Hello all, we see since quite some time conversions and also sales volume attributed to our service mails. This is for us an issue since this always occurs when users reset their password to finish their purchase. Hence, we are not able to review the channel they came from. First, we wanted to use the URL-filter, but we have not a specific URL we can exclude. Therefore, we use for those mail, adobe tracking codes. Is there a way to exclude this tracking code, or did anyone solve this topic with another solution? Would appreciate any idea. Thanks!

Hi all,  I would like to build a calculated metric that checks if a specific event was triggered or not, then return the total number of visits of the pages where the event was triggered.  To clarify, I do not want the number of visits where the event was triggered, I want total page visits. Example: A page could receive 3k visits where a button was clicked in only 1k visits, so I do not want the 1k, I am interested in the 3k.  Is there such a way we could do that using calculated metrics?  Thanks in advance. 

Hi to everyone,my client asked me to find the number of new users for each months in the last three months.While at first, this problem seemed pretty easy, it turned out to be quite a mess.I thought about approaching the problem using a Venn Diagram in order to visualize both the returning and new users, using three segment for each months defined in this way:But it turns out that all the segment return a wrong number of users (almost 5M higher than expected). Do you have any suggestions?Thank you in advance!   

When we went live with Workfront, my understanding was that if someone added out of office after a project schedule was already created, the project schedule wouldn't change to reflect the out of office. Recently, our staff have mentioned this has seems to have changed. I have searched experience league and can see where project schedules are adjusted due to out office, but nothing on the scenario, what if the out of office is added after the schedule is created.  Does a project schedule adjust if someone who is assigned a task adds their out of office after the project and schedule have gone live?  Thank you! 

Hi WF Community,Does anyone know if it's possible to split out a task report by user and planned hours, or would an assignment or work item report be the only options for that?Example:- 20 planned hours on Task A- Pardeep is assigned 5 planned hours- Keleel is assigned 15 planned hours We would like to see the task report grouped by task, and then see the breakout of planned hours by assignee under the task.I know this can be handled in an assignment report, but curious if a task report can do this as well?Thanks,Nick

I hope the collective experience on the community can help identify the root cause for something we are running in to. I have a customer who, for reasons that are not relevant here, has two production Marketo instances and for some of the webpages on their website forms need to be submitted to both instances. The chosen solution is to have the form from the first instance visible on the page and on success do an API submission to the second instance using the submit form endpoint: https://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/lead-database/leads/#submit_form From the test AEM environment (without any webserver and / or cloud machinery in front of it) both submissions work as expected, but on the live domain the API request seemingly is not reaching AEM from the dispatcher.   Has anyone seen this issue before?

Looking for suggestions from those using Proof.  Management is wanting to look at some metrics for proofs and I’m hoping that someone has this in place already and is willing to share.Some of my thoughts were metrics like, number of proofs per project, avg number of versions per proofThe big challenge is that some users are still creating proofs directly in Proofing and not from the Workfront project the proof belong to, so when I pull a report from Workfront I can’t be sure I have a complete list of proofs.

We are trying to ingest Adobe Analytics report suite data into AEP via the Adobe Analytics source connector. Using the custom mapping interface, it is for most cases fairly straight forward to map the "_experience" fields to the corresponding fields in our own "_tenant" custom fields collection. Even for listprops it is fairly easy to create a calculated field, that creates a string of values to be used in CJA - for example this listprop:join("|",_experience.analytics.customDimensions.listProps.prop34.values) However for listvars this is not possible. First off, because there is no "values", there is only only the following available, which not permitted in the calculated field interface:_experience.analytics.customDimensions.lists.list1.list[*].value I have tried to just include the list:join(",",_experience.analytics.customDimensions.lists.list1.list) But that returns the full object in CJA, which is not ideal for reporting purposes - example:{value=listvar-i

Hi,I have configured the dynamic media in my environment. Dynamic Media sync mode - Inherit and Dynamic Media Publish mode - Immediate. When we create any folder in aem, it gets immediatly synced to DM. When we delete the folder in aem, it removes all the assets inside the folder but the folder and sub-folders. Any reason behind this? We have to manually delete the folder in DM. If there's any solution let me know.Thank you.
