Hello, The team are wanting to create new templates from projects so that we can refine resource planning. My questions is all around 'Assignments' When you save a template from a project it keeps the people assigned not revert back to job roleIf you 'clear assignments' then everything goes Does anyone know if there is a quick solution (rather than copying project to another project, going back through bulk assignments and un-assigning and THEN saving to template)?  Thank you If there isn't, this would be super helpful as a feature. Thank you Em

Hi,       My system configuration is Windows 7 64bit. I have Jre 7 and trying to run the quick start using that. But while doing the double click it was not running. When i try to use the search functionality of We.Retail website on the local host, the whole screen turns red when i click on the search icon. I tried installing a fresh package on AEM but it still doesn't work. Can someone help me regarding this issue.

Hello Adobe Community, Need your help! I have the below Error Document vhost configuration written for my site as quoted below - <LocationMatch /> ErrorDocument 404 /content/wknd/404.html ErrorDocument 500 /content/wknd/500.html </LocationMatch> Now, 404 are handled well, but if let's say a page is throwing 500 I am not getting redirected to the 500 error page as configured above. Can anyone please suggest what could be a potential issue here? Thanks,Tanika

We are programatically replicating an AEM package from author to publish. The package contains content fragments under DAM. Just after this replication action, we are seeing 1000s of cache invalidation request being sent to dispatcher via publisher.  It is causing heavy load on publishers. How can we stop this automated dispatcher cache invalidation requests on publish instance?

I have a user who is a Planner that can not modify a Project's Priority. Does the user have to be the Project Owner or System Admin?  I thought any user who is a Planner can modify any Project's Priority. Ideas?

Hello, We are on V8 and are implementing Transactional Emails through the Message Center (so Campaign Classic based configuration options). I'm curious how others approach these situations, please let me know what you think: Reporting on deliverability and engagement -- essentially, the finance team is asking about invoice emails, did Customer X receive and open the email? Things like that. Do you reference this information in the instance of campaign? Export the RT tracking and broadlogs and ingest it into something like PowerBI? Or do you query the database with an API to capture that data outside of system? If so, can you help me with identifying which SOAP call that is?Related question, are you able to get these metrics from your PRD instance in the RT schema tables or do you have to access the RT instance directly? Hello! Two questions regarding using velocity and pulling in URLs from custom objects fields:1) I was curious how timed content from a velocity script acts once it hits the inbox. For example, if I have a script that "shows X URL for the next 15 days" - once it is in someone's inbox I am assuming that since a click would pull the redirect and browser that the script would kick in and if they were outside the time parameters the URL would not show/work?   Ex: Show https://google.com from 6/12 - 6/15. Email send on 6/12. Recipient opens from inbox on 6/16. When link is clicked script updates URL and original URL is not shown?2) I believe I read that URLs pulled using "#foreach" are not trackable. Does this include if the script is pulling from a field with URL as content? Hi Team, We are trying to achieve the Eloqua and Adobe Target Integration. Could some one please provide your inputs if some one has done this integration? We need to use those Eloqua segments imported into target as an audience and provide the personalized experience based on those eloqua segments. I was looking into the documentation related to the data providers. Hi, could you please help me with the following? I created and App Builder project and added Asset Compute API to it with OAuth Server-to-Server credentials.When I try to call https://asset-compute.adobe.io/register , I get the following:{"error_code":"403025", "message":"Profile is not valid"} I specify the following headers in the service:- x-gw-ims-org-id - IMS ID of my organization (36D...01@AdobeOrg)- x-api-key - the API key from the credentials- Authorization - the bearer token generated from the credentials I also tried it with the GWT token and got the same result.I have "Developer" profile in the console. Can anyone suggest how to overcome this error?

We have a GTM code (similar as the one described in this page: https://googletagmanagersolution.com/tracking-marketo-form-submissions-using-google-tag-manager/) and we would like to implement it into our Marketo Landing Pages Templates. In order to do so, we think we need to modify the HTML code related to the LP template to apply it to all LP related.   We were wondering if there is a way to apply to all LP Templates (or a subset of them) at once and include that GTM code as default when new LP Templates are created.   Thanks.

Hi community, I have a task dashboards for our users that filters for tasks assigned to them using a wildcard filter ($$USER.ID). Unfortunately, delegated tasks are not appearing. What filter do I need to include tasks that have been delegated to the user?

With the update to Adobe IP's, should these be excluded from Analytics tracking?  Don't want to inflate bad traffic.

Requirement: When AEM page request redirected to OKTA  for authentication , When user got authenticated from Okta and user got created in AEM , at the same time, we Need to make third party API call and get the groups list and then assign the user to those groups in AEM.  It looks like  only option is Custom SAML Authentication handler. (Not just Authentication handler).It seems adobe is not exposing com.adobe.granite.auth.saml and  we need to create entire module.  We are combining CUG ( closed user group with CUG) with OKTA SAML sso . If we try Authentication Info Post Processor, user is assigned to groups. But, sling authenticator called first. For first request we are getting 404 and when we refresh the page, second time it is working ( Since Sling authenticator gets called before Post processor )  Any suggestions/information on this?

Hi, I want to create a workflow that picks up all the workflows in finished state and restart them automatically without manually doing it. Wanted to know if there is any way that the restart can be done through a monitoring workflow and without an API call? Reason being, we have been observing workflows going to finished state without processing (Scheduled workflows or external signal). The root cause and fix is not known yet, so wanted to restart the workflow automatically to avoid any delays sending communications. Thanks,Maliha

New to AA -- noticed that the Report Builder within in AA workspace has a notice of being discontinued at the end of 2023. I also discovered Analytics Report Builder for Microsoft Excel (https://business.adobe.com/products/analytics/report-builder.html)Is this nearing it's end of life too? 

Hi There, Please assist with my query. I know that in Marketo, we can store values under one workspace for a profile. I want to store similar information against another workspace for the same profile which exists in a different workspace. Is this possible?  To elaborate more, here is the scenario.  Say Person 1 belongs to Workspace India during creation with India stored as a Marketing area. After qualifying the person record, the Workspace has to be changed to Australia. If we make the update on the marketing area value from India to Australia, it will appear only in the Australia Workspace. But I want to maintain the same value Marketing area as India in India workspace and Australia in Australia workspace against the same Person record.  Please suggest how to achieve a solution for this query.   Regards, Senthilkumar.S

We would like to add Custom business object fields like appointment location, type of appointment and related information in webhooks.  As we know, only profile-level fields can be added under Webhooks, we would like to have the same option for CBO fields as well as our business model works that way.   Has anyone come over with this kind of setup to enable CBO in Webhook? Currently, if we'd like to apply segments built differently for conversion and non-conversion metrics, we'd need to drag and drop the segment on each individual metric, manually, due to the absence of separate panels.A workaround is to create 2 separate reports, one for non-conversion metrics, the other for conversion metrics. If we had the option of having separate panels, we can create one single report, by simply applying segments relevant to the respective panels.Is anyone else facing this issue?

Hello, I'm migrating our Cloud instance to use Dynamic Media. Previously we had a custom image component that was using different image transformers based on device type (resolution). I would like to know how to achieve a similar solution in Dynamic Media to use a different image preset for same image based on device? I think I could simply create 1:1 image presets according to transformers I had and change the logic on backend for existing component to return URLs to images from scene7 directly instead of AEM DAM. My only concern then is URL composition. For example:http://s7g10.scene7.com/is/image/company/41026708-example-white-stamp-text-on-red-backgroud-1?ts=1686555013033&$Rotate$&dpr=offis not the absolute path to the asset. Is it possible to call scene7 to get image based on full path (like from DAM)? Having above in mind, how to work with assets that were in different DAM locations and had the same name?

We are doing a long overdue upgrade from 6.2 to 6.5 and we don't have time to convert everything over to touch UI so we need to enable the classic editor. I've added the configuration node at /apps/wcm/core/content/editor/jcr:content/content/items/content/header/items/headerbar/items/pageinfopopover/items/list/items/classicui.I don't get to the edit page because the the edit causes a 500 error. I'm not seeing where the 500 error is but it looks like it is trying to open a page at /cf#/content/mysite/home.html and this causes the 500 error. Then if I change the URL to /editor.html/content/mysite/home.html the page loads but, of course, I am not able to edit anything. Then if I use the "Open in Classic UI" button, again I encounter the 500 error. Any ideas on what I need to do in order to resolve this?
