Hi,How do I migrate (or duplicate) workflows, templates, db, etc., from one environment to another in Adobe Campaign? For example, templates developed inside the development environment and migrate (or duplicate) them to our production environment?Thank you.

I had a course dropdown field which was required to be populated from external api call. I was able to do it via marketo REST api by updating the field and approving it. I can see the updated values in dropdown in preview mode in marketo form, but the page using that marketo form is still showing the old values. I did hard refresh so many times. It took me 3-4 mins to get reflected. How can I get rid of it?   Can someone please help me.   TIA.

When I export a .cvs from Adobe Analytics, the Average Time On Site columns have a strange number in those cells instead of an actual time reference from the online project. Should I be able to export actual time references for Average Time On Site? Is there a reason why this is happening? Is there a way to translate the strange exported numbers into a valid time format? So far, my only work-around is to delete these numbers and manually type them in from looking at the Adobe Analytics project (because also I cannot copy and paste figures from Adobe Analytics either). I also took screenshots of each section and used Apple Photos or Preview to copy the text for each column I needed to add the figures for.  There has to be a better way. I searched and found nothing online about this. I searched the forum here and found nothing. I'm really hoping that I'm just missing something here cause my eyes are bleeding from doing this last night. 

Hello!    I'm looking to set up a Smart Campaign where an email is sent after a form is submitted, but ones 1000 submissions occur, a different email is sent. Is there any way to set something like that up in an automated way? Or only by switching out the form on the web page?

Hi,today I have done the exam AD0-E103.When I had finished the test I didn't see anything report or score and wrong response.I have seen only that I don't pass the test because my score was low.I am sure that I had done well, maybe I had wrong some response but I sure that I had done almost 68%.Now in my dashboard, I see "Test Schedule Completed". Maybe is the test still correct?Is someone successful something similar?

Hi All, I am validating the Merge Policy has been creating for two different datasets (Dataset 1 and Dataset 2)based on the same XDM Profile schema. Assuming We chose to set DataSetPrecedence as Merge Policy Type with order 1) Dataset 1 2) Dataset 2. If I retrieve the profile based on email as primary identity, which attribute i will visualize if they have the same attribute but with different value? An example Dataset 1 has attribute loyaltyCard = Gold and Dataset 2 has attribute loyaltyCard = Silver? Thanks  

Hello All When you are ingesting datasets for a profile from various sources - and you decide to use merge policy based on dataset precedence what the system will react when you have multiple datasets ingested but in the precedence order chose only two of the datasets. Will the rest of the dataset data being ignored during the merge even if one of the profile field has value in one of the dataset has is being ignored in dataset precedence? Lets for example I have Dataset CRM_SB 1, CRM_SB 2, CRM_SB 3and is Dataset precedence the order isCRM_SB 1CRM_SB 3What happens to data for CRM_SB 2 I tried some experimentations and it seems CRM_SB2 is ignored all together even if CRM_SB 2 has values for some fields which CRM_SB 1 and CRM_SB 3 does not have.  Special thanks to @tof_jossic as he has been very quick in responding to my questions.  Thanks Prithvi

I want to see the number of custom link instances (clicks) on a set of newly implemented CTAs on a page, but if the same person has clicked a link 100 times, I still only want it to be counted as one click. Is there a way to do this? I have a set of custom links: {CTA1, CTA2, CTA3}, and two metrics: Unique visitors, and Custom link instances. From my knowledge, you cannot see the intersection between two metrics, but at the same time, this seems like pertinent information to know from the data coming in.. so I have a feeling there is something obvious I am overlooking. Will simply looking at the unique visitors to the set of custom links give me what I am after? Any help is very much appreciated.

I'm working on a report that is meant to isolate tasks for a user that they have not reported hours when they are not the primary assignee. My logic goes; If the task is assigned to $$USER.ID, and there are reported hours on the task, and the hours are not owned by $$USER.IDThe issue I am running into is that this only works as a task/request report, not an hours report. I need to use an EXISTS filter to isolate the hour owner, but I'm still struggling to comprehend how to use it

Hi,   We are currently under attack by some pretty aggressive bots that come to our Marketo forms via Google Ads. I have implemented reCaptcha V3 integration, have Smart Campaigns running to recognize and delete suspicious leads, and am also using ClickCease fraud prevention for our Google ads account.   The bad leads keep on coming and I am going nuts! Have any of you implemented a more robust 3rd party Captcha solution to try to thwart these bad ole bots? Could you please share details of the solution and how it is implemented? I am trying to find something that integrates with Marketo forms but nothing is jumping out at me.    Thanks so much!

Hi Everyone, I'm experiencing an issue related to Sling Jobs in AEM as Cloud Service. I have a scheduler set up to trigger an archive Sling job.When the job is triggered, the corresponding job node gets created in /var/eventing. However, almost immediately after its creation, the job node disappears without any traces of execution.There are no exceptions or errors logged in the system.I have observed that the creation and finish dates of the job are almost identical (refer to the attached screenshot for details).The scheduler is configured to run exclusively on the Leader Node, ruling out potential complications from a distributed cluster setup in AEMACS.Interestingly, the same job executes and completes without issues when triggered by an Event listener.Could anyone please assist or provide any suggestions for the above?   @kautuk_sahni @arunpatidar 

Can this integration be created? If so, how? Is there documentation to create using API, etc. 

Hello,I have a few questions about the post_event_list field from the Adobe Data Feed and the event mapping file included.In the post_event_list, I am seeing values such as this: "24,010,010,710,810,900,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000"Why are there multiple instances of '000'?In the event mapping file that comes with the data feed, there is no event 24. How/where can I find info on what event 24 is? Same for 810 and 900.There are Custom Events from IDs 20100 - 20999. How can I find which Custom Events these are mapped to? They are only named Custom Event 101 - 1000, which does not align with what we see in our Adobe Analytics reporting suite. Thanks in advance.

I have registered my team up for the Adobe Analytics challenge, although when inviting a Faculty Mentor and other team members, Adobe will not send an invite email to anyone I invite. Why is this? Is the "invite" button on the teams homepage not working? Is the GET/ POST requests not setup correctly on the backend?

Hi everyone, I am registering for adobe analytics challenge, I am not able to complete the registration. Resume  uploading is taking very long time, it is not getting uploaded and no error message is popping up. Have tried uploading many time but not working.

Does anyone know if it's possible to export custom prompt info (labels and conditions)?I have a lengthy custom prompt that I need to use in another report and was hoping to avoid copying/pasting all the values (the original is a task report, and the one I'm creating is a project report, so I can't simply make a copy of the report).Thanks!

Does anyone know if we can brand the header bar in Assets to be our brand logo, colors and fonts instead of Adobe's. I know there are some options for branding in the Brand Portal but Adobe's logo is still the main one at the top and that top bar is still black and the fonts are still Adobe fonts. Any user in this system should feel like they are working within our brand when in the DAM or Brand Portal but I have not been able to find a way to configure the system to do that. Has anyone done that with their system?

Hi All,We have a requirement where we need to stop showing some workflows in the create button that comes in the top in AEM Author instance when multiple assets are selected in our certain DAM path.So, when we select Multiple assets those workflows should not be visible but when we select a single asset then it should be visible.We run AEM 6.5 on premise.Thanks.

Hello,I create this topic because I'm looking to migrate from GTM to Adobe Launch as a tag manager.On GTM I was using the visibility trigger with CSS selector to send print tags (see screenshot).I tried to reproduce the trigger in Launch with "Core - Enters Viewport" and the same parameters (cf. screenshot).However, Adobe's detection seems much less precise, accurate and efficient (cf. video), as it detects visible elements when they aren't, whereas GTM is much more precise in this matter. Does anyone experience this case?Is there a way to get the same result as GTM? Looking to build an integration to drive visibility into Enterprise usage. ie: which users are/aren't using their Creative Cloud subscription. Falling short on how to get event/usage data from the Adobe APIs. The Events.io Webhook service looked promising, but it appears designed for single end users, not getting all enterprise info. Can anyone confirm this is the case? Is there something else that exists to get usage/event data from Adobe CC for all users in an enterprise (Webhook or API)? Maybe we missed something here?
