Hi Team, I have used AEM interactive communication in our application and getting the below error while generating letters in the logs. Hi All,   I noticed a weird issue in AEM not sure if its a bug or not. So when you upload an asset in AEM like below  -    The filename is displayed as "Customer Runbook.pdf" (highlighted in yellow)When you add a title to the asset and view it again it shows as below -      Notice how the filename has been modified to uppercase "CUSTOMER RUNBOOK.PDF"When a user grabs this filename and tries to upload an asset with the same name, AEM creates a new asset rather than a version thus differentiating between assets (abc.pdf vs ABC.PDF - While the local machine does not do so!)   This creates an issue as the authors are creating assets with different case sensitive file names rather than versions!You can still grab the correct filename from the URL but that becomes tricky when you have character encoding for space (%20) and other characters.Seems like a silly question maybe but this uppercasing the filename when title is added will be a valid behavio

But after  sent, I found there was a address not deliveried.It was ignored and the description is the follow: Address in quarantine during analysis. I want to remove the address from the quarantine. Would you like to  tell me where can I find the "Address in quarantine" in Adobe Campaign, and how can I move the address out. Best regards

If we had a pricing page with two different buttons, one for large and one for small companies, but they all went to the same page with the same form, how could we track what button a user clicked before submitting the form?  Should we be adding on a utm via the button they click? Is there a better way to do this while still keeping the follow up page and form the same for both buttons? 

I created a Fusion scenario in Sandbox that uses a webhook to look for updated projects. After testing, I want to clone that scenario and apply it to production.In cloning the scenario, it asks me to apply or create a new webhook. Instead of creating one from scratch, I'd like to clone, then edit the cloned one to point to production. I could just create a new one from scratch but then I'd have to remember all the settings.Also, is there a way to open a webhook just to see the settings? Is there a way to tell if a webhook is pointing at sandbox, preview, production? When I'm in a scenario, and select the webhook and go to "edit", the Edit button does nothing.

 When I try to run code  for link click , right befor fetching the value, the redirect to other page?Has anyone faced this issue?  Is there any way other than event prevent default. To get the name of the link. Or how this activity map can be used ? Is it easy to get the link clicks

Hi, I am confused about the concept of Revision after publishing the library in production. I have a issue in our case, where I was given a already implemented launch rules, I found a rule firing but it is not there in Launch and I finally found it is there in Upstream resources in production and it is in live. I'm not sure , How disable or delete the rule as it is not there in other rules and it is in 16 th revision.Please let me know , how the the rule can be removed from upstream source.

I was looking to see if there are any reports capabilities within ProofHQ. I think it would be really beneficial to have some metrics that can include % of people for review that actually opened the proof. our creative team has been using creative cloud (cc) applications via adobe id.we have recently on-boarded the same set of users to aem as federated id. however, as the same email is mapping to different id types for the applications - the login experience for using both aem and cc applications is not seamless. They have to login/logout of one application before using another. adobe customer support team suggested to open a support case from the cc console to switch id types.however, the adobe enterprise support for creative cloud has said that aem and cc apps are handled through different admin consoles so ideally they need to be on the same admin console to truly resolve this issue! creative cloud for "teams" license type can't use sso it needs to be "enterprise" to work with sso (federated id).is there any way to resolve this without migrating to enterprise license type for creative cloud?

We did all the steps of the font-manifest (https://helpx.adobe.com/digital-publishing-solution/help/cards-layouts.html#fonts-cards‌), but we are unable to upload our fonts on our build. We read the last topic about it and we followed the steps indicated by Andrei, but without success. "When creating the manifest, please make sure the json file is actually named "font-manifest.json". If you name it fonts.json, fonts won't be baked in the app properly and won't work. Hi - My customer has got an AEM Assets as Cloud Service with Dynamic Media setup. They would like to use DAM as the single source of truth for assets and would like to access these assets inside Target and AJO. We figured out the AJO part but I could not find any documentation on how to link the DAM and Target. How are they supposed to access these assets inside Target for personalisation?Thanks,KK

Hi,Have you ever experienced this problem? Whenever you create a live copy/roll-out a master page, all the reference links inside a page get updated to the live copy equivalent links automatically; however, this is applicable only for the links which are stored inside a component property or page property in a page. If there are links referenced in editable template structure content or inside an experience fragment, which is used in a master page, it won’t be updated to the live copy equivalent link on roll-out. This is because these are shared or global content, which will be stored in one location (“/conf” or “/content/experience-fragments”). We found a Solution for this problem here in the below link, but couldn't able to proceed clearly, can anyone please explain step by step or help us understand this clearly, so that we will try to implement the same and make it work for any Experience fragment which we gonna create even in future.https://blog.developer.adobe.com/msm-live-c

Good morning,on my Adobe Aem Cloud instance there is the page /content/portal/it/page where the "Editor" user does not have publishing rights.When the "Editor" user requests to publish the page, the following screen appears:  I would like to delete all the entries in the left column so that the CMS sends only one activation request notification, how can I do this? Thank you.
