I'm attempting to educate a client about the various attribution models and frequency and recency information that may affect which one they choose.  A report I ran shows something that makes zero sense to me. It's a Marketing Channel Report with Orders as the metric:The date range is set for the previous 90 days minus the current date.I broke down the Affiliate Channel by Order ID. The First Touch (90 Day) column, shows 5 first touches for one Order ID.How can that be possible?  It doesn't feel "true" so I'm hesitant to show the client without a reasonable explanation for this seemingly invalid result. In fact, the only models that feel "true" to me are Last Touch and Same Touch. The others are all quesionable.Thank you for any insight into this!!

I am trying to run a report to show the Planned Start & Completion Dates on a number of Issues.I need the times to be included in this column as it shows in the Issue itself.Is there something for text mode I can include to pull the date in?

Probably a question for Marketo's product team...Provided you don't have a smart campaign that is "Run through only once", would periodically cloning and deleting the old one to get rid of thousands of pages of logs improve instance performance?

If I delete "sling.servlet.resourceTypes=sling/servlet/default", it doesn't work at all. So, I think "sling.servlet.paths" is ignored and I don't know why. We have an integration setup between Marketo and SFDC.  We need to send a Holiday card out.  Various sales teams have provided lists of recipients, email addresses, that should get the email.  All of these contacts/emails already exist in SFDC+Marketo database.  What’s the best way to use these to create email lists for the campaigns?Can I upload to Marketo as static lists and match those against the SFDC records?  I’m thinking this would create duplicates.Should I hand the lists to our SFDC admin and have her build the campaigns in SFDC? Just trying to determine what a normal SOP should look like.  Thanks.

Hi, I have added new application variables using the link (point-3 under create ios mobile app) - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/sending-messages/sending-push-notifications/configure-the-mobile-app/configuring-the-mobile-application.html?lang=en I have added them for android as well as ios. However, I can't find that under "Application variables" in delivery. Also, there is no way to add them as well. I have logged out and logged in after adding them. I am not able to figure out what might be the issue. Can anyone help? Thanks,Vinay

Hi, is there an option to duplicate a whole task section (task with all subtasks within) in Fusion?  In Workfront there's an option to duplicate (also Copy to and Move to) which is what I'm trying to mimic but from a Fusion scenario.

I have thoroughly read the article here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/workfront/using/adobe-workfront-api/api-notes/oauth-app-jwt-flow.html?lang=en Unfortunately, I have found it quite hard to get this working in the real world, an example of what the token would look like would be really helpful. To test this myself I used https://jwt.io/ to help. I set the Algorithm to RS256. In the payload I added the following data:{  exp:  1693469597  - Expiration Date (Epoch time)  iss: "abcd"   - Customer ID (from OAuth config)  sub:  "abcd"    - UserID (from OAuth config){However, I get a message that my token is invalid, which I assume is something to do with how it is signed as I've not provided the Public key ID anywhere. I generated a public/private keypair which is stored in Workfront, but not sure what to do with it.Is anyone able to provide any assistance? Thanks, Rob 

Whenever I'm creating a headless content package by adding a filter by folder path, any update in the existing content is ignored during deployment. When I build and download the package in a lower environment, I can see the updated content is available. Even after uploading the package and downloading it in a higher environment, I can see the changes available. So it's confirmed that content is getting ignored during installing just because of the filtering content using the folder path. Has anyone noticed a similar behaviour? Wondering if it's a desirable behaviour? Here is the filter I have for content package:<filter root="/content/dam/xyz/en/<Folder-Name>" mode="merge"/> 

Hello Team,We are trying to set up Adobe Campaign with AEM assets.Our problem statement is: To be able to send an AEM asset (image) to Adobe campaign for campaign creation. We are having AEM Cloud and Adobe Campaign Classic in the same organization sandbox but I haven't found any way to connect them. Also, as I am using a Macbook, I read that Campaign is not available on Mac laptops and you need Windows laptop for its client console. When I open Adobe Campaign on the web on my Mac, I don't see any connector tab to create any connection. Can someone please point to some documentation about the same connection or use case? Thanks in advance,

Hi all, Need your expert comments. We are using CQ 5.6.1 We have a requirement to capture "Last-Modified" attribute in "Response Header" for DAM assets like PDF. We are able to see "Last-Modified" attribute in response header on Author & Publish for DAM assets. But "Last-Modified" attribute is missing when we try to access the same asset from Dispatcher. Is there any extra disptacher configuration that we need to make this work. Other response header atribute are appearing on dispatcher without any issue. A user has Daily summary selected as their default in Proofing and Daily summary as the Email Alerts selection on the Proof. The user received an email notification indicating the "Proof has been modified." and the "Deadline has been changed..."; the user does not want to receive these types of notifications.I reviewed the documentation for Manage notifications for proof comments and decisions and it states the Daily summary is "An email is sent every day with all comments, replies, and decisions listed. Hello All,Till now, client AEM application has only public pages, there was no concept of User registration, Login. But now, we are introducing Gated pages, User Registration, Logic feature. Only registered users can see private pages. To implement this, team is thinking of utilizing MongoDB to save the user details. We created an adaptive form using core components. We configured a guide container submission like 'Submit to REST endpoint'. When a user fills a form and submits it using german or another language, our servlet recieves incorrect data.For instanse:" Adres�t " instead of " Adresát " As far as I know, there are OOTB intermediate services which handle input data. How can we configure them to use UTF-8 coding?We tried configured our submission to 'Invoke an AEM workflow' - we get correct data. 

Hello,I have created AEM page. At this time, there will not be any entry for cq:lastReplicationAction. I have created ReplicationEventHandler that will trigger during page activation, deactivation, deletion time.  Now, I have 2 scenario's.  1: Page is deleted before any publishing the page (Not even published single time) .  2:  Page is deleted After publishing earlier. Now, I have deleted this page. When I Read the "cq:lastReplicationAction" from page Properties in my ReplicationEventHandler  file, for both scenario's it gives me: "Delete" . Actually, for the 1st scenario I was expecting null and for the 2nd scenario I was expecting some value, since that page is published earlier. Thanks in advance.
