I built out a nurture campaign that is connected to my CRM. The flow works as follows: Lead hits my CRM Lead is sent to Marketo Lead is sent to a Nurture Lead goes through cadence, etc., etc. The question is: Is there a way for marketo to automatically send them an email and not wait until the stream cadence starts?

Good Morning - I think I know the answer, but can someone please confirm. We are in process of migrating assets from WF to Aprimo DAM and I just want to be certain before we test that I have correct naming conventions.in WF I need to have the "Name" of field match:Label: Asset TypeName: AssetTypeand then the "Values" needs to match in options list? so:Option 1: Document / TextOption 1 Value: DocumentTextI hope this makes sense to somebody out there....I have never been through this process - and as an aside I am having to create a custom form with new fields to map and BULK EDIT and attach to thousands of projects...taking any best practice advice I can get but I'm guessing meta data will be much more robust and we take what we can get for migration. In my application, the user fills out a form (Non-AEM) from a different platform. A webservice takes care of submitted data, this data from webservice is given to a PDF form template, then we generate a pdf out of it, which is sent to the user back. Now the AEM form template (We use a pdf template that is uploaded to AEM forms for templatization) that we use, is kind of large in size (more than 3MB, approx. 13 - 15 pages). This form after being filled (end user consumable generated pdf) becomes heavier around (9 - 10 MB). We do not use any custom font apart from Arial and no images. Any heads up as to how do we reduce the form template size?

Hi all,    I've enabled the filter for a smart list as SFDC Type is 'User' after activating View All Users in the Salesforce permissions for the Marketo Sync profile. The option for 'User' now appears; however, when I add this filter, no people are being pulled in.   Is there a permission that I am missing?   

When AEM Remote SPA is locally developed everything is working fine. What is the best way to control the firing of AAM in adobe launch? Cookies like demdex and Everest are dropped by Adobe audience manager which we want to make sure are only dropped when the user has only consented for advertising cookies. We are individually approving all the extensions in the Opt in services code. However, AAM is firing even when it is not approved, inconsistently seen to fire alone by ECID approval, unless the disabled parameters are set in the ECID extension (Screenshot attached). We don't want to use the patch work of adding disabled variables as it has a trade off in other area. Any thoughts/ideas would be highly appreciated. Thank you! 

Hi all, I have implemented the floodlight tags in adobe launch and the tags are also fired properly. However, the issue is that I do not see conversion for the floodlight tags in CM360. It has been a month so there is no delay issue. Does someone know why? Appreciate it!

We are working on One Trust Cookie Consent. The issue is when a user opts out of "Performance" which includes ECID, the ECID extension still makes a server call: https://smetrics.bmo.com/id?d_visid_ver=5.5.0&d_fieldgroup=A&mcorgid=121534B8527830F30A490D44%40AdobeOrg&mid=21348874171737834873325675687762529092&d_coppa=true&ts=1695852884320 Which is for the AMCV cookie creation/update. ECID makes this call because we delete the cookie but we don't want ECID to make the server call or create the cookie. We need to prevent this call but even though we have tried all the settings in the ECID extension, nothing seems to work. We have tried opting out in every field possible (even at same time):Enable Opt In?Previous Permissions?Variables? But nothing seems to work, in eliminating that server call. Any ideas on how to prevent the ECID extension from making this call when the cookie is deleted?Thanks! 

Hi all,   It looks like when someone on my team imported a list of our staff members, it imported them as leads, which synced into Salesforce as leads. However, we have all of those staff members also noted as users in Salesforce. Is there a way to use a filter for a smart list to pull in SFDC Users without having to create an additional instance of them as either contacts or leads?

Has anyone successfully used Fusion to update proof approvals?   Our specific use case: Once a Project is marked complete, remove or close out any pending proof approvals on the proofs loaded to the Project.    I'm searching through documentation on what actions to use to update an approval and it doesn't appear there are any that will update the proof decisions. I've got the mapping down to get me all the information I need and the last step would be to update the proof approval to "Not relevant" or even change the users role to just reviewer instead of reviewer and approver.   Any suggestions on which action to pick to get it to update?

Hi Team Would like know what is the best way of exposing assets under /content/test  to the end user other than assets api. I need to provide link of asset to end user via servlet response and when user clicks on the link asset should get download. Thanks.

As the title states, there are two specific Adobe rules (one is triggered via custom event and the other is triggered by a CSS entering viewport) that are firing but the data is not getting into the debugger.  In the browser's network tab, I see that all the variables are being captured.  However, the timing tab indicates that this is being "stalled" when I compared it to the server call of a rule that is getting captured. I have checked Chrome's definitions of what that means - but I am not able to pin anything down.

Hi folks,We have a 3rd party who have some traffic that will be directed to one of our AEM virtual hosts ( already configured in the dispatchers).We got them added to the Adobe security groups. What other instructions do we give them to get this working ?We told them to send to the Adobe ALB that we use for the rest of the traffic. What else do we tell them to do?, do they set up the referrer header field to the actual virtual host url? Hello All,There is a parent page and its having some child pages. I unpublished parent page(it will unpublish all child pages) and then its showing Published status for Parent page as: Not Published. Action 'Delete' is pending. All child pages got removed from this parent. I am not sure why this has happened and I saw such behaviour first time. It happened  on our Production instance. I want to know why it say Action Delete is pending because I am just unpublishing pages. Does anyone know what cloud be the reason or any OOTB unpublish workflow going in wrong way.

I have to create a group predicate in Search Filter Similar to Status as shown in below screenshotBut while I edit Search Rail (AEM Sites | Custom Search Facets) I can't see group predicate options to drag to drop. And I don't want to add via Crx/de or send the predicate via the code. Because If I add the group predicate via code/crx; then in future if we will add the filter manually from the AEM Sites | Custom Search Facets then it group predicated created via crx will be deleted.

I have a contentfragment list type component that returns content fragments according to the logic of my queryBuilder. However, in the cloud environment, there are many content fragments, and when I try to render the search results, it displays this error:"Service outage looks like we are having some issues with our service we are working hard to bring it online again AEM."The page is black with no content in the editing panel and also in the "view as published" mode.
