We've recently noticed an increase in fake form fills from spam bots on a webinar we are planning to run. Name doesn't match email address, job titles are random words and the domains are all blank pages, so very clearly fake. From multiple IP Addresses but in groups of 2 to 4 and the domains from those IP addresses are always different.   I noticed that about half of them are linked to 2 emails we sent promoting the webinar. All of the form fills happen in about 30mins after the emails have been sent out. The strange part is all of the leads were new, none of them received either of the 2 emails and had no previous activities.   My working theory is that we have 1 or multiple email addresses in our database that are forwarding our emails to spam bots.   Has anyone else experienced this or know what might be happening?

Hi Team,   Please assist with this query:   We have to track engagements in marketo from the website landing pages via an ad campaign.   We have a google ad clicking on the ad (this is UTM tracking link) takes us on the website LP, website page has assets link, clicking on each of the asset link, will take us to other website landing page where we have gated form fill, filling out the form the asset is download.   Now the issue here is though I qualify in the ad campaign (I have set up the logic), but the lead source gets attributed to website and not ad channel (here channel is google) ; I also get qualified in website program for filling out the form but I should be qualified only in ad campaign.   I have set up many tracking program to capture engagements from Marketo landing pages where we can add UTMs to the assets and it attributed to the source correctly, but since it's the website landing pages, I see this issue. Hello!I have developed a custom granite workflow using Java for AEM 6.5 which uses the AWS SDK for Java to invalidate Amazon CloudFront cache for a page the workflow runs on. I am required to pass in authentication secret tokens to use this SDK. What is the best way to pass in secrets to an AEM granite workflow so that the credentials do not get compromised?Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Does anyone reference a proof at the form level when submitting a new request? what is your process?

Please help.I am using Add Instance to add a row to a table. How can I setFocus to a cell in the NEW row automatically? The only thing I can manage to do currently is set the focus to Row 1 Cell 1. But how can I write a script for a table row that does not actually exists until the user action triggers the row to be added. Currently when I add a multiple rows, the focus will be placed into row 1 every single time. I want each NEW row cell 1 to get the focus.

I have an Electron desktop application I have integrated with the Adobe Analytics script, I can see my requests for tracking pages and actions in the network tab being sent with what appears to be the appropriate data collection query parameters.  The network request has a 200 status, however the data doesn't seem to make it to my dashboards. I am assuming there is an error in the ingestion engine somewhere. Is there a way to view the error logs for the ingestion of specific requests? Or another method I can use to debug what might be happening?  I am unable to install a chrome extension within the electron window.

Hello,   We are trying to implement BriteVerify on our website and landing pages utilizing Marketo forms for email verification. We are unable to get this to work via API. At first BriteVerify (listed as a Marketo partner) told us we could add code directly to Marketo forms, but this doesn’t appear to be possible. The only coding you can add/customize appears to be CCS. We are getting nowhere with their custom support or our point of contact. The only documentation they keep providing is linked below.    Since we’re unable to input the coding directly on the form, we tried adding it to a landing page template without success. We also are not sure where to implement the code on our website (wordpress). Does anyone have any experience setting up a successful connection with BriteVerify and Marketo? If so, do you have any tips or info you think would help us with our set up? We are smaller organization and don’t have an in-house developer that has worked with API calls befo

For example, when we output our segment to the Data Landing Zone the Date format is yyyy-mm-dd. Is it possible to change this date format in the output file to mm/dd/yyyy?

Hello - We are trying to see if we can tailor signatures to be a sales lead's virtual business card. I know Marketo doesn't support vcf files currently, but has anyone found a work around to include something similar when sending emails... for example creating a QR code business card? Use Case: We use issues from a central project to spin off repetitive projects that recur every few weeks or months. We grant access to a PM team so they have access/insight into these projects via reporting. When the issue is converted to a project, the PM team is successfully added with View capabilities. The ask is to have them get an alert when one of these projects goes live. In looking at the alert settings, it looks like you either have to be in the "People" section or be assigned to a task for the "alert me when a project is open and active" notification to kick in. Am I understanding that correctly? Thanks in advance,Ryan

I have a Marketo page where when some users fill out the form, they get an error message that says "submission failed, please try again". However it is strange because this seems to happen with only certain email addresses, and 156 people have been able to fill out the form successfully on this page without receiving the error message. When I use my professional email address, I don't receive the message, but when I use my person gmail address, I do.      I have read other posts saying that it is because two forms are loading on a page, but that does not seem to be the case. I also have another Marketo page that should have the exact same set up, just a different form, where I do not have this issue (this page)   @sanfordwhiteman, I know you've written about this issue before, would you have any insight on why this is happening? 

Hello, We are quite new with our Fusion instance. I would like to create a simple scenario:Using a Watch event on a custom field, an event should be triggered.Before having access to Fusion I did that using the Event subscription API, which worked perfectly well. Now I want to do the same in Fusion. I added a Watch Event and an Update Record module into my example scenario.As soon as I change the field value to "Yes", the event is triggered, to update the record (just put the current date into another custom field), but it is called like every milisecond, until I manually deactivate the scenario. It seems to run into a loop. If I list my event subscriptions via API, I cannot find out any difference between the entry created by Fusion and the one I created manually using the API. Can you please help me?Thanks in advance.RegardsLars

Hi all, I have a process where I load a .pdf as a proof and then convert that to a task against the correct project. After I do this the proof options seem to be removed and I have to create a simple proof from the the document again. Is this expected? Ideally, I want the proof to remain a proof in the created task. Steps below: -ThanksMatt

Hi! We are excluding some office IPs from our report suit since years. Now suddenly we need historic data on the entire internal traffic of some pages. Is there a way I can export the raw data WITH the IPs we are normally excluding, so internal traffic can be historically found?  Is there raw data somewhere with the entirety of our traffic? I tried exporting with the data warehouse but there excluded ips are, well, excluded. 

with web SDK it's hard to find out which rule is firing, as setDebug() is does not work, adobe debugger give some data in console but it's not clear as setDebug(). Is there way to know which rules are firing for web SDK debugging? @jennifer_dungan  @andrey_osadchuk @isinha @akt0m3r @hemangini @amgup @rudrachaudhari 

Hello, we place tracking codes on links within 3rd party emails. With regard to our marketing channel processing rules, rather than solely relying on a tracking code as the criteria to define a channel, we also add the condition to have a referrer present too.But we have noticed that in most cases, the referrer info isn't past across by the browser and the traffic falls into Direct. Has anyone else had this issue and do you know the best way to deal wiith this? PS, the reason we include the additional condition for the referrer is to ensure that the traffic isn't just come from a bookmark, six months after the email is sent.

Hello, What is the best way to flush on demand dispatcher cache for certain pages in site using a URL query parameter (AEM as a cloud service). Please share some config.
