Hello Community   I am trying to set up a preference center and we do have fields, 'unsubscribe all' and then unsubscribe 1, Unsubscribe 2 and 3 and so on.  I am trying to look for a solution where if a person click on 'unsubscribe all', all other fields are also ticked in the preference center form.  We are able to set up in the flow if someone click 'unsubscribe all', others are unsubscribed.      

We have an XT activity live on websiteabc - which is appearing for a specific visitor in incognito, but not in their regular (non-incognito) browsing state.On a hunch, I suspected that It wasn't showing it because it was affected by something that had been stored/cached... and so I did two things to try and resolve it:Delete all cookie data for the websiteabc domainDelete all cookie data on websiteabc.demdex.netAfter I had done this and refreshed the page in question, the activity appeared. This leads me to think that this is something that might affect a much larger cohort of all website visitors - which is not ideal. I don't believe that our caching system (cloudflare) would affect this. Has anyone experienced this before and do you have any suggestions for mitigating it?

My client wants to remove crm completely . They are using CAS crm . Can anyone help me to understand the drawback. Can we use marketo standalone. Do they need a CRM system to host B2B/B2C data or if they can’t just have this in Marketo. Any suggestions.     

I am working on a survey form in an email. I currently only have two visible fields, but want to populate the person's information using Marketo Tokens. I have the form setup with the fields like this: When checking the form filles I am getting "not provided" for this data. The person exists in Marketo. Any ideas why this is not working?

Hi, I have a file.csv.gz that I need to read. It has the fields date_creation and date_modify with valus if I open it in excel, but when importing in Campaign, campaing gives error satying those fields are null.  Why?**Error:** 10/27/2023 9:04:16 PM PGS-220000 PostgreSQL error: ERROR: null value in column "tsdate_creation" of relation "wkf13422281_464" violates not-null constraint DETAIL: Failing row contains (1, 10993389, 0, 0, 0, 0, GN00001, Novedades, 107671, 1, N000001, Novedades, Minorista, nData after loaded by load activity.Why? Hi All, I have been wondering , As per documentation CF models and Content Fragments and GraphQL based approach is used for a headless use case.My query is if we have to build the data of complete mobile app which has some landing pages and then details pages with complex design. Is it recommended to go via complete Content Fragment route as what I feel , it becomes too much of authoring effort to build complex nested content  fragment models . Where we have to nest one content fragment into another. Also how to manage huge number of content fragments in the DAM hierarchy as it becomes difficult as the application data grows. Also CF models do not have very robust mechanism to add custom validations etc.  Thanks

Hi, I am currently using the Adobe Client Data Layer to collect my page data, and I followed the setup for Analytics: Add Adobe Analytics. However, I am not able to see my data through the Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, the column "Page Name" is disappeared. My Data Element setup is like this:    The JavaScript Variable works in my Browser Console, it always shows me the correct Page Name in the Console. So how and what should I do to show the Page Name in the Debugger? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Team,We have integrated AEM Assets with Workfront using the new native integration. But we have 1 issue currently. Earlier the Workfront enhanced connector provided a AEM workflow that automatically sends the AEM page to the Workfront for approval before publishing it. This was possible due to the Workfront configuration present under Cloud Configurations in AEM. New native integration does not provide any Cloud configuration in the AEM CaaS side to have this process. Also, I haven't been able to find any documentation to achieve this process using native integration. Does Adobe have this Workfront workflow integration and I am not able to find it or they don't support it anymore OOTB and it need to be customized somehow? Can someone please help in here? Thanks in advance,

Hello Folks,I have a specific requirement: I need to mask the mobile numbers for visibility purposes. When viewing the data, only the last 4 digits should be visible to the user in the mobile number column. However, at the backend, the mobile number column must contain the complete 10-digit value. This full mobile number is essential for triggering communications to our customers.Is there a way to configure this setup? Hello, My team is looking for an option to launch newsletters in a specific hour, like when we launch the workflow, those Newsletters to launch at specific hour, like an schedule but we use schedule to program the whole WF, we are looking for a solution to send those Newsletters in separated hours in the same day when schedule starts. Day 1 scheduled at 8 o clock of the morning, send NL 1 at 1+ hours, NL2 at 3+ hours (not using waves)... Is that possible? what can we do to simulate this, or we have to create multiple WF with multiple schedule... Thank you.

If the IP's of web and app server changes, where to do have to update it in the adobe campaign classic v7(onprem mid deployment) configuration so that it keeps connected ?i can see the web IPs in the deployment wizard in "Access from the Internet" tab under "Internal URLs of the frontal servers" section i believe this needs to be updated. what are the other places this needs to be updated?

Hi, I am new to building up recommendation activities in Target. I have gone through all the documentation given in Experience League and followed it well. However, one problem I am facing is with the feeds which is an important step to run recommendations. I think the best possible way for us is CSV format to feed product data to Target. However, I am unable to understand the fields in the CSV file format that I downloaded from Target. Hi All,We have have enabled LDAP authentication on our on-premise instance. The users are getting automatically created and assigned to the operator groups (based on their corresponding group in LDAP) , when they login to Adobe Campaign. However, their email IDs are not getting updated in the operator record and hence the automatic notification functionality to operators is not working. We have to manually update the email id for each user. Is any specific configuration change required to pull the email id automatically from LDAP?Thanks,Subhajit

I'm trying to create a filter for an issue level report where the parent topic group does not contain a certain name.  Sadly, parent topic group name doesn't appear to be one of the canned/selectable filters to simply add, unless it's called something other than parent topic group name.  So, I'm resorting to text mode.  I found this post (https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/workfront-questions/filtering-on-topic-groups/m-p/502440#M34190) where someone else was able to filter by ID.  But, the parent topic group ID is unique within each project, so ID isn't doable. Has anyone run into this before?  I don't see why adding an extra filter like the below isn't working:queueTopic:parentTopicGroup:name=Special RequestsqueueTopic:parentTopicGroup:name_Mod=cinotcontains The "Show Filters" button on the report reads exactly like what I'd want, but the report generates an error.
