Hi All we have a contact us form on one of our sites and I am looking for a way to get to the activity log history for a specific form element. The issue that arose is that the people that were receiving the email alerts that were triggered when the form was filled out are no longer with the company so for the past 6 months that team was unaware of the queries and requests that were coming in from the site's form. I have created a smart list for who filled out the form and have a list of the people who submitted the form but it seems we need to manually look at each person record to view the actual history of the details of the form submit. We have it set up that we clear the form element after the email alert is sent as we reuse this form element in other forms.   Is the a way to get the form submit detail other than this manual way? Maybe through an API pull?   thanks, Kevin.

My team is looking to gate our content with a single form across our entire site. No matter where you submit the form, we want to then show the ungated content across the site. I'm hoping we can use KV for this, but I can't find a way for us to see that Marketo recognizes the user as a KV.Ideally our flow would be:1. Unknown user visits site, clicks link for a gated asset2. Modal with MKTO form pops up, user Submits form3. User gets direct access to the asset4. User returns to the site, MKTO recognizes them as a KV5. We are able to see that MKTO recognized them as a KV and when they click an asset we just bypass the modal and give them direct access.  Is it possible to see in the browser storage/cookie data when MKTO recognizes a KV so we can use that as a point to show certain content on our end (NOT using the custom HTML WYSIWYG editor in MKTO), or does KV recognition happen on MKTO's end when the form embed populates? @sanfordwhiteman I know you've probably got the de

We currently have multiple decision-makers in a proof stage and are utilizing the Primary Decision Maker function in an Automated Workflow template. We use a Proof Report in Workfront to pull decisions made. I wondered if anyone had experience pulling only the Primary Decision Makers' decisions. Thanks!

I have an angular SPA app that we want to render in AEM dynamically. The approach I am thinking of is,all fields on the SPA app can be rendered in XML/JSON via Web API.If it is possible that I can render my app dynamic content in AEM using WebAPI.then my scenario would be feasible Please can someone guide me on this, also if there is a  reference/ example of doing this,   I was going thru Adobe blogs and feel just the vice versa of this topic is achievable i.e. from AEM headless to another framework like react. Hi all,This is probably the same for all those with notifications turned on, but when I get New Work Request notification through, the email arrives with standard information e.g. who assigned it, who's it assigned to and status. But it would really be helpful to me if I could amend the format to include the priority field value. Does anyone know if this is possible?For me, these specific requests are for support. If its urgent/high priority, I want to know as soon as possible that I need to look into it. At present, I have to check the queue in WF to see if it needs immediate action. ThanskMatt

Anyone ever had updates on requests come through on your email, but when you open all the requests in Workfront it's all blank? I've had other people test the requests and they can see the updates and comments but it's not showing on my end?

Hi, i need to send 40.000 emails to a group of recipients. My criteria is to send first to recipients who have never been contacted (empty broadlog) and if i do not complete my limit of 40.000, i want to include recipients contacted before but prioritizing the oldest event date. So i select first the recipients that i didnt contacted for a while. I am struggling to find a way to do it. Because the split is limiting those 40,000 randomly... Do you guys know a way of solving this case?Thank you!

Hi all, We're trying to integrate Workfront Proof directly into our web build process, where we have automated tooling to create translations of sites and want to initiate Proofs on all the pages, which are public. We want to initiate a Workfront Proof of a static page, which you can do in the UI via the www.shareyourlink.com box, which then generates the following type of Document, with a Proof on it: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/workfront/using/workfront-proof/wf-proof-tech-corner/proof-types/create-status-web-proof.html?lang=en I can create a Proof via the API, but only of an existing document, but I can't find anything in the documentation that explains how to create a Document that's actually a Static Website proof.The documentation suggests, as far as I can tell, that we should sniff the network activity on the page to work out the Advanced Proofing Options, which isn't massively helpful, but doing so suggests that it's actually using a REST AP

Hi Guys, As you people know, In the latest AEM projects which are built using the latest maven archetype, The Client libraries( multiple css and js files) which are written in ui.frontend module are compiled into a single clientlib category(client-site). Will that not impact page performance ? Because all unnecessary css and js code is included on all pages irrespective of whether those components are used on pages or not. Please help me.

Hello Adobe AEM Community,I'm currently dealing with an interesting issue related to the Anchor Link Container within my AEM project.Here is the scenario:I've created a page using a specific template (let's call it Template1), which has a total of eight Anchor Link Containers. Each container includes a Title (acting as the headline) and a Content Fragment (acting as the value). Notably, the Title and Value are two separate components.The flow of loading is such that the Title component is triggered first, followed by the Value component. For the Value component, we've set a path to the Content Fragment, which may or may not include the actual value. The visibility of the Title & Value pair depends on the existence of the value in the Content Fragment. If the value exists, the Title & Value should be displayed; if not, they should be hidden.To manage this visibility, we check the Content Fragment value first, and then adjust a node property called "isDisplayTitle" to true/false

I am creating an Experience Targeting activity where I will be creating three experiences.Experience A - ToysExperience B - ShoesExperience C- PantsExperience D - Default Website I have a top navigation bar on my website that persists throughout the website user flow (as per the below image example). I am trying to create an experience targeting in a way that my audience who belongs to the Toys segment in Experience A will be displayed Toys Promotion Image poster in each drop-down of the Top Navigation bar similarly for Experience B, & C for shoes, and pants. I did try to edit the HTML with the image DAM link, href link, and outer text in the experiences I created for Toys, Shoes, and Pants. It does appear for the page which I entered as an Activity URL at the initial step as per the below screenshot but my changes don't persist when I navigate to other pages.
