Hi all,   Has anyone tried to implement a "Read More" or Show/Hide content in Marketo emails? I am not looking to create dynamic content - I want to display just the first module in the email template to all users and add a Read More link below it. If the users click the link, the rest of the email is displayed.   Many thanks, Smitha.

I'm looking to create a segment, or set of segments, that fulfills the following: Exclude visits that only include /site-section-1 pagesCould be 1 page views or 10 but if they are all /site-section-1, exclude themInclude visits that include any non-/site-section-1 pagesIncluding visits that saw both /site-section-1 AND non-/site-section-1 pages ScenariosIf a user lands on a page in /site-section-1 and then leaves the site, they'd be excluded.If a user lands on a page in /site-section-1 and view 4 more pages in /site-section-1 before leaving, they'd be excluded.If a user lands on a page in /site-section-1 and then goes to a page in /site-section-2, they'd be included.If a user lands on a page in /site-section-2, views another page in /site-section-2 and leaves, they'd be included.If a user lands on a page in /site-section-2 and then goes to a page in /site-section-1, they'd be included. I've only been able to get individual parts of the logic to work but can't figure out

Hello, I have an AEP sandbox with a license usage dashboard that currently displays 50,000 profiles. Last week, I added profiles to a dataset which is "enabled for profile," and I noticed that the license usage increased to 48,000 profiles. Recently, I discovered that the profile data inserted into the sandbox belongs to a lower environment and needs to be corrected. I deleted the batch of data that was inserted and later removed the dataset itself. However, the profile count in the license usage still shows 48,000(it has been a week since it deleted the data). Is there a way to remove the inserted identities from AEP without resetting the sandbox? I am not sure if the license usage dashboard shows the updated number or not. @arijitg   Many thanks in advance,Arpan

While porting pages from the higher environment to the lower environment, I discovered missing experience fragments and images. I realized that the created package does not contain these elements. I'm unsure if I overlooked something during the package creation process. Do I need to locate and include all the images and experience fragments used in pages manually in the package? 

I have been trying to figure out where there is a big gap in the app users and unique user ids between Adobe Analytics and Dynatrace. Some months the numbers in Adobe are lower, and in some Dynatrace is lower. Can someone help pointing me to resources which can help my case? Or to see if everything is implemented correctly?

I'm trying to understand precisely how Tracking Code is evaluated in Marketing Processing rules, so far I've been a little confused by the Adobe documentation and the various options for matching rules.We're seeing that some visits are falling through holes in our Marketing rules and filling up the "None" bucket for Last Touch Channel. Tracking Code containsAssumption is that the hit must contain the Tracking Code parameter, and if the value passed contains the specified string, this rule will be appliedTracking Code existsAssumption is that if a Tracking Code exists at any time during this users visit, the rule will be applied.Are both these assumptions correct?

I am struggling to find how to make some CSS adjustments in the Adobe Standard New Designer. We have a two column section with a button in each section. I need to adjust the table width.On a section with a button I want to set a border to the container, not the button. I cannot find how to enter the CSS into the new email designer to get it to have the desired result. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

There is a note in this document: A single schema may have many identity fields defined, but can only have one primary identity. All identity fields (primary or otherwise) contribute to the identity graph for an individual customer, but Real-Time Customer Profile uses only the primary identity as the source of truth when merging data fragments together. If you want to enable a schema for use in Profile, the schema must have a primary identity defined. I didn't understand this note. Isn't the profile merge of the Real Time Customer Profile built based on the identity graph? Why do these non primary identities only participate in the identity graph but do not affect the profile merge? Regards

Hi, I have the below filter set with these filters included that I want to use from the /resourcemanagement/scheduling page (waffle > Resourcing > Workload Balancer). I want to pull in work assigned to anyone in this particular home group. When I save and apply the filter, it is still showing me a ton of people that do not belong to this Home Group. I want to use this option instead of having all the users in this Group as part of a Team/using the balancer from the Team page for certain reasons. Is this a bug that it's pulling many people outside of this Group? I've already verified they are definitely not part of this group. Would like to use this filter instead of 'assigned to' and list out each name since this is a large group and it will be less upkeep if I just associate it with home group instead of individual users. 'Assignment users' isn't a filter option either, only has 'assigned to' so I don't want to go that route at all. Thoughts?  

Hi, we implemented Experience Platform Mobile SDK in the app, Installed Adobe Analytics service Extension and enabled Abobe Analytics service in Datastreams, and mapped reportsuite. But, Analytics data is not reflected in the Reportsuite. Note: We have data in Edge network and data is stored in Datasets. You can refer attached snapshot  

I am building personalization for our upcoming workshop where we want to show personalized content to our certain niche accounts/customers. What kind of Activity/Test it would be? Secondly, I want to create an Audience in Target by combining the existing Adobe Analytics "Segment Audience" with Mbox parameter. I have a mBox parameter that passes with each server calls and I want to use this mBox parameter in conjunction with one of my Adobe Analytics segment that is pulled to Target. 1) below is the mBox parameter that I want to use        2) I have one Adobe Analytics segment that I have published with a look-up window of 90 days. Hi All, Can we autopopulate Zoom webinar fields data and transer it in Marketo tokens ? Example: 1. Webinar Name 2. Webinar Date 3. Webinar Start/end time 4. Speaker Name As of now, my team needs to add all these webinar details into Marketo tokens for every webinar and we are thinking if we can automate this process anyhow.

We are currently in the process of migrating from Classic UI to Touch UI interface, and we noticed a few things that seem to be missing in the Site Administration interface (http://localhost:4502/sites.html/content). One thing would be the lack of information about the Page Status. For now, we found that "Page Locked" information is only available in the Card view. If we recommend the "Card View" as the default view for Authors, then there seems to be no "Page in Workflow" information in the view.  Is there a view (or configuration step) where we could display the following information to the Author, without doing the code change to AEM? 

I am configuring API Calls to Fetch Adobe Target Activity lists from Postman. I followed the steps from API documentation. Here I am getting an error saying "Bad Gateway. No tenant associated with the user profile.". It will be great if anyone could help me know what could be the issue here. Thanks in advance!

Is it possible to have the project description only show the first 100 (or so) characters in a task report? The purpose is to have a quicker overall view with smaller rows.

I am using AEM designer to develop a dynamic PDF form which has a Text box with multiple parts need to pull data from system and user asks all parts be editable and expandable. eg.The [ClaimantName] has overpayment [OverpaymentAmt], because of [OverpaymentReason], as of [Date].1. if use floating field on all parts, the text alignment will be good, but user can't enter changes.2. if use text field on all parts, user can enter change, but text alignment won't be good, might crowed or leaving spaces.3. thinking to , on each parts, use first floating field to pull data from system, when user click on this field, showing a text field let user enter changes and then write the changes into the second floating field. if this works, the text will have a good alignment, no crowed or extra spaces.  This will rely on the pulled Data from  first floating field disappear. I set it as invisible or hidden after when user enter changes, the pulled Data won't disappear.please help how to make

I'm trying to set up Brightcove Connector 6.0.3 with AEM 6.5.17 but Brightcove admin page is not loading. (please see sceenshot) I've verified that brightcove bundle is active and the correct account id, client id and client secret have been entered in config manager.
