Generate Timesheets feature in Timesheet Profiles, but that only forces the next period to be created.  I'm also familar with the New Timesheet button, but that requires me to select each user's name individually - and we have over 150 users. Hoping there is a simple method (like Generate Timesheets) where I can create weekly timesheets up to mid-January! 

hiIs there a relationship or identifier( beside the phone number) with event that send the SMS and the message that get stored when the user reply to SMS and get push to inSMS Schema?  example: when you send the sms via message center Push event the info is stored on rtEvent Schema. when user reply back with Yes or Stop it goes to inSMS schema. when you have multiple event setup and you send message to same phone number how you can identify that in inSMS schema ? is there a separate ID ?

It would be awesome if we could run scripts in the DAM to find empty folders and delete them. This would help immensely with migrations and deduping. Does anyone know if this functionality exists.

Hi , Hope all are doing well. We've been tasked with personalizing the order ID within a URL. I've successfully used a script to personalize the order ID, and it's updating correctly. However, when I include this token within a URL, the URL breaks. URL doesn't work as expected and displays the script within the link. In the email template, I've hardcoded the https:// part, while the rest of the URL and the personalization are stored in a token. This token, containing the personalized information, is then appended to the https:// portion. However, when I included the https:// part directly in the script and used the token within the mailer, the URL worked smoothly. We are using LdapIdentityProvider.xml to connect to our organization's Ldap interface for the login functionality in AEM.As a security measure, We want to move the password information to 'vault secrets management system'. We have a custom service , which we use to read vault secrets.Could anyone please help with a way to extend AEM Ldap service (not sure of the exact name of service) , so that we can add our custom code to read Ldap secret from vault ?

Hi Marketo Community,   I am quite new to Marketo, so sorry if I'm asking for something that was already discussed but I tried to find in old discussion and found nothing.    I created a form in Marketo, One field is collecting a predefined "Code". Let's assume the Predefined code is "AB-BC-CDEF", I need to configure the form so if any one is informing a different code, it triggers a message "Wrong code".   I was told only possible with JS coding, I m seeking a bit of guidance as ... Hello there,so my question is one of a series related to improving our program performances, based on the various program membership touchpoints. If these have been already asked, please, forgive me. One of these is: how I can create a People Performance report (a pie chart in particular) grouping all the members of a certain program by Program Member Field? Practical example: we have a channel acquisition field, along with UTM Source, Medium, etc, and I like to see how many people are coming from Paid Search, Social, and so on.For sure I can export them in a CSV, but this seems a manual process..!   

Hi Team, We have a requirement in Webapp UnSubscription type, to track if the Customer has Unsubscribed, so we are trying to get this information from the web logs.When added logInfo in the webapps, it is displayed in web@default log Journal and not in Webapp Audit Logs. Already we tried the path given in Adobe documentation link to access these logs:  https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/monitoring-campaign-classic/production-procedures/log-files.html?lang=en When we try accessing the path "/usr/local/neolane/nl6/var/default/log/web.log", we are facing issues. Please let us know if any approach to get these logs. Regards,Pravallika. 

I need to write a query or run a report that shows me how many people my company emails at least once in a calendar year. Any tips?

Why is the report with the column 'assigned name' only showing 1 assigned name when there is several names assigned to the task? How do all the names show? Why would some assigned names be bold? Screenshot attached Thanks
