In a recent analysis around new vs repeat visits my team was doing for our e-commerce site, we noticed that we could tie an order from today to a visitor who had previous visits up to 90 days ago. This is without any on-site authentication data, this is strictly visitors who have not made an account on our site, but placed an order as a guest today, and had previous visits 90 days ago.  According to this documentation, Adobe’s first-party cookies are limited to a 7-day expiry or, for click-throughs that Apple determines are coming from trackers, a 24-hour expiry. With a 7-day expiry, if a user visits your site and returns within seven days, then the cookie’s expiration date is extended by another seven days. Hi All,   My customer is using a Marketo form which has Email address field (Data type = Email) without any custom validation on it. The issue is when I am using this form on Marketo Landing page, it is not allowing me to enter email address with "@gmail.com", @yahoo.com etc, and throwing an error "Please enter valid email address". I have checked the form validation rules and it's inactive and disabled at the form level as well. It seems like this rule is set at the backend but I am not able to cross check it (if any). Could you please let me know what could be the solution to tackle this issue and make my form field to accept all the domains ?

Hi, I have a column (Products) coming from a read list activity containing all the products purchased by a customer, separated by comma. I want to add each product in a bullet point, so I'm trying to split this targetData field and then create a for each. Hi All, We are trying to delete/Archive our Adobe Target activities from past (We have activities from 2012 ), are there any industry standards or best practices around this? .Does deleting/archiving old activities make any difference in activity search ? Currently , it takes a lot of time to pull up an activity search . We think it is because of the high number of activities in the target workspace and it's taking a lot of time for API to get the activity

For the adaptive form created using JSON schema, as per the document below the .model.json shall provide full form JSON, but that is not providing me forms fields. What additionally needs to be done? Hello -- I am unable to see the list of topics contained in a map in the Manage > Baseline view in the web editor. Also, double-clicking on a baseline doesn't allow me to see the list of all topics contained in a map; it just opens the edit baseline dialogue box. Any help on how to fix this would be appreciated.

Hello Marketo Community -    I have an engagement program that consists of three streams (Awareness, Consideration, and Decision).    We are launching without the Awareness content as it's still being planned.    My question is, will the Awareness stream still be my default stream in this case? I just want to make sure that I don't need to remove the 'Change Engagement Program Stream' in the Consideration stream. To start, only engaged members will start on the Consideration Stream.       

Hi everyone, I would like to segment visitors based on the number of visits they make on a rolling date range.For example, I want to create a segment for visitors that made 12 or more visits in the last 13 months. I used the following configuration, but it seems that it returns also visitors who made only 1 visit in the last 13 full months. Is there any way to do it? Thank you in advance,Kassiani

I have a coworker that wants to make it so that existing tasks on projects that they have are recurring and have a frequency tied to them. From what I can tell, Workfront only allows the user this option when creating a new task in a project, but I cannot see a way to do it for existing tasks without recreating the original task. Is there a way to work around this limitation? Am I overlooking something obvious? Or am I correct in telling my coworker that all project tasks need to be established as recurring and/or with frequency assigned from the creation of that task, or else nothing can be done? Thank you,

I am trying to build a report that shows all Templates where a specific Job Role placeholder appears. Not a listing of all Projects that use the Templates, just a listing of all Templates that contain the Job Roles. As an example: Product Manager Job Role appears on the New Product Template and the Artwork Update Request Template I am not finding a report filter for Job Role so I'm unsure if this is possible.

Hi again, trying to figure out if its possible to change the filename of the file being attached as an email when using the following function?event.target.submitForm({cURL: cEmailURL,cSubmitAs:"PDF",cCharSet:"utf-8"}); Im not getting anywhere with the "documentFileName" function, i can get the name but i cant change it. So using that email event, could i change the name to a field value instead?? Just wondering if thats possible at all.  thx Patrick    

I am a bit confused, trying to add the mirror link on email designer, the mirror links are not available under fragments? but if I go and check on resources, I can see them there?  What I am doing to overcome this is to add a new column then add text, then remove the text and then click on insert content block, and I can see the fragments that way?? is this correct? shouldn't they appear under fragments to begin with?    

We need to send to many customers (business customers) with the same email address in the same campaign. The data is coming from various APIs going to a single list but Marketo de-dupes and only one of the business accounts. We have several instances and many partitions. ideally, we would like to be able to send dupes in only one partition.

I'm seeking guidance on how to make sense of this situation. At the moment, the data seems rather unreliable, which is causing challenges in providing accurate reports to stakeholders and effectively addressing crucial internal projects. I'd greatly appreciate your best recommendations. Having been accustomed to the user-friendly and seamless nature of Google Analytics, I now find myself repeatedly investigating issues with Adobe Analytics. I'm setting up an XT on our checkout which is built on React. My XT changes a bit of copy that appears on every page, so I'm adding additional pages to the experience. I have included to include the base URL in the page delivery for the first page in the experience. I've experimented with the first 3 pages of the journey just to see what's possible. The change on the 1st page renders ok, but when you click through to the 2nd page the change isn't there until I refresh my page. Same for the 3rd page. We use the VEC, and we have version 2.10.0 of the at.js. Help!!!!!!

Hello!   I am working on a project where a client has two instances of Marketo and one is brand new and I am working on the admin set up tasks. They would like to use the same From Domain across both instances, example.company.com. My understanding is that this is not advised as an alias value is only allowed to appear once per DNS zone. Is my understanding correct? Would the best course of action be to have them establish a different domain for the new instance? Thank you.
